I came in for a simple gel manicure, and not only was the quality of the work below average, messy polish, uneven filing, and my cuticles were left looking worse than before; but the staff was incredibly disrespectful. When I was hesitant to pay extra for a gel pedicure as opposed to a regular pedicure, one of the workers actually said to me, "What, do you not have money or something?" I was shocked. That kind of comment is completely uncalled for and honestly humiliating. It's not about the money, it's about treating your customers with basic respect. Feel free to peruse my other review to read about the nightmare. I would rather not give them any media hits, if at all possible. Frantically, I went on a hunt for a new make up and hair stylist. I ran to my usual stylist who was unavailable. The Posh bride was recommended (randomly by a make up networking site...) to me by my usual trusty stylist (not the ones that canceled on me) because he could not travel to me on short notice. I called Posh Bride...... frantic... and spoke with Theresa who was very good about calming me down... We spoke about a price point & we talked about styles, exchanged some emails and pictures of me. Couple of hours later, no shorter than 36 hours before my wedding, I booked The Posh Bride, contract and all. They traveled to my hotel and gave me a beautiful do! I had braids and and low bun styled up do. I opted for air brush make up and loved it!!! The make up stayed on all night! I am GRATEFUL to Theresa & Deana. They did an absolutely stunning job with my hair and make up, while only looking at a few pictures of me, social media accounts for the look and vibe I was aiming to accomplish. Prices were perfect!
