Alie did a fantastic job! My mom gets her nails done here all the time, so I decided to check it out while in town. I made an appointment with Alie in advance, which I highly recommend doing because she's very popular. The salon was small and clean, with only two nail techs working. I asked for a "faded french" which is basically an ombre, because that option isn't available in my nail salon back home. The way she did it was so cool - first a base of the gel color on the bottom (I picked mint green) and then she sprays on the white with what looks like an airbrush tool - I truly haven't seen that done anywhere else. In the end, they looked amazing and only cost me $35 (plus tip). It has now been almost two weeks and they're holding up great - only a couple small chips on the white part. Everyone there is great. Been going there for years. Kenny is my regular tech but Peter, Allie and Courtney all do a great job.

Had THE WORST experience in my life at this salon and will NEVER be back. I came here due to a recommendation from my friend who gets her nails done here. She recommended Peter so I made an appointment with him. At first he was okay, a little short, not very talkative. Did not give me a lot of color options. So I told him I wanted off white color gel for the summer. So he did my nails really quick and told me "okay you're finished". Did not clean/cut my cuticles, and did not lotion my hands afterwords. I was like "are you going to cut my cuticles please?" And he straight up said "No." which was rude so I payed and left . 4 days later my nails started chipping and cracking and turning brown out of nowhere! So I called them to go in to have them fixed and I went in the next day and showed them my nails and Peter looked at them and said "that must be from work or you hit into something". I said "No, it is not from work I haven't worked in the past 3 days so it is not from work. It is either from the way he applied it or the quality of the color gel. He started giving me the nastiest attitude and told me "it's something you did, it's not my fault. They are not cracked!" I said "I get color gel all the time, this has NEVER happened to me and I have not been working." So he called his manager over, and they started speaking to each other in their language and he was talking extremely loud and she said to me "It's white color, it's normal that this happens in the summer." I was getting extremely frustrated and explained that I get white color gel all the time in the summer and this has never happened!!! So she walked away and he told me he was going to buff them out and repaint them. As he started doing it, he was extremely rough with my hands and told me "I will never take you as a client again. I don't think I can ever take you. Next time you come I cannot take you." And he "fixed" my nails (just painted over them) and they looked just as bad. Did not file, did not lotion, did not do anything other than paint. They looked horrible. I was in complete and utter shock and I have NEVER experienced customer service this horrible. He was so rude and so unprofessional. I will NEVER GO BACK there again. I was treated so poorly and I wish I never went. I do NOT recommend this place at all!!!' read more

Small little family owned business and it's the best nail salon I've been to! Courtney is my go to girl who works here but her uncle (the owner) and cousin Allie are just as good! The place is small with 3 pedicure chairs and 5 nail tables and it's DEFINITELY suggested that you call ahead and make an appointment before showing up. Walk ins are welcome, but since the staff is limited, it's always best to have your own personal time instead of waiting to get a pedi/mani. Extremely clean down to their tools! All the nail tools are sanitized or new which is a major plus. The crowd here is a lot more classy compared to a few places I've been to and it's a lot quieter, allowing your manicurist to focus on you without rushing the mani/pedi Services provided are like all other nail salons so if you're looking for a place for some quiet time and awesome quality work, this is the place to go. Unlike some places where some of the workers 'pretend' they don't speak English, all of the staff here is fully understanding and considerate if you're worried about the language barrier. If Courtney wasn't available, I would be comfortable with going to any other person knowing they'll be able to do just as good a job. I highly recommend this place for those in the area. A friend recommended this place to me, because I can never find the perfect nail salon. Today, I got a gel manicure and pedicure with Allie and it was amazing. She took her time to make sure my nails where the perfect shape, and completely satisfied with my pedicure. Everyone is extremely friendly and greet you by name when you walk in, which makes you feel great coming back. Appointments aren't necessary but I do recommend, I got seen at the exact time of my appointment which is great for people who are on a tight schedule. They have a huge variety of colors to choose from, and they have the regular polish to match (which is important to me). I know most like gel manicures but not with their pedicure. All instruments they use are also sterilized, and it's a nice and clean environment with massage chairs. The location has a parking lot, so thats a plus as well. If your looking for a new nail salon I would suggest giving this place a try, you'll love it. read more

