At first, a lady named Miki told me it would be $30, then suddenly she changed it to $40 because it was "hard gel." Fine, whatever. I agreed to that. Then I asked for eyebrow and lash tint -- just tint, no shaping, no waxing. My mistake was not asking the price first. When it was time to pay, Miki told me it was $50 for lash tint and $50 for eyebrow tint. I was shocked. $100 just for tinting? Seriously? Even high-end Russian beauty salons don't charge that much. Realistically, both services together should be around $50 max. This kind of pricing is ridiculous and feels like a scam, especially for a first-time customer who wasn't told the price upfront. Completely unprofessional. Moreover, I came home and under my big thumb nail was bleeding like a skin damage probably from too much nail file even I asked to be gentle...Hopefully it's not some infection. I just wanted to have a nice nail experience today but got a headache instead. I don't mind to pay a generous tip but not when every step you are getting scammed... Needless to say, I will never come back. And just so you know -- by scamming people like this, you won't go far in life.

I booked an appt. the day prior and requested a specific pedicurist. Upon arrival, there was another weekly frequenter who was there for an hour before me with the pedicurist I booked and she tried to hand me off to someone else. When I said I booked an appt with you... she start whining and raising her voice; so rude and mean the rest of the experience and did a horrendous job. I was in such shock to be treated so poorly that I just left.... instead of speaking my mind as I typically do. The manager was very apologetic and accommodating but unfortunately that was my final visit there. and I still tipped her!

Plus, a lavender soak (or lemon or green tea- your choice!), short leg/foot massage, and some callous removal are all included in the regular pedicure deal, which is just $25! I was so impressed with my pedicure experience at this nail salon. I'd say it was probably the best pedicure experience I've had in bergen county. As for my gel manicure, Silvia did an incredible job making sure my nails were perfectly done. I was so so happy that she was able to do my nails without any lumps, bubbles, streaks or nips appearing. Those were all issues I've had in the past with other salons, but not at Stellar! She was super precise and shaped my nails so well too! A perfect gel manicure, just for $35. Also the color selection was the best I've seen! Another plus is having a gorgeous park to look at while pampering yourself- definitely a relaxing salon experience. I highly recommend this salon! I am so glad I found this spot.
