Unfortunately, I only realized after because I had to rush out. I got a gel manicure, usually my nails feel durable and thick whenever I get them done, but mine seem so thin and weak! I am not sure if it was the specific lady, Jenny or is the quality of this place not as great as I thought.

I like the fact that…read moreI can get my nails simple or with design, only reason I gave it 3 stars is because only 3/5 of the techs know how to do designs really good. I was getting a nail design by one of the techs and I wanted to get a certain design but it didn't come out exactly as in the picture (didn't look that neat either) and when I wanted to have it in a certain color she insisted it won't look right. But to be honest I think it would've looked better in the colors I wanted the design in. I mean I understand they have opinions since they're experts but let that be a suggestion don't tell people what would look better if that's not what they want. That's my only complaint but other than that, they do my acrylic nails great and though it is a little pricey my nails lasts for 3 or 4 weeks, so its worth it.

I've been going to this salon for almost FOUR YEARS, and after multiple awful experiences with…read moreLaurie, I'm finally done. I would not recommend this salon--and I especially would not recommend Laurie. Laurie is incredibly rude and dismissive the second you ask a question or give feedback about the nails YOU are paying for. I overlooked it several times because I liked the salon and other techs, but my final straw was my WEDDING nails. I specifically asked for a white/ivory shimmer and clarified that I did not want anything pink because Laurie had previously given me a pink base after we discussed white nails. When I questioned the color this time, she showed me the actual powder--and it was PINK, despite the sample looking white/ivory. When I asked what we could do to get closer to the color I actually requested, she literally shrugged and said, "Nothing." I asked if we could at least test one nail. Instead of trying to help, she continued being rude, dismissive, and argumentative. This wasn't an isolated incident. In previous appointments, she's rolled her eyes when I politely pointed out an issue with a nail, refused a simple design even though we ended up having plenty of appointment time left, and disregarded a color request I had explicitly discussed with her. After I finally told her that if she was going to continue being rude, someone else could do my nails, she REFUSED TO FINISH REMOVING THEM. Another technician had to finish taking them off. The receptionist was equally unhelpful and somehow claimed she didn't know how to contact the manager OR when the manager would be available. Four years as a customer, and this is how I was treated while trying to get my WEDDING nails done. Laurie's customer service is atrocious, and the salon's handling of the situation was just as bad. There are far too many nail salons to spend your money somewhere that treats paying customers like they're an inconvenience. I will never be back, and I absolutely would not recommend this salon or Laurie.

A few weeks ago, I had a nail service here and was pleased with the results, so I left a genuinely positive review. They thanked me for taking the time to review them and told me they would love to welcome me back soon. Today, I reached out because I wanted to book another appointment. Unfortunately, after waiting quite a while for a response, I received a very cold and generic message saying they couldn't accommodate my request because Lilly isn't available on Saturdays. I completely understand that Lilly may not work Saturdays. That part is not a problem at all. What is disappointing is the complete lack of effort to make a returning customer feel valued. If the appointment wasn't possible, there were many ways they could have responded--such as offering another day, suggesting another technician, or simply communicating in a more welcoming way. Instead, after telling me they would love to have me back, I was left feeling like my business suddenly wasn't important. It's a shame because I was genuinely happy with my first experience and went out of my way to leave a good review. Unfortunately, this interaction changed my impression of the business completely. A business shouldn't make a customer feel appreciated when they leave a good review and then make them feel like an inconvenience when they actually try to come back. Good service isn't only about the nails--it's also about how you treat people. Sadly, this experience left me feeling very unwelcome.
