came here spontaneously since i was in the area back in 2020 and they were able to take me in right away. i was the only person there. they took my temperature when i walked in and had masks on and hand sanitizer everywhere for your disposal. they started with the pedicure first which was fine, but in the middle of the pedicure, another woman started on my manicure which i thought was weird/rushed. i asked for different colors for my nails, and they said they normally charge extra for that but they would only charge me for a regular gel mani this time around. overall was decent, not AMAZING experience- i think if the lady did my manicure normally and not during my pedicure, i would've gave it a better rating... read more

I came here based on the great yelp reviews. I asked for a mani/pedi which is usually never over $25. Here it is $30. I have an ingrown nail on my big toe and let the woman doing my pedicure know before she began. She looked at my nail and said she couldn't touch it?!?!?! You would think that's why you're getting a pedicure right to take care of polishing your feet. Well, besides the fact that she said that, she wanted me to put my feet inside the tub while it was burning hot. I let her know this TWICE & she didn't say sorry, or anything customer service like. She looked bothered and turned the cold water. She was extremely ROUGH kept grabbing my feet with force. Even though I told her my ingrown nail was painful she continued to scrape and grab my big toe even after I asked her not to. I asked her what she recommended for my ingrown nail (since it's her line of business) she simply stated she didn't know. When she was polishing my toes she keep pressing down on my toe and when I said ouch she looked at me like I was crazy and didn't even apologize. Rude rude rude rude !!! The massage felt like she was just squeezing my feet. I was wearing leggings and when she picked them up she kept grabbing them so roughly as if she was ready to rip them. The manicure was less than average; she didn't even have anything to soak my hands. Used a paper fan ?!?!?! The polish was uneven. It was a quick careless application. Honestly hated this place. **as if all this wasn't enough, there was a customer who asked her nail tech to file down her nail because it was uneven; the techs looked at each other rolling their eyes. They looked at the customer up and down with attitude only because she asked nicely for her nail to be fixed... When I came up to pay she didn't even say thank or anything she just snatched my card and threw receipt at me. Never been to such a rude place in my life. I went in for a mani/pedi based on the reviews. Sadly, they didn't match up with my experience. They didn't have the pre packed pedicure tools like I've seen in some other places and the paint job was done very poorly. My nail technician also removed her gloves before finishing the pedicure. I did not stay for the manicure given the lack of cleanliness standards. I would not recommend this salon at the moment. Two stars for the very nice foot massage she gave me. read more

Rip off! Bought my 70 year old mother a gift card and my mom went there for a chin, lip and eyebrow waxing and they charged her $60!!! Double of what they usually charge so when I called to ask the charges they said because my mom had a lot of hair. First off my mom is 70, she is in no way shape or form has "too much hair" and second that is not how waxing places work... I go for waxing as well and it's always been one price... sometimes I have a little hair and sometimes a little more hair and same price. Shame on them! They took advantage of an older women because she had a $70 gift card... and tried to deplete the card. NEVER AGAIN! read more

Very disappointed and disgusted with the experience my mother had this week. She doesn't have social media therefore I'm writing this review to inform other customers. She arrived with a gift card and got her lip, chin and eyebrows waxed. Each section was $20! Outrageous! That's not their normal price so they charged extra b/c they said she had excessive hair. Which she really doesn't, I promise. Besides, that's not how waxing works. I've lived in a couple of parts in the country and never experienced this type of rip off/ pricing and I have much more hair than my mother. They completely took advantage of her! So sad. I've informed my family and friends who live in this neighborhood of this place's poor business ethics. read more

This wonderful shop is an experience more than the mani pedi. The women from Kay to Annie and Choi give all their time and energy to clients. I've been to many nail shops and none of them except KSisters have special pedicure sanitary techniques. I never feel rushed here. The sisters take the time needed to give clients the best outcome. The polish and materials are high quality and my nails have improved over time. KSisters is worth a visit. Parking available. read more

A little pricey but I like the sisters who work here. Nice conversation and very relaxed atmosphere. But last time my manicure was oneofthe worst I had. They started chipping on the second day and barely have much on anymore and its only been 6 days. Also when I called them I was told manicure and pedicure would take 1 hour but it took over 1.5 hours. I knew it goes over but a customer asking that question is mostly trying to juggle a few things on a tight timeline and a better idea would help manage time better. read more

Beyond impressed, I will be coming back! I have been getting a pedi/gel mani for years almost every month and have never found a place that I love. Well I found it! $65 for gel mani and regular pedi. They were attentive, gave quality work, and went above and beyond helping me find exactly the shade of sheer pink I was looking for. Amazing foot and leg massage for the pedi. Hands down the best nail salon I've been to in a long time. Judy did a fantastic job on my gel extensions and made sure I knew the total price up front so if it was too much I could change my mind. Some nail salons have their price list hidden or not very obvious or the prices are wrong and you end up paying more than you thought but not here. My nails look natural and are the length that I wanted. The spa pedicure was well worth the money. Best massage I've had in a while. And using hot stones? Definitely a plus. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Excellent experience here, highly reccomend. Manicure/pedicure was over a week ago and still not a chip (used my own vinylux). Service was $30, and didn't see any day/time exclusions which is nice - lots of places only honor that rate Mon-Thurs. Technicians were polite, efficient and genuinely appreciative for the business (a rarity these days). And, not once did any of them whip out a personal cell phone to check it! Only 3 technicians were working so would recommend making an appointment. Also, you need quarters for street parking. read more

Come here for a simple pedicure and gel manicure. Probably the worst mani and pedi of my life (and I've had a lot of bad experiences). The technician barely touched my feet :( then when it came to my mani, she painted on my skin and used so much polish I looked like I had short fake nails on. I wish I had a picture but I drove straight to a different salon right after to fix the disaster. I hate leaving reviews but I came here because of all of the positive reviews and feel lied to. K Sister Nails has been my go-to mani/pedi salon for years and is the best in Fort Lee. The salon does really wonderful manicures and pedicures, and I always feel welcome and treated well. My nails look amazing after leaving the salon, and my manicures last over a week and my pedicures over a month. The team-- Kay, Annie, and Choi-- are professionals who take the time and put in the attention to detail, which shows. I had previously been to a number of salons in the area, and none match the service provided at K Sisters. It's a really great nail salon, and I relish my weekly visits. He was polite about it but after the other ordeal it just felt like a frustrating experience. UPDATE: The owner reached out to me afterwards to apologize for how it was handled. 12/4/2021 called on the day of and said they had time for 2…read moremanicures. i wish they had said no from the beginning. when we got there, they were pretty packed and the techs didn't even get a lunch break bc they were so busy. we had to wait 15 minutes to get seated. my tech was in a rush to finish my nails bc there were customers walking in. my nails were very streaky and i wasn't able to fully dry my nails bc there was no space. so when i came out of the store, one of them smudged. i didnt want to go back in because it was already so packed. very disappointing experience regular manicure $30? + tip
