Cons: The biggest con for me was how rough the staff were, & how poorly multiple of their staff shape nails. They then do the thinnest, and I mean the absolute thinnest layer of acrylic. It's cheap, and poor quality work meant to keep you coming back to fix and fill. Came here sometime in November and got a gel manicure and eyebrows done. Nikki did both. She did a good job for my first time in a long time doing gel manicure. She made sure to clean my nails and file them to perfection. $25 for gel manicure and $7 for eyebrows. The gel manicure lasted a week and a half. It actually last a full 7 days and started peeling towards the middle of the next week. I've heard of gel manicures lasting for 2-4 weeks. Not sure if it's bc the gel wasn't good or if it was something I did. I think the service was really good however the gel didn't last. So I am going to try it at another place and compare. read more

To them you are simply seen as money and not a client. The lady working at the booth next to the register was so rude! After prepping my nails she asked me to go pick a color and as soon as I got up she seated a different customer and began working on their nails. She then told me I had to wait because she was doing me a FAVOR? I really wish I walked out at that point. But my nails had tips glued on them. I waited 45 minutes for her and in the end a different employee did my nails. The service is just terrible. read more

Let me start off by saying, I came into the place without any greetings from any employee. Nobody asked what I wanted to be done as they usually do. I waited 40 mins to not even get my nails done. I ended up leaving because of the longg wait. Don't come here on the weekends. The manager also is disrespectful. I watched her argue with a customer about how she wasn't pleased with her nails so she just wanted a new color and the manager was giving her a hard time but an employee did end up changing the colors. read more

Their service was undoubtedly a 10/10. The man who did my nails left them beautifully and better than I had anticipated. I was immediately attended to and the prices are completely reasonable. Walked in around 5, got out around 7 30. Didn't have to wait! Maria did a great job with my coffin nails :). She took care of me and had no problem understanding what I wanted to do! It's already been two weeks and they are staying on super well. I had one of the worst experiences at this nail place. The guy that did my nails was extremely rude and didn't listen to a single thing I said. When I would try to show a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like he threw my phone back in my face and claimed that he would do it like I wanted. Obviously that was not the case being as every nail was a different length and shape and when he painted my nails he barely looked at what he was doing which resulted in nail polish getting all over my hands as well as my clothes. When I asked nicely for him to remove my nails after being left unsatisfied and quite frankly upset he started blaming me saying it was my fault they came out bad. It also took me 6 times of asking nicely for them to be removed which he disregarded until (I assume was the manager) walked over and tried to resolve the issue, but instead of succeeding she came WAY too close and put her hands on me (like trying to be comforting but I didnt know her and she was invading personal space) which made me extremely uncomfortable, also while she was doing that the guy was yelling in my face which resulted in me just walking out with half of my nails done ready to go to a different place when the guy literally followed me outside the store yelling at me and to others around. The lady who did my acrylic full set ended up making my right index nail crooked when my nail isn't crooked at all and I've had acrylic before and my nails have NEVER been crooked before (mind you these are my REAL nails). And the polish job was terrible. The polish was too thick and the acrylic was not filed correctly on one of my other nails. My cousin got her nails done as well and her nails were not filed right and came out crooked as well. We were NOT satisfied. Their price is VERY misleading. This experience was NOT worth $27. Very disappointed went for a manicure and pedicure on 2/13/2018 was greeted buy a lady named Lee that was fired from shop in hillcrest because of her manic behavior and nasty treatment to customers I refused to be seen by her I had a nice girl do my pedicure and as I was sitting there I watched Lee be extremely nasty with a older woman snatching her feet making faces at her didn't answer any of the woman's questions as all this was going on I videotaped the whole situation the owner Was there and was aware of what was going on she was washing the floor while customers were being serviced and no beware of wet floor signs any where After Lee finished pedicure she washed the tools she used in the same water she did the pedicure in I will not ever go back there and I am posting video on social media I also have and appointment with the health department to show them the video I spoke with owner she said she would talk to Lee not good enough for me to to make matters worse the woman was handicap not a place I would recommend read more
