First time getting my nails done at this establishment and I would definitely recommend! Katherine replied to my online appointment request within the hour I sent it and I had an appointment set for the next day. Everything was clean, my temperature was checked, and sanitizing solutions were visible in all work areas. Katherine did a gel pedicure and recommended a color for me. Honestly it's a great color. She was very nice and accommodating. It seems like a popular place because Katherine had to occasionally step away for phone calls. Regardless, it gave me time to soak my feet longer, which I enjoyed. My toes look great! Katherine did an awesome job. I will be making future appointments with Katherine for sure! read more

Since I moved to Wayne I've been looking for a place that gives outstanding pedicures... I read previous reviews thar say this place is a little costly so I figured it must be the best... unfortunately I was somewhat disappointed. It was a good pedicure but very costly.. wouldn't expect to pay these prices for the services received. My pedicure came out great but when I woke up the next morning my polish was all messed up- apparently the polish did not dry well from the day before. I came to get it fixed that morning and found out that they are closed on Sunday's... so I rushed over after work on Monday to get it fixed around 4:30 and was surprised to find the door locked and an employee inside cleaning who would not even come to the door to find out what I needed and just put her hand up to her ear that I need to call-- even though it's posted that they are open until 6:00. So I walked back to my car to call and was asked to come back on Wednesday to get it fixed... which I was shocked by because this is now 4 days later just to get polish fixed. Upon returning, my pedicure was not even fixed well- she did not even remove the polish to fix it.. just painted another layer over and a layer of top coat. Very disappointed, especially paying $36 + tip for a regular pedicure. Unfortunately still on the hunt for the best pedi in Wayne. read more

I was interested in trying a new nail salon in Wayne. When I called I was actually blown away by level of customer service. The woman I spoke to was so thorough and kind. I've never called a nail salon where they asked specifically what I was looking for with my nails and also stating the starting prices with out even asking. I got to my appointment early and was greeted by other nail techs while they were working. Which rarely happens at other places. My technician Lizzy was SO sweet and thorough as well. I got a full new set of gel tips and she went over my shape and I even showed her a picture which was from the Nisha Instagram page. She took her time and was very meticulous. I am extremely picky with my nails so I appreciated that. We had a lovely conversation about family and travel and what we've done over the summer. I was impressed with my nail shape, evenness (my biggest focus) and the nail art. I got a marbled effect and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I heard the owner say that she's heard people think they are expensive. I paid $90 full set almond shape and the nail art. I paid the exact amount at my old place so I don't think at all that they are expensive. Just the going rate. I prebooked my next appointment and can't wait to go back! read more

I've recently moved to Wayne and actually stumbled upon Nisha nails by accident. I happened to walk in the day before they actually "officially" opened. Catherine, the new owner was gracious, warm and accommodating. She actually gave me a manicure that day. The work she did was clean, and professional. Since then I have been a regular customer. I went to Nisha nails for the first time today. I requested a mani pedi appointment and the owner Catherine got back to me right away and even had a spot for me the day I needed. She was incredible!!! We got along so well and she did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure. I have been waxing brows for close to four years and I'm nervous to have anyone touch my brows. Catherine is a diamond in the rough. She made my brows look even better than I probably would. I can't wait to go back. I felt so happy and comfortable here. It's clean and tranquil inside and they are following all CDC guidelines after covid 19. read more

Yeah, it's a little pricy for the location. I'd expect to pay these prices in Soho, not in Wayne, but it IS a really good salon. Highlights: * Jen M. is hands-down (okay, I admit it, pun intended) the best manicurist in the world. I go to her, and only her, if I want my nails to look good and last for a month. * I hate pedicures, but sometimes need to endure them for upcoming events. Nisha is the only salon I've ever been to that provides quick pedis--if requested, they also have long ones--that last. * Waxing for me took a little longer than usual--about 20 minutes--but my aesthetician used that time to make my brows perfect. Nisha also offices specialty spa servies, such as a pre-natal massage, facials, etc. A quick note: I have LCN nails, which cost $125 for a full set, and then $65 every 3 weeks to a month for "fills." Not including tip. I am not sure about the pricing for other services, but they do seem to be a bit expensive for Wayne. However, I have never NOT been fully satisfied with the services offered at Nisha, and have been sorely disappointed with other salons who do (or claim to do) LCN. read more

