Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! Now on the the important stuff: For the manicure station, they have heavy, clear plastic sheets partitioning off each section where the seats are. They also have plexiglass "walls" between you and the manicurist, with a hole you slide your arms in so they can do your nails. In the pedicure station, there are dividers that partition each seat. Of course, there is nothing between you and the pedicurist, but everyone had on masks so we should be safe. I admit, I was nervous about going in due to the on-going pandemic.
