Never ever ever come to this place!…read more Where do I start? When you first enter the salon it's perfect Customer Service. They introduced ourselves and guide you to your seat. Due to some personal issues, I had to get a full set instead of usually getting my real nails done. The nail tech's name was Steven. In the beginning, I'm not gonna lie he was axing questions trying to figure out what I need it. The downfall is once he started the full set he did not cut my cuticles and just placed a nail on with a lot of glue. But not just A small amount of glue it was like tons of glue that is spilled to my fingertips. I continue to proceed with the process. I wash my hands and now I'm waiting to be painted I did tell him that I am allergic to The UV gel from my previous experience. Steven was not happy with just you in classic nail polish and then the shift of the dynamics change. He was Rushing through the process and then I told him again you do not cut my cuticles he decided to cut him while he's painting my nails he cut my skin twice once in the pointer finger and the second one on my middle finger on my left hand I pointed it out to Steven and he act like he didn't know English at this time. I said it a third time and he still did not answer and continue to paint my nails at this point I just wanted to walk out and never show my face again. Once it's finished painting I was trying to tell him what he had done and he walked away I stood there for more than 20 minutes getting my nails dry by a little fan and wants the 20 minutes was done he told me your done you have to go. I never experience such rudeness from someone ever. I personally did not wanna tip but due to knowing when people working in the service industry does not make a little bit of money I still tip for the kindness of my heart but truly honestly never ever ever come to this place. My nails still have glue the paint is halfway off and my cut has been worse.
