Went for a pedicure. Got seated right away. Someone started it, and then someone else finished it, which is odd. The pedicure was very rushed. I got the extra 10 minute massage and was still out of there in no time. They also charged a THIRTEEN % fee for using a debit card, which is not legal. I'd skip this place. read more

Great variety of services! The whole salon was really cleanly, sanitary, and all of the employees wore masks, there was social distancing. The prices are fair and the quality of service was great. They do good work, I had Yoyo the first time I came. Only problem the services feel too rushed. I paid extra for a spa pedicure and spa manicure, but there wasn't much relaxation. I was in and out before I knew it. I'm impressed by how fast they can do everything but I wish they took a little longer so I could actually enjoy the scrub and the massage chair. Love that they have so many color options especially for the dip power nails. Next time I will get some designs and see how it goes. Stay tuned for an update. read more

They were good in the beginning when they first opened several months ago. Now they raise their prices and don't tell you until you've completed the service, the services are horrible they were nice in the beginning now they're sloppy. And they talk about you right in front of your face. If you ask for something they get an Attitude! Steer clear of this place. I wear my nails long, and a week ago I went in and I asked her to cut them a little shorter and she cut them so short, they look like Chiclets not nails Plus they must use old polish because within two days the polish is dull and scratched. Now they're charging you high prices and the job they do keeps going further and further and further downhill. read more

Ive been to this place 3 times in 5 days counting today. The gel was bubbling and peeling off so i went back to get that fixed. My nails were also so thin that it ripped off my real nail putting clothes on. The rest of my nails started to bubble and peel off after getting the two fixed. So i went back for the third time to take them all off, mind you this was after 4 full days of having nails not counting today. Then they took them off and made me pay for them to take it off on top of the tip i gave them. i spent a total of 80 bucks to get them on and removed within 4 full days of having them. I was being nice and respectful but wish I came in rather more angry which i never thought i had to do in order to be respectful. I'm one of their most loyal customers and i'm very sad about this as im a college student trying to save money. read more

Went for a gel manicure, instead of soaking off my old polish the girl used the drill, my nails are now paper thin. On top of that, they charge 15% for using a credit card...this is illegal in NJ, you cannot charge more than 4% and they cannot profit from the credit card fee. read more

My sister and I got the pedicure for the "special price" of $18. "Special price" is their opening price but they don't know when they'll end the special pricing. My sister said this is the best place she's tried in Wayne and she's tried 3-4 places. This definitely beats my town's salons as well. Pro: Best paint job, very clean salon, very bright and boujeee interior, bathrooms are very clean and pretty, huge selection of nail polish, very good pricing, Cons: Massage is very minimal, they're very courteous but there is a language barrier (extent of English is to figure out what you want, but not conversational English). No no no, I'm not sorry for this at all. It was Sunday yeah I get it you don't want to be there but that's the job you chose. I have never been at a nail place to get a pedicure that had absolutely no initiative to do the job; but only to collect money. They will charge and $26 on credit or $23 on cash for the basic pedicure. Yes, the pedicure was basic. Since I wear boots to work I've always had a problem of ingrown nails on my big toes, the first thing I told her was I have an ingrown nail happening on my right toe. This lady completely ignored it, like she didn't know what I was talking about but when I pointed it out at the end of the service all she did was clip the side of my nail, and not go in deep. The place wasn't occupied with customers from the second we walked in which said a lot for itself, and the manager was extremely pushy. He had the audacity to ask if my three year old needed a pedicure; clearly I do not want a grown man touching my three year old daughter. I think it took longer for me to spit out a loogie than it took for them to do the pedicure. Don't waste your time, your money, and save yourself a headache and don't go to this place. Whatever is going on here in the Wayne location should end soon. To be honest, they need more Spanish people with initiative to do their job. There wasn't one Spanish-speaking person at this establishment. But guess what Latinos do nails better. 1 start only because I can't give them zero. I came to Eden for the first time because they sent a page of coupons in the mail. The place is gorgeous and spacious. I was helped immediately on a weekday afternoon without an appointment. The regular pedicure was ok. They took my old gel polish off with a dremel without first soaking them in nail polish remover. I'm opposed to this because I'm sure that they're also taking off layers of my actual nail. I asked for nail art on one nail on each hand but the girl could not understand my request. The mail polish looks thin in areas. I want to like it here because it's aesthetically pleasing & I paid only $48 for a gel manicure (with coupon) and pedicure. I used to pay a lot more in Lyndhurst. I may try it again but I'm also likely to try somewhere else first. read more

They had great prices which initially brought me there. The best prices in the area. Then I went and got my gel manicure and when they took off the old gel manicure they took off my nails as well. My nails were one sliver of nail before going raw. I was saying ouch the whole time! I couldn't have my nails done for 6 - 8 weeks to let them grow out and get stronger. My nails hurt for good 2 weeks after and I couldn't touch anything to my nails. Super painful and super annoying. Will never go back. read more

I recently have had a terrible experience with eden nails, I went recently to do my daughters nails for christmas and they charged us $80 even though the normal price for gel nails is $60, they popped off after one week, i went to get my nails done after that a week later and my nail broke two days after, I took my daughter with me to go get our nails fixed and the lady charged us for another set even though we should have gotten a discount, she refused, and she insisted to charge me 5 dollars for the broken nail even though it was her mistake. I have noticed they are getting greedy with the money even though we were one of their first customers. Terrible experience wont be going there again. read more

Avoid! Worse service I have came across in a very long time. Have been going there for sometime now. Daymen did my daughters nails and was not doing the shape correctly my daughter said something and he ignored her. He aslo was kinda rude to her. She felt intimated and kept quiet. She came home with her nails looking like weapons and was done poorly also. I called and Tina owner maybe, she said she can come in, she had event so I said it would be the next day. Called next day and she said no time now. She was rude and I complained and she hung up on me. I called back and said I want her money back then and she said no if she did she would take her nails off. I said do you want me to come in and make a scene, she said go ahead. This was not about nails being wrong its about treating customers with respect. She was incredibly disrespectful. The guy raises his voice to customers/girls and grabs young girls arms aggressively! So disappointed with this place. I've been coming since they opened and at first I was very happy. Then they started charging me different prices each time I went for the same service (acrylic with gel polish) but I didn't make a fuss because it was a difference of a few dollars each time .I went for a fill in and decided I didn't want gel because it was chipping off the acrylic within a week and then eventually 2 nails broke off so I opted this time for polish and when I told her polish rather then gel her demeanor changed and then she started talking about me, I assume, to the other worker. She then proceeded to tell me if I wanted regular polish, I have to pay an additional $3 per nail that fell off but if I got gel on top, it's only 1 nail I pay for ($3) and the other one was free? I was immediately taken back and said how can you charge me for nails that broke off and it hasn't even been 2 weeks which clearly meant it was an issue on your end if they are falling off and lifting already? And how can you charge different prices for the same service??! I have been getting acrylic for years and never ever have I had to pay for acrylic to be put back on if they happen to break or fall off.
