She was attentive and had nice, calm energy. She paid attention to detail and I loved both my gel manicure and gel pedicure. I will definitely return despite the pretty high prices here, with a 20% tip it was almost $140 total for a regular gel mani & pedi and my nails were bare, meaning I had nothing on them. Is this normal? I don't do my nails enough to know. Why not 5 stars? The pedicure space here isn't the most comfortable. It isn't the kind of massage chair where you can lean back and relax so it doesn't offer the comfort and relaxation that I've grown to expect while getting a pedicure. Overall good experience. I was visiting a friend in NJ and wanted to do my nails last minute before the night leaving. I called her 15 mins before closing time, and she was very kind, willing to wait for me. Despite being 5 mins late, she did my French nails really nice and even had it double coated since I was leaving NJ soon! We had a really good conversation, she's super friendly and clean, outstanding service. It didn't even feel like the first time at the salon and the nails itself took only 30 mins. It's been over 2 weeks and they are still in good condition, nothing chipped or fell off. I would definitely go back if I were to visit NJ again. Thank you so much :) read more

I don't normally post my feet pics publicly, but this pedicure experience was so upsetting I feel…read morelike I have to share it. This was my third visit to this salon -- the first two were pleasant, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, this time was a huge disappointment. I got a pedicure and paid in full, tipping Jackie 20%. Afterward, I noticed a few of my nails were cut crooked and most of the polish was bubbling. A little bubbling is whatever -- but crooked nails are not. My toenails grow out slowly, so this really matters. Jackie didn't even ask if I wanted them cut square or round, but I certainly wasn't looking for a trapezoid shape. I brought this up to one of the workers and asked what we could do other than redoing it immediately -- I was already late for work after spending almost an hour there. She just said, "Your nails look fine to me, what do you want me to do?" Then, "Okay, I'll file them, but your nails are short already." I get that English might not be their first language, but the attitude was rude and dismissive. I wasn't even demanding a fix on the spot -- I just asked if I could come back the next morning. She rolled her eyes but finally agreed. Later, I realized I didn't trust them to fix it without cutting my nails even shorter -- they were already so short the skin of my nail plate was exposed (see pic). So I called to ask for a partial refund instead. The manager got on the phone and threatened to call the cops and said she'd post my picture on their website. I told her, "Please, go ahead -- I paid in full and tipped 20%." Then she backtracked and said I could come back to get it fixed. But no. The very least they could have done was apologize -- which never happened. Things might have gone differently if they'd just said sorry and shown a little respect. This was hands down the worst nail salon experience I've ever had. Lesson learned -- I'll stick to the places I've trusted for years. If you're the manager reading this, at least give me my 20% tip back. I'm paying someone else to fix your mess and there's no fixing the way you threatened me. Call the cops if you want, I'd love to see how that goes.

Had an array of colors to choose from snd the technicians were fast and friendly. Even received some education from the technicians regarding cuticle care. I took one star off because the driers were not in use and they said it is due to the pandemic. Needless to say that even after waiting about twenty minutes and wrapping my feet in Sarran wrap, my nails still got smudged. I think if they are not going to allow use of the driers they should encourage pedicures to be done first so there is more time for the nails to dry naturally. Will definitely try them out again.
