They cut my cuticles. I was bleeding. This is the shittiest manicure I've ever had.

Very shitty service , over priced , the owner talks to his staff like shit... this place honestly looks dirty inside and out!!! don't waste your money !!!

I've been going to get and nails back to back for about 3 months now. Up until my last appointment my nails always came out great and never chipped or cracked. My last appointment was rushed. My nails cracked the same day. I have very weak nails so I like using anc as it is a thick hard coat on my natural nail. My natural nails are all pretty much peeled back because this coat was done so thinly. I really do enjoy this salon and I dont mind the wait to get my nails done properly. But getting them done quickly maybe makes them last 1 week instead of 3 when they were done nicely. I'm hoping next time I will get a more careful nail tech who doesnt rush.

Want to give no stars. Service was horrible. Told me to come in at 6:30 (didnt tell me they closed at 7) rush through removing my old gel manicure. Cut me me with cuticle cutter. Painted over the dust from filing. My nails are jagged and the gel paint chipped off by the time I made it home. Never go here. Poor service and rude techs. . HORRIBLE PLACE

ANC leaves your nails healthy and long lasting. Each manicure I've had lasts 3+ weeks! They have an extensive color selection for both manicure and pedicures. Walk-ins are welcome, but the salon can be busy, so it's best to make an appointment, or expect to wait. I love the way Lucy does my nails. She also assures that I'm happy with what I get before I leave her station.

Go see Magda! She does an excellent job!

My fist time using ANC dipping system. Will never go back to gel! These are nail tips as extension and hombre purple. No gel, no uv light. Much more budget friendly than a new gel extension set, this set cost $70 vs $100+. Much more natural looking and lightweight feeling. Thank you Magda!! Friendly and clean!

Got my nails done here yesterday. Gel mani with a design. Sooo cute!!! The nail tech took her time, listened to my requests, and did exactly what I imagined. I will be returning!

I go in because yelp told me it was the most affordable shop near me. I tell the woman I'm getting stiletto style nails. She pushes the ANC on me and says $45. Cool. After a long time to finish she looks at my nails and says $50 because i never said I was getting stiletto shape. I was livid. This is false advertisement from yelp and the woman clearly is delusional thinking that dipping fingers in powder over and over again is worth $50 So everyone loves my nails and I do too, so I'm willing to try the location again will see if i try to get swindled again I'm bringing cash now lol

The lady who did my nails was really kind and did a good job but did NOT like how chi the owner charged me 5 dollars more for my actual nails being " long". Really seems like they try to charge more for any single thing!

Love how they did my nails!

Three letters!! ANC !! ANC nails have changed my life. I used to spend $70 on UV Gel manicures that would last me a month. I came to Diamond Nail on a whim because I live close by and would pass it all the time. One day I was in dire need of a manicure so I tried my luck here & never went anywhere else. ANC nail method uses a powder that doesn't leave your nail brittle or damaged. They feel lighter and last just as long as my UV Gel. Chi and her husband are also very friendly. Very personable and accommodating. I don't go anywhere else!!!

This place is awesome. Estefania did my gel pedicure which came out awesome. Chi and her husband (the owners) did my manicure with a powder dip product I've never tried before called ANC. I used to get uv gel on my nails but this product, which I've never seen elsewhere is pretty amazing. Feels lightweight but sturdy, has no dizzy-spell scents and is completely heat free so no burning nail beds. Chi, the owner, obviously felt strongly about having products that would keep all of her clients happy in the long term. She explained to me that the product is organic and is supposed to be very healthy for your nails. I will definitely be returning. The prices are very reasonable, the employees/owners take care of their clients the right way, and I honestly don't think I've gotten such perfect results at a salon ever before. I will definitely be a repeat clients of theirs.

There isn't a shortage of nail salons. What makes a salon stand out is their service, consistency,…read moreand reasonable pricing. I've been coming to Elite Nails for over 5 years for these exact reasons. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking in a lot. The salon is small and a little outdated. It could use a paint job and new flooring, but at least it's not unsanitary. There's around 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. If you want a luxurious ambiance, this isn't the place for you. Their prices are very fair and lower compared to other salons in the area. I always get a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($23). There's plenty of nail colors and brands to choose from. Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great. My polish lasts for a looooooong time and doesn't chip or lift. They even have a rewards system. Gain points for every $ spent and you get free services. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Before I drove over I called to make sure that they had any availability and they did on a Saturday afternoon. Grace had such meticulous attention to detail. She continuously checked in on me to make sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. It was quiet and peaceful such a huge difference from the nail salons that I have gone to previously. Also, during my service I was offered coffee, tea or water. At the end of my service, she used a collagen hand glove and a hot towel. I misread the sign outside that said $45 for gel mani/pedi, only 18 years or under, so that's totally my fault. The salon has no menu up with prices. The pedicure wasn't so bad, however I disliked the fact they did not disinfect the tub after use which makes me question whether the one used for myself was clean to begin with. I thought maybe I missed it but another lady finished after me and no one properly cleaned the pedi tub after her. The staff charged me $20 for the acrylic removal, which was ridiculous; I understand that this area is more expensive but $10 seemed more appropriate. Nancy was going to leave it at $10 IF I spent the $60 on the gel mani/pedi. The manicure was mediocre. Donna never soaked my nails as every other salon does (and I've been to many from the east coast to west coast, even internationally), I had to request it. I asked them to leave my nails their current length and Nancy cut them down too short. Nancy kept insisting if I wanted them shorter after I specifically said no. Donna filed my nails rounded square when I asked for square. After washing my hands I had to personally fix the shape and length on some of my nails and file down some of the acrylic left behind from their $20 removal. The paint job was crappy, my boyfriend thought I painted them myself. First time here and last time here. Maybe they treat their regulars great but not their new clients. Save your time and just go to Pinkie's.

DON'T GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED AND GET YOUR SKIN CUT!…read more I got scammed there today. I came in for a manicure and to remove old gel. At first, a lady named Miki told me it would be $30, then suddenly she changed it to $40 because it was "hard gel." Fine, whatever. I agreed to that. Then I asked for eyebrow and lash tint -- just tint, no shaping, no waxing. My mistake was not asking the price first. When it was time to pay, Miki told me it was $50 for lash tint and $50 for eyebrow tint. I was shocked. $100 just for tinting? Seriously? Even high-end Russian beauty salons don't charge that much. Realistically, both services together should be around $50 max. This kind of pricing is ridiculous and feels like a scam, especially for a first-time customer who wasn't told the price upfront. Completely unprofessional. Moreover, I came home and under my big thumb nail was bleeding like a skin damage probably from too much nail file even I asked to be gentle...Hopefully it's not some infection. I just wanted to have a nice nail experience today but got a headache instead. I don't mind to pay a generous tip but not when every step you are getting scammed... Needless to say, I will never come back. And just so you know -- by scamming people like this, you won't go far in life.
