We returned to this salon after a previous injury because they offered us complimentary manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately, returning was a mistake. During my husband's pedicure, the technician was talking instead of paying attention and scrubbed his foot down to raw skin, causing an infection. The salon initially offered both of us complimentary manicures and pedicures and agreed to refund the service that caused his injury. When I later stopped in to use my complimentary service, they went back on their original offer and said it applied only to my husband. However, he is so stressed and shaken by what happened that he has been unable to get another pedicure. He asked me to use the complimentary service instead, but the salon refused. We have decided not to return. This business did not honor the resolution it offered after injury, and the lack of attention from its techs is a serious concern. What happened to us could happen to anyone.

But damn, she was so eager to rush to go to her next client that she did a horrible job. Five extra minutes wouldn't have hurt anyone literally. The reason why she went over my fingers is because I asked her to remove my cuticles as she should have and she barely did it. Then painted my nails. I still saw cuticles so I asked again. This time this woman literally went deep. Sis didn't even file my nails properly. HORRIBLEEEEEEEE Besides that the salon is great, clean!! There isn't a shortage of nail salons. What makes a salon stand out is their service, consistency,…read moreand reasonable pricing. I've been coming to Elite Nails for over 5 years for these exact reasons. It's located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking in a lot. The salon is small and a little outdated. It could use a paint job and new flooring, but at least it's not unsanitary. There's around 6 pedicure chairs and 6 manicure stations. If you want a luxurious ambiance, this isn't the place for you. Their prices are very fair and lower compared to other salons in the area. I always get a gel manicure ($35) and regular pedicure ($23). There's plenty of nail colors and brands to choose from. Just a heads up, they don't do acrylics or very intricate designs. I always call to make my appointment and the owner, Joanna, is very accommodating. She's squeezed me in last minute with no issues. I don't recommend coming as a walk-in because they are usually booked. The best nail techs are Joanna and John. I usually go to John. He's gentle, has good attention to detail, and works efficiently. He doesn't rush and ensures I'm happy with my nail length, shape, and color. As a client of over 5 years, I've had a mix of good and bad experiences with other techs. Some are more experienced than others. My biggest pet peeve is getting my cuticles cut, so once that happens... I lose my trust! I'm not as picky with my toes, so I'm happy with any tech doing my pedicure. The ladies are really sweet and make my feet look ~pretty~ The quality of their nail products are great. My polish lasts for a looooooong time and doesn't chip or lift. They even have a rewards system. Gain points for every $ spent and you get free services. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Never got a discount for that, but to me it is worth not having the polish chip a day later. A few months ago I bought my husband a gift certificate and asked if it was more for a male and they told me $34. Today my husband used the GC and they asked for $3. After I asked why they told me it was $37. We went back and forth with you said, I said and they walked away from me twice. Finally they gave me back $3 and asked me not to return. Their service has been going downhill since they changed owner and apparently losing a longtime customer over $3 is how they do business. Went in, and there was 1 other person getting a manicure. I was seated for my pedicure right away. Pedicure was great, as usual. Now on the the important stuff: For the manicure station, they have heavy, clear plastic sheets partitioning off each section where the seats are. They also have plexiglass "walls" between you and the manicurist, with a hole you slide your arms in so they can do your nails. In the pedicure station, there are dividers that partition each seat. Of course, there is nothing between you and the pedicurist, but everyone had on masks so we should be safe. I admit, I was nervous about going in due to the on-going pandemic. By 6:30 PM, they were cleaning up around me, and I was told directly they wanted to close early.
