I had also scheduled a pedicure, but when I called for my appointment, they didn't have it on the system, so I had to wait 30 minutes until I was seen. The technician who did my feet was extremely rough when removing my gel polish but was surprisingly gentle when giving me a massage. I was very disappointed with the nails and the pedicure.
