I just got a pedicure here yesterday cost me $40 and a $10 tip and this is what it looks like she also cut my cuticle super close on my other big toe that it still hurts. It looks like my toes got done like 2 weeks ago such a waste of money.

This place just opened and it's very clean. The prices are pretty standard for the area. They don't have freebie ad-ons, but the cleanliness stands apart from most other similarly priced nail salons in the area. My color gel with french tips was $35. I love that they have a membership program. If you get your nails done frequently, you could get a free manicure or even a free spa pedicure. I'll definitely be back. It only took me two years, but I think I finally found my nail spot in Bergen county. Really feeling my pink chrome gel mani (extra $10 for chrome). They have a large selection of dip powder and gel colors too! What stood out to me the most was their outstanding customer service! Angela was so kind and didn't rush me out of my seat - a rarity post COVID days. Looking forward to getting a mani/pedi

I've been going to get and nails back to back for about 3 months now. Up until my last appointment…read moremy nails always came out great and never chipped or cracked. My last appointment was rushed. My nails cracked the same day. I have very weak nails so I like using anc as it is a thick hard coat on my natural nail. My natural nails are all pretty much peeled back because this coat was done so thinly. I really do enjoy this salon and I dont mind the wait to get my nails done properly. But getting them done quickly maybe makes them last 1 week instead of 3 when they were done nicely. I'm hoping next time I will get a more careful nail tech who doesnt rush.

I will not be returning to Diamond Nail & Spa. There are far too many nail salons in Bergen County,…read moreand Bergenfield alone, to continue spending money somewhere that repeatedly leaves me uncomfortable or frustrated. I kept coming back because the location was convenient, even though something weird seemed to happen during nearly every visit. This last experience was the final straw. A dip manicure has previously cost me $45 without extensions or $60 with extensions. This time, I was charged $70 because I requested coffin-shaped nails instead of square. I have never been charged an additional $10 simply for coffin shape. If that is the salon's policy, the price should have been clearly explained before the service began. Instead, I found out when it was time to pay. As far as I'm concerned, the extra $10 she charged to file my nails in a slightly different direction became her tip. I had also scheduled a pedicure. When it was time to begin, the technician Onassis seemed irritated about having to do it and started complaining in Spanish. I don't think Onassis realized that I understood what she was saying. I should have canceled the pedicure immediately, but I genuinely needed my toes done. Onassis then tried to remove my gel polish with regular nail polish remover. When she realized it was gel, she continued complaining to the other employees in Spanish. The massage function on my chair was also broken. I told her it was not working, and she pressed a few buttons. When I explained that it still was not working, she ignored me and continued filing the polish off my toenails. All seven pedicure chairs were empty, and I was the only customer receiving a pedicure. Before my feet had even gone into the water, I asked Onassis to move to a working chair because the back massage is part of the spa pedicure experience I really enjoy. She ignored my request and kept filing. Her attitude made the entire interaction feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. At that point, I pulled my feet away and told her I no longer wanted the pedicure. I paid the inflated $70 charge for my nails and left. I hope the Chi reads this because the salon needs better communication, transparent pricing, and stronger oversight when Chi is away. Customers should not be surprised by unexplained charges, ignored when equipment is broken, or made to feel like an inconvenience for receiving a service they scheduled and are paying for. This was my final visit. I will not be back.

I work hard as a Chef and Beekeeper, and my nails go through all types of hell. So, wherever I get…read moremy nails done, they have to really come through for me. That being said, 4 U Nails & Spa in Cresskill NJ is a winner. The place is surgical clean and orderly. You never see a speck of anything, they are rabid about cleanliness. I get my gel mani done once a month and when I say it lasts -- if my nails didn't grow as quickly as they do (I think menopause sped them up lol) I could go even longer. But at 4 weeks, the grow-in is obvious and I don't like the way they look. I don't get them done because they are wrecked, I get them done monthly to change up the color and be pampered a bit. Funny story: last Saturday I was getting my gel mani and looked down the line and saw every client had picked some shade of pink. I had earlier switched my choice from a gorgeous turquoise to an OPI pink. We all laughed that it was the last mani of Summer. Come Fall, the colors are killer: deep metallic wines, sapphires, jades, the mattes are also stunning. Now I think I will go every 3 weeks, just to try all the colors. The technicians are friendly, but don't expect deep conversations; some aren't conversant in English, but all are stunningly polite. Two TVs are usually showing food network or animal planet, which is just fine. I leave my phone in my purse and just enjoy some quiet time. Pedis also last a long time, and the leg massages are wonderful; I just don't get them as often as my mani; maybe I should. Not the bottom of the pricing chain. The gel mani runs $35, and I tip 20%. But, you get what you pay for. And 4 U Nails delivers every time. Call and book an appointment.

The place is nice but very small and cramped. The pedicure felt rushed but it was up to typical pedi standards. This would definitely be a place I would return to if I needed a place to go to in a pinch

There isn't a shortage of nail salons. What makes a salon stand out is their service, consistency,…read moreand reasonable pricing. I've been coming to Elite Nails for over 5 years for these exact reasons. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking in a lot. The salon is small and a little outdated. It could use a paint job and new flooring, but at least it's not unsanitary. There's around 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. If you want a luxurious ambiance, this isn't the place for you. Their prices are very fair and lower compared to other salons in the area. I always get a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($23). There's plenty of nail colors and brands to choose from. Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great. My polish lasts for a looooooong time and doesn't chip or lift. They even have a rewards system. Gain points for every $ spent and you get free services. Looking forward to my next appointment!
