I had a pedicure the girl pushed the tool on side of big toe I told her it was hurting. Two days later my toes was bright red and hot. On the fourth day I couldn't even touch my toe or wear a shoe.I went urgent care the doctor told m was infected from the nail treatment. I went to the nail salon and told the owner you caused this infection and the owner said no I did not it was from your own shoe .I said you should compensate for the doctor bill she told me no as she kept ignoring me .What was really rude the owner and the wife kept doing customer nails and starting talking in there language. Also in ignoring me. She said will give 15.00 off my next nail appointment. Maybe there tools weren't sanitize. read more

My first time here and found staff to be friendly, the place is clean and my nails look great.

Really disappointing! My spouse and I went for pedicures. We were upsold the jasmine/coconut pedicure. My spouse's pedicure began while I sat next to him for 15 minutes with my feet in water unattended to. During my pedicure, 3 different technicians completed my treatment at random. I received about 2/3 of the services my spouse received which were written on the menu... but was charged the same price. I'm only giving this 2 stars because my spouse received the complete service. I will not return and would not recommend this place for pedicures. read more

I loved this place when it was Tip Toe Nails. I was excited to have found a go-to spot with a positive, friendly atmosphere and it was always busy, so I don't know why they sold the business. I recently went here and was surprised to see so many familiar faces gone and a new owner. I figured I would give it a shot, though. I got a gel manicure and it's chipping after less than a week. Usually it lasts at least two. Plus I found the vibe of the place had become kind of weird, not friendly and fun like it was before. Plus, some of the more talented nail techs were gone and there were almost no customers. Not a good sign. I probably won't go back, unfortunately. RIP Tip Toe, I'll pour one out for you. read more

This is the best nail salon in town! I always get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and both last me a good two weeks. The gel manicure sometimes last THREE weeks :) I like that everyone in the salon is friendly and it's nice and quiet in there. I am also a big fan that they have a movie playing everytime I come in so I can watch while I get my nails done. read more

I got a Manicure and Pedicure and the cost was no more then $30.00+tip I couldn't believe that it was so cheap with such amazing service l.. I love the fact they didn't use a knife for the Pedicure.. Great gel manicures and pedicures. Friendly staff. I used to come here for gel manicures all of the time and never had any issues. I haven't had a manicure in a while (I've been keeping my nails natural) but I did get two pedicures this month there and was very satisfied with the work. I was a customer at the salon at this location for quite some time before the new (current) owner. Will not be back. He treats his employees poorly and started charging a 3% fee for using credit or debit card. Banks do not charge a fee for use of debit so he is ripping off customers. He started offering hot rocks as part of spa pedicure without training his staff and the technician who does my nails suffered burns which he is now denying and wouldn't cover treatment. Ree is a great nail tech, however, I stopped going here because they nickel and dime for every little thing. They once charged me $10 to cut my cuticles on top of a fill in! I used to go here when it was Tip Toe Salon and loved it! I don't know why they left but the new place sucks I went once and never came back. Great nail salon, easy location and plenty of parking. Kenny is my favorite for dip powder nails they always last a solid 3 weeks without any chips. I make appts in advance and their always expecting me when I walk in and seat me right away. read more

I have to edit my original review. Michael is trying to bribe people to come in by giving them "free pedicure" gift certificates. But when you try to redeem your free pedicure he says it's not valid. He is also rude and bossy. I miss the staff from when it was tip toe nail salon. Time to find a new place. read more

i used to go there until the new boss came and fired everyone he previous owners after promising them they'd have their jobs because he said how he's gunna be making some changes and didn't want to "upset them" meanwhile he is sketchy, took away the counterfeit marker, handed fake bills and charging extra. he will not hire people from the local area but instead bring his own crew. He is losing clients because he fires the best people. He is sketchy and not doing things by the books, he's a crook. read more
