Nail gallery is my second home! Pam, the owner and her staff are all amazing! They make you feel so welcomed with fun karaoke Saturdays and lovely chocolates :) Pams work is truly perfect and she does not rush one bit. Olga is amazing at painting toes and always does such a wonderful job. The energy in this salon is top notch! I spend every Saturday there. I don't know what I'd do without nail gallery. Fort Lee Nail Gallery never disappoints! I've been coming to Pam for the last five years and each time she gives me a unique and personalized manicure. Besides her ability to create, Pam truly cares for each and every customer. She knows everyone by name, which to me, means everything. I never feel like just a client. In addition to the fantastic customer service, the nail salon is immaculate and scheduling is easy. I see reviews on here suggesting otherwise, and I think that has everything to do with some clients' inability to make appropriate appointments. The ahjummas (aka Korean ladies) that work here are pleasant, kind, and get 5 stars for being welcoming/warm. But this place is old and has been around. The previous yelp reviews make it seem like this place is newer, but do not be mistaken... It could use a lil renovation. They could also update their gel equipment and keep up to date with the latest nail trends these days. Their equipment is dirty and they didn't know what I meant by nail design. I was a lil appalled when the woman doing my nails took a hot towel out, wiped one of my hands down, and then popped the towel back in until she was ready to wipe my other hand down. When I was done, I was willing to overlook these details until I walked out and noticed that the tip of my nails had some of the gel polish that she didn't wipe away, cotton/pads stuck to my gel, and some bumps on one of my nails. It kind of looked like I did it on my own at home instead of someone else doing it. Then again I only paid $25. You get what you pay for :/ read more

I enjoyed my time getting my nails done at Nail Gallery. Everyone was very nice from the moment I walked in. I was recommended by my coworkers and figured to go during lunch. I made an appointment just in case but they took me in early. I don't remember the owner's name but she was very nice and suggested designs for my nails and what would look nice. Does not honor appointments. In this day and age where I hate having to make a phone call because everything is ONLINE and I made a phone call, made an appointment and they didn't honor it, it couldn't be worse. I needed a gel extension color change, made an appointment on sunday. Walked in and waited and waited cause I wanted to be respectful and not intrude. I waited about twenty minutes like an idiot, that's my fault, finally I said I was waiting on my appointment, she shrugs and says the nail technician isn't there. What the f$(&&,@;?! This was a weekend, my golden damn time. Twenty minutes and the ten minute car ride, oh and the phone call time, is all precious. Never again. Horrible. read more

Just a below-average nail salon. Stopped in for a gel mani, spent the whole time listening to the nail techs converse with another customer in Spanish. I understand Spanish perfectly and let me say the conversation was not appropriate. For some reason, the color I selected looked nothing like what it was supposed to look like once on. They did knock $10 off the price for the fact that the color was gross and Wrong though. There are much nicer salons in this area. I'd recommend Splendid nails if you want a relaxing experience. read more

Great nail salon with an incredibly welcoming staff. The place is very clean and they have a huge selection of gel colors. If you don't know what color to get, just ask Pam. She is awesome and always has great recommendations and designs. I've been coming here regularly for gel manicures and pedicures for over a year now and I'm always satisfied with my nails afterwards. I was in the area recently for a wedding and was looking to get my nails done last minute. I decided to give this place and try and am glad I did! The staff was lovely and helped me pick a color to match my dress for the occasion. Pam did a fun glitter design and I received many compliments from friends. It even lasted a long time! The place felt clean and the mani/pedi combo is a great value. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in town! read more

I still have great things to say about nail gallery and their services. I have always gotten good regular manis there however everytime i received a gel manicure it chipped after just a few days. But even that I could look past because the owner is so lovely and would fix it for me if I came back. however one particular employee who's name will go unmentioned out of respect for her and the owner is always very unpleasant to me especially when the manager is not around. She always acts as if she can not be bothered with helping me, and for that reason i have stopped going to this salon. However everyone else that works there is lovely and it's clean so outside of that I would still recommend this salon. read more
