This was an amazing place! Geneen did my nails, and I was a little early and had to wait a few minutes extra since another client was being finished up, but I didn't mind because she was taking her time to make sure everything was the best quality. I told her I was trying to grow my nails out and originally booked for a hard nail set, but Geneen recommended the Gel-X set to help keep my nails strong and intact, which also ended up saving me some money as well. It was quiet and very chill, and she did a wonderful job on my nails!! I'll definitely be coming back. read more

Great salon for hair and nails. Stopped in today to get my nails taken down to my natural form from long tips. The nail tech was very pleasant and kept asking me if I liked my nails/wanted anything fixed. She held up a good conversation and made the experience very welcoming. Nails came out beautiful! The owner was present too and was also super sweet. She even had her cute frenchie dog in the salon which was very enjoyable as I was waiting for my nail tech. Place is decorated lovely. You can get a blowout while getting your nails done. Very neat concept. Will certainly come back again to get my nails done! read more

I love this place! My first experience at polished pub was absolutely amazing. First of all, it's very well decorated and just a nice space to be in. The owner is very nice and accommodating and her employees are too! Emma and Cynthia did an excellent job with my hair and nails and were so friendly the whole time. I brought my daughter for a gel manicure for the prom. She wanted a French manicure but one nail was too short. The technician added a tip to that nail (at no charge) and the whole set of nails looked beautiful. My daughter was thrilled! Not a pleasant experience -- Considering my curls fell out almost immediately it was a pricey blowout ($47). Was asked if I wanted to keep pins in my hair to set or take them out without knowing I'd be charged an extra 10 dollars. I ultimately asked for them out since I did not know I'd be paying extra and the woman doing my hair never asked or disclosed that the pins were extra and was met with attitude. The blowout also took an hour and a half which made me late for plans. Cute place but not worth the lack of transparency, time-consuming services, and price. read more
