He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I had also scheduled a pedicure, but when I called for my appointment, they didn't have it on the system, so I had to wait 30 minutes until I was seen.
