I used to stop at this salon every time I was in New Jersey for business because their pedicures were always great. Unfortunately, my most recent visit changed that. I arrived at 6:00 PM (Google says they close at 7:30 PM) and was told I couldn't get a spa pedicure because there "wasn't enough time," which didn't make sense. By 6:30 PM, they were cleaning up around me, and I was told directly they wanted to close early. The entire service felt rushed and uncomfortable, and it was obvious they were trying to get me out so they could leave at 7:00 PM. Very disappointing experience at a place I used to trust. Something has clearly changed. I won't be returning, and I'd warn others especially if you plan to go in the evening. read more

This seems to be a brand new place that just opened. It's a large space and has plush seating - massage chairs for pedis and armchairs around a central bar for manis. Tried them out for a regular Mani Pedi. The good part - The decor is nice - all white and gold accents with nice green plants around. They use many disposable products including the foot scrubber and sanitize their tools between uses. Hot stone during pedicure. The bad part - The tech I got was extremely inexperienced and managed to make what was meant to be a relaxing afternoon rather stressful. She cut too deeply into my cuticles leaving a stab wound and filed the surface of my nail with a nail file even though I asked her not to. Also didn't clean under my nails. The scraping of dead skin off the foot was extremely cursory and I had to ask her to go back and do it again. Could barely feel the massage. A woman came in while I was there complaining that the gel manicure she recently got had just lifted clean off. They give you a choice between Green Tea or Lavender scented salts for your pedicure which was a nice touch! Unfortunately I'm not planning to return despite the salts. read more

Probably one of the worst salons I been to in a while which is a bummer for how much I paid... walked in yesterday for acrylics and they said they only did gel-x no acrylics and I've never had gel-x before. They came out super bulky and French is way to thick all the shape and sizes are uneven and broke a nail literally a day after. Unfortunately the quality here is so inconsistent. First time, I had an overall smooth experience. The nail tech seemed to know what she was doing. I got a gel manicure. Since everything went normal, I was eager to go back. Second time, I had a terrible experience. I came back to get my gels off. I also wanted a regular manicure. I had a different nail tech this time who seemed very inexperienced. I was honestly shocked at how bad my manicure came out. Overall, this salon has a new and nice interior, but that's about it. Even with the more experienced nail techs, the quality is average. There are better places in the area. Regardless of where I am, I also appreciate it when businesses are transparent about their staff so I know what to expect. If staff is still in training, I'd rather know in advance and receive a discount (something I've experienced at hair & wax salons) rather than not know at all. read more

This place is very "fancy" and well kept. They just opened up a few months ago which was my favorite part. The prices are fancy as well if you know what I mean lol. They seem to want to attract a certain type of customer. When I first started coming they wanted to bring in more customers so they were doing free pedicures with any paid Manicure, Gel etc. I've been doing my Gel manicures with Jesy and they have lasted me 3 weeks with NO chips. Because of my job I constantly wash my hands and use sanitizer so 3 weeks with no chips is amazing to me. You pay for what you get. I've never had one but they offer massages, They have a chair near the back. They have a candy jar you can grab from while you wait, 2 tvs, a sitting area and many pedicure chairs. They do play music in the background. They are usually ready for me when I arrive for my appointment, which is my pet peeve. I only had to wait one time and luckily I wasn't in a rush anywhere after and the guy who greeted me and seems to be the manager took off my gel manicure while I waited so that Jesy can start as soon as I was seated. read more

I have been going to this salon faithfully for almost a year since its right up the street from my house. Initially the allure and vibe was great and the services were also quite good. For about 3 months now they have gone down hill and still charging for high priced services with less then adequate finished product. The girls are rushed all the time and the girl I have dealt with recently (Nicole) was quite rude and disrespectful. I had two services done that day and paid extra for callous remover ($15+) which required the girl (Glenda, Great Job) to take a little longer. It seems Nicole was acting Manager that day so she was trying to start my nails as they were doing my feet which would have been no problem but she couldn't get the machine to work so she then asked me if I could come back the next day since it was taking so long and they close at 7:30. Mind you it was only 6:00 pm and I told her NO because I was going on a trip and needed them both done that day. She huffed away and talked to other similar ethnic friend (probably talking badly). When it was her turn to work on my nails she was rude and aggressive. I did a light color so I think three cotes were needed but she barely let the timer run on UV light before she was rushing me out which was well before 7:30. I paid $125 that day for a bad nail service and rude behavior. The manicure girl did a great job and was very nice even though Nicole was very rude to her for taking so long. Let's not forget that my last three gel refills have all resulted in me returning the next visit with chipped or broken nails. read more

I went in with a reference picture and asked if she could do this design, she said yes when she should have said no. Beautiful atmosphere. Stressful experience due to inexperienced staff. I received a new set and in 3 weeks I went back to a refill and I was told that a new set is needed because nails were lifting !! I was like, "what!"