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I went to KN Pretty Nails to get a gel manicure. The guy that did my nails, Peter, filed my nails paper thin when I repeatedly asked him not to use the machine that buffs and files the nails soo thinly. He didn't listen and proceeded. Btw, this nail salon uses the cheapest gel manicure products, that even the paint job looks so streaky. Within an hour of leaving the nail saloon, my thumb nail had already chipped. The following day, two of my nails had chipped and by the third day, my nails were a disaster. These people lack customer service and salon service, very distasteful experience. I will never go back. My nails are paper thin and a waste of my money. Cheap products, I can't even recall the gel brand they used because of how random it was. read more

Pretty standard mani/pedi. No exfoliating scrub or "extra" frills, just lotion and standard nail care. Mani/pedi seemed to be a bit rushed, but overall pleasant and the Nail color is still pretty good 5 days later. $30 for mani/pedi, I was hoping there'd be some extras included but overall happy My boyfriend got a pedicure and his technician spent a long time massaging one, etc. Maybe because she didn't have to paint his nails, but he loved his pedicure read more

I haven't been there since before COVID. I was in a rush and couldn't go to my regular salon so I made a last minute apt. Upon entering the salon, there was a gross stench which made me want to leave. I was seated right away and a gentleman (not the owner) started doing my nails. I told him what shape I wanted (almond). All I'm going to say is that he does not know how to shape nails. Please see photos for your reference. He made me cure my acrylics under UV light which is not necessary (it's only necessary for SNS/hard gel/gel polish). I also felt rushed; no base coat, no massage, no cuticle removal, etc. They also don't seem to clean/sanitize their tools. Lastly, online it states that acrylic fill-ins are $25, in store it says $30, he charged me $40. They are thieves. I didn't try to argue with them because I simply wanted to leave. I would never recommend this Salon to anyone. I have been going to Ali for my nails since December, and all of sudden I get a call from Courtney saying "Ali does not want to do my nails anymore". When I asked why, she wouldn't even give me an explanation and pretended like she couldn't hear me. When I called to make an appointment they even lied and said they were fully booked three weeks out. They have no loyalty to their customers. DO NOT go to this Salon. They are horrible and extremely unprofessional. Once they're tired of you, they drop you. I wish I can give them 0 stars! read more

I called KN Pretty Nails for a manicure this morning. They were able to see me at 10am. I picked out a color and Jenny got to work. The manicure was no frills attached, and for the price it was expected. However Jenny went out of her way to get them as symmetrical as possible and even added additional base cost since my nails are so thin from previously having acrylics. All in all I had a good experience and will be going back to have another manicure! read more

I absolutely love KN Pretty nails. I met Courtney at her previously salon and although KN Pretty Nails is not very close to where I live I had to stick with Courtney. Worst gel manicure I've had. I rarely write reviews but I was here about 2 weeks ago and will never go back! Took old gels off the night before had a few little spots left on my nails and the girl pulls out the drill, told her I didnt want that cause my nails are thin and she said that's the only way to do it. Sorry but I've been to many other nail salon for gel manicures and never had them do that and was able to remove the rest with a nail file. Also then no strenghting coat first and the gel was put on so thick it barely lasted and ruined my nails! read more

Only place I will get my nails done! They do gel manicures different than any other salon i've been too...my nails stay strong and always look perfect. Peter does a great job he listens to what I have to say and makes sure I am happy with the results! - Wish the mani massage was longer - I have also gone to Courtney and she was good, a bit rough with the drill but she fixed my nails that really needed to be done.
