I really liked this place a lot! I was visiting from AZ and it's very hard to find salons as good as the ones back home. I have always disliked the manicures I get in New Jersey. I was able to get a same day appointment and everyone working was super cheerful and happy. My nails and hands look very clean, groomed, and hydrated. When I visit, I'll be sure to come back here. He over books the appointments into each other making the clients wait past their allotted time. Then when you late he has an issue and won't provide full service. This was my first time at rose nails. I got LCN nails (which less than a week i need 2 fixed) and a pedicure. Place was packed so I basically needed to get a pedicure to sit down while I waited for my appointment. I never had pedicure issues but in 6 days my large tow nail chipped. Usually pedicures last for a month). They are fixing my LCN today 7 days later I will continue to update my review. ALSO BEWARE CASH ONLY FOR EVERYTHING. After my now third time getting a fill in I have tried different style nails and they have worked much better. My last set stayed on for 4 weeks and 6 days I got them filled 5 weeks to the day. Trim, file, paint, callus removal, hot stone massage, honey wrap on the legs for hydration, lotion massage and paraffin wax on the heels. I walk out with baby smooth feet that are neat and polished! The reason why I give this place one stars is because the Korean ladies that work there really need to watch what they say in Korean. You can't beat the price - $25, when most places around here are $28-$30 (some are even higher). If you're looking for an upscale looking place, this isn't your spot (but don't expect to pay the same rate!). Parking is a little difficult, but they have more spaces in the back. I loved my time here! It was recommended to me by a friend and I loved how proactive they are about sanitizing during COVID. There's plexiglass up to separate each pedicure chair and between the manicurist and client. Jackie, I believe she's the owner's daughter, was so polite on the phone when I called to schedule my appointment. I also saw her wipe down the glass and spray sanitizer on the polish bottles. Everyone is wearing a mask and constantly washing their hands. My nails have been very grimy during quarantine and I was nervous to go back out to get them done because of COVID, but I felt safe and loved how they are taking everything seriously. Customer service is 5/5 and quality of treatment is 5/5. Another thing I wanted to add is that when I got my pedicure, I was shocked at how much they do! Other nail salons just wash my feet and scrub them down, but they put something on my heel and did a hot stone massage. I LOVED it. This is definitely my new go to spot for mani pedi! read more

AMAZING!! I wanted to switch from acrylic nails to gel nails and this place did the BEST job. Super friendly service, and the atmosphere is nice. To take my acrylics off, and do a gel manicure only cost $35. Jennifer does an awesome job. They also give you neck and hand massages. There's a great selection of colors to choose from as well. I've been here many times. They only take cash. The regular pedicure is great for the price. You get the paraffin wax, sugar scrub, hot stones.. I find that the place is dirty. You are squished in with people everywhere. If you are looking for a quite, cool (never have air-conditioning) this is not for you. I feel compelled to write a review for Rose Nails after some recent bad experiences at other salons and my continued amazing experiences here. It's why i REFUSE to go anywhere else even though i live about a half an hour away. The staff is so friendly and the owner Sonny is such a nice guy. Jennifer does a fantastic set of LCNs - the shape of the nails and the "amount of white" are always perfect and people ALWAYS compliment how new my nails look even after 2-3 weeks! I've gotten gel manis here before too which are great, and the pedicures are the best around regardless of who does them. Honey, sugar scrub, lotion/oil massage with hot stone, paraffin on your heels- and they take their time! At least a half hour pedi- all for $20. If you get the callus remover (I usually do) they really give you your money's worth and it extends the pedi by about 15 minutes. For a great price all of their services are top notch which is why my loyalty to them has lasted years! read more

Made an appt yesterday for two pedicures after having friends give high recommendations... went this morning and can honestly say had one of the best pedicures I've had in quite a while. Have went to many places in the area and Rose Nails definitely is top notch. They use of disposable liners, keep an extremely clean environment, have precision focused technicians that do not rush you out of the chair and are an all around friendly group of people. It would explain why the entire salon was packed for pedicures (not an empty chair in sight) and manicures stations were filling quickly too... all on a Sunday morning! I have been going to Rose nails for almost three years now and have spent tons of money as well as referred over 10 people there. There's been a few times where I would go in and because they were busy would tell me that they could not see me, even though I had an appointment, for all the services I needed done. I have always turned the other cheek and given them the benefit of the doubt. Today was the last straw. I called a week in advance to book my appointment... I did call back a day later to change my appointment with Sonny and he asked me if I wanted everything done... his exact words were "I can do pedicure too". When I went in today I finished my nails and was on my way to get my eyebrows waxed when Sonny yelled across the room and told me I wasn't getting a pedicure and when I said I was 100% positive he booked me for pedicure as well his response was "no I'm 100% I didn't". So I went to do my eyebrows, obviously upset. As I paid he asked me if "someone else" can do my pedicure--- suddenly he had availability. I told him no thank you and walked out. I will never return to a place who doesn't appreciate honest customers and their business, and with that I'll take all my referrals with me. read more