Very tense environment... I was a couple minutes late to my appointment but still a good 20 minutes before closing. All I needed done were my brows, which took about 5-8 minutes. As soon as I walk-in, frantic and apologetic, the receptionist was extremely rude, no hello or welcome and told me I need to pay right now since they are closing... (Keep in mind it's 7:40pm and you close at 8pm) I feel that no matter the time of day, your customer service should not change whether it be one customer at your slower hours versus numerous customers during your busier hours. The woman who waxed my brows was great, did a thorough job and was nice to talk to. But probably will not be going back. read more

Love my eyelash extensions. Anetta does a beautiful job. The first appointment takes some time, where each lash is placed in just the perfect position. The fill in appointments after are a bit quicker. I received SOO many compliments of how beautiful and natural they look. I had them done for my wedding this past October. If I lived closer I would love to have them done all the time! They also lasted much longer than expected! They are definitely on the pricey side but worth it. Thank you so much! read more

I received a gift card for this place and went there on two separate occasions. 1st visit got gel manicure and a spa pedi. The pedi was just ok, nothing extra than my regular pedis I get else where. Then, they had no neutral polish for my gel mani. Every bottle I picked up , I was told that it wasn't enough polish left in the bottle yet they still had the bottles out as options. What nail salon doesn't keep a neutral or light pink gel polish in stock?! Unbelievable. I was convinced to try some flashy white polish because it was very popular. Walked out and hated it. Not to mention, I originally wanted a French gel manicure and the girl said, "I don't know how to do that." Three days later I find myself overseas on vacation removing the gel mani and got a French gel. Months later I returned to finish up my gift card and decided to get a wax service and a massage. Waxing was just fine. The massage on the other hand was a joke. I've had better massages from therapists in training. I have had my share of massages both in salons and more medical based massages at doctors office. I wouldn't consider what I got at this salon a massage. I actually thought the person was going to dump the entire bottle of massage oil on my back. I wish I would've counted the amount of times she poured oil on my back. It was pretty much an oil rub down on my back and shoulders. My impression was she had no idea what she was doing. I specifically asked to tailor my massage to neck and upper back. She touched my neck once. I can't express how sadly disappointed I was with this salon. read more

Nisha is very clean, relaxed, and all the employees are welcoming and accommodating. I always go to Natalie or Grace for my eyebrows. I've gone to get my brows done at other places before, but no other place does them quite as perfectly as Nisha. I come here fairly often to get the brazilian wax because the price is a lot cheaper than some of the other places. However, the ladies here cannot wax properly. I've tried out a couple of them and they were all pretty rough. Sometimes it can be very painful as well. I only come back because of the price. read more

They have also a sauna that you can take before going to do a massage or facial. I like Angela the owner as she always gives extras to her customers. The atmosphere is upscale and welcoming...always a pleasure. The small jewelry boutique inside has some beautiful yet affordable pieces. Went to Nisha for a brazilian wax, and had a good experience. The girl doing the waxing really made me feel at ease, and made a painful awkward situation seem relaxed. I was greeted at the door by the owner, and all the ladies at the front desk were super friendly. Some of the services listed are definitely pricey for Wayne, because I have been to spas in Boston and NYC with those prices. I will definitely be returning. read more

Was traveling in the area and stopped in for a pedicure, which normally I pay $20 for a full pedicure elsewhere, Nisha mini pedi was $21 and I was very disappointed. $36 FOR a regular pedicure? Come on !! The person who did my pedi, did not do anything but clip and paint my nails.. not using enough in between toe wrap, I was smeared by the time I got to the car.. Very disappointed. I was annoyed because they canceled my waxing appointment last-minute the week of my wedding. Said they could only fit me in super early a different next morning, so I had to shuffle a million things to fit it in. I had a girl (Swedish?) who was friendly enough, but she butchered me with the Brazilian wax. She did the whole thing in four or five big pieces and I was left with major bruising after. It seemed like she just wanted me in and out and didn't care about what kind of service she was giving. Also, did not do a very clean job. Been going to Nisha since it opened. There were hardly any nail salons back then. It is still the premier spot for nails in Wayne. A bit more expensive and snobby than the rest of the local salons in town. Beware,the operators are not all equally experienced. If you don't have a "standing" appointment....good luck getting someone who knows what they're doing. I have been going to Amy for years. I hate it when she has no room for me. The owner has the loveliest London accent. If you don't know which operator to ask for when making an appointment, good luck. Can't rate the other services except waxing, which is very good. I'd love to find a new place with Amy quality at a lesser cost. Any suggestions out there? Willing to travel 5 miles. read more
