I booked an appt. the day prior and requested a specific pedicurist. Upon arrival, there was another weekly frequenter who was there for an hour before me with the pedicurist I booked and she tried to hand me off to someone else. When I said I booked an appt with you... she start whining and raising her voice; so rude and mean the rest of the experience and did a horrendous job.
