Not satisfied whatsoever. A mediocre job. I've spent less and gotten better service. I got a mani…read morepedi hot stone $30 special and acrylic nail removal. I misread the sign outside that said $45 for gel mani/pedi, only 18 years or under, so that's totally my fault. The salon has no menu up with prices. The pedicure wasn't so bad, however I disliked the fact they did not disinfect the tub after use which makes me question whether the one used for myself was clean to begin with. I thought maybe I missed it but another lady finished after me and no one properly cleaned the pedi tub after her. The staff charged me $20 for the acrylic removal, which was ridiculous; I understand that this area is more expensive but $10 seemed more appropriate. Nancy was going to leave it at $10 IF I spent the $60 on the gel mani/pedi. The manicure was mediocre. Donna never soaked my nails as every other salon does (and I've been to many from the east coast to west coast, even internationally), I had to request it. I asked them to leave my nails their current length and Nancy cut them down too short. Nancy kept insisting if I wanted them shorter after I specifically said no. Donna filed my nails rounded square when I asked for square. After washing my hands I had to personally fix the shape and length on some of my nails and file down some of the acrylic left behind from their $20 removal. The paint job was crappy, my boyfriend thought I painted them myself. First time here and last time here. Maybe they treat their regulars great but not their new clients. Save your time and just go to Pinkie's.
