Unfortunately, I used to like this nail salon when you could ask for a specific employee, but then certain employees only did certain services. So, I stopped going for my nails but continued with eyebrow waxing. After me not getting the normal woman who did a good job, I was sent with another employee who rushed and hurt my eyebrows. Not only that, before I could even say to her to stop rushing and slow down, she ripped half of my brow off. And then laughed at her work. You have got to be kidding. I went there two weeks ago because the usual salon I go to was full, and the lady I got did not do a good job. all my nails were filed at the wrong sizes and styles, and she kept breaking and bending my nails to the point where it was painful. I went back to get my nail fixed because the gel was coming up and she was bending my nails again. the staff is friendly and i like the owners but they need to teach their staff how to file read more

They struggled with everything gave my daughter gel nail polish instead of gel x manicure. They also gave her wrong color. Then said we are too busy-we had an appointment. The owner said I kept hearing her say that's not right color-yes exactly?? My manicure-the nail polish base & top coat was empty it messed up my polish. I said the bottle is empty she just smiled. I used to come to Nails Show in high school and always loved their work. Coming back now after Covid, Nails Show is just as popular as ever. They are extremely clean and well maintained. I think they actually renovated their interior since the last time I was there. They still follow social distancing for the most part, they use all new clean supplies for each client and have plastic barriers inbetween the guest and the whole staff is still masked. I called ahead to make sure they'd have time for me and my sister to get a gel manisure and regular pedicure. The woman on the phone was so nice and worked with me to find a time that worked and told me all the prices before I came in. The staff was super friendly and very organized- we didn't have to wait for a long time before receiving our pedicure. They have a great selection of colors and are able to create some beautiful and artistic designs, although they do cost extra! My only issue was the girl was trying to move fast and she nipped my cuticle on one finger just a little bit but overall the experience was great!! For a gel manicure and regular pedicure, Nails show has the best prices around. I'm recommending my friends, no doubt! I love my nails! read more

They just reopened and it was like walking into a brand new salon. It's so beautiful, clean, and modern. Absolutely love the new floors, chairs, desks. It's a very chic space with all of the necessary safety measures taken. I was even given a baggy with my own nail file and nail buff to bring with me to appointments to make sure each client is getting their own. My temperature was taken was I walked in and we signed in (assuming for contact tracing). I was very impressed with both the renovations and the safety measures. read more

It is not as sanitary as it looks. Filing of nails, the nail dust goes all over the place. They use the same files and buffers for everyone. The foot scrubber was not santized...used for everyone. However, the service is quick and they have a variety of colors. read more

I called ahead for a 2pm gel manicure and pedicure. When I arrived the salon was very crowded. I announced that I had an appointment and was completely ignored. No one even acknowledged me or told me to pick a color, or anything. I walked around and picked a color and sat down. Brought my daughter with me to get mani/pedis. Big mistake. They charged me 15 dollars to file and paint my daughter's fingers and toes. They didn't give her a full pedicure like I asked. I opted out of my mani after I had an AWFUL, rushed pedicure which they charged 20 for. I won't be retuning. This place is awful. read more
