We had a really nice experience at Queen Nails. My husband and I came for manicure pedicures, and it's nice to find a place open Sunday. For both it was $45 each plus tip. Staff were very nice and we didn't have to wait to be taken care of. I am usually really rough on my nails but they are looking really good for almost a week later. read more

I'm trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but as of right now I'm not very happy. I went 4 days ago to get a new set of extensions and LCN. They were very nice and the salon was very clean. Summer did my nails and she was very sweet. However, within those 4 days, I've had 2 nails just pop off. One 2 days later, and one today. I have to say that with the amount of money I spent, I'm extremely disappointed. I don't see myself going back there. Came here last night for a manicure and was very pleased. First of all, this place is still charging $10 for a mani and I love it. It was very clean, I watched as the woman took a new set of tools out of clean wrapping. She was very gentle, which was greatly appreciated seeing as I came in with a bit of an ugly cut just at the top of my pinky nail. She managed it expertly, and was even able to push the cuticle back a bit gently. Only complaint was that my polish has some teeny air bubbles in it, but other than that I would totally come back! read more

Came here on Sunday afternoon for a manicure and it was an overall good experience. I would have opted for gel but it was a little pricey at $35 so I went with the basic $10 manicure (great price!). I thought the nail tech did a good job, except the color I picked was really light so she should have put on 3 costs instead of 2- that's why I took off a star. The salon itself is really clean and pretty big, and there's a wide selection of polished. There are lots of people working there so I didn't have to wait at all even though I only called 10 mins ahead. I'd recommend this salon and will come back! read more

I went to this location (by word of mouth) this past Saturday. It was my first time visiting, and I was definitely disappointed. Now it was definitely a busy Saturday, but I did not mind that--I was accepting that weekends are their busiest and waited patiently. What disappointed me was the unfriendliness of my technician (I'll spare her name). She kept on looking behind over her shoulder to her previous client (the owner had asked her to move and attend to my nails after buffing the previous client's) as if she didn't want to do my nails. She never cracked a smile--I felt uncomfortable. Also, I asked her to make my nail shape almond after wearing them as square. She did a half-a** job and I can see the corners of my nails popping through the edges of the "almond". I paid $35 for a gel manicure, but honestly I don't know if I'll ever come back. Maybe my technician was having a bad day, but I would've definitely paid extra for a technician who would've actually smiled and paid attention to my nail shape. I'm giving them 2 stars because I looked around me and the other staff seemed nice and clients were smiling and laughing. Maybe it was just my bad luck and caught my technician waking up on the wrong side of the bed. read more

I enjoyed my pedicure very much when I came in today. We were taken early for our appointment, which I appreciated, and they were very nice at first. After that, I have nothing but bad things to say. Once I sat down for my gel manicure someone came over as another manicurist pointed at my cartier ring which made me feel a little uneasy. Soon after she told me there would be a $10 up-charge (or as I thought I heard) to remove the gel I already had on. I didn't want to argue, so I agreed. The manicurist continued to cut my nails very short and not even fully remove the gel that was on. The overall manicure was very goopy and even a little messy. When I went to pay I heard a very large price. I pointed out the special on the door that said $49 for a gel manicure and pedicure. She then said it's $20 to take off my gel. I tried to explain that she said $10 and she kept saying $20 and doing math on a paper that didn't make sense. Rather than keep me as a customer she continued to argue with me and I eventually gave up as to not cause a scene. I still don't understand how the pricing was what it was and I feel extremely uncomfortable returning to this salon. Update: it's been a week and my nails are severely chipped read more

I came here on a Monday afternoon for a gel manicure & pedicure. The experience actually went really well: my nails look good, they use clean/sterile equipment (a new tool baggie per client) & the staff was nice. However, my poor review for this establishment (I would give zero stars if possible) has nothing to do with the quality of the service I was provided, but rather their money/credit card policy. When I went to pay ($45 for my french gel manicure and $25 for my pedicure) I presented the man with my Visa card (the door has a sign explicitly saying both Visa & MasterCard are accepted). He began to tell me that there would be an $11 charge for using my card...excuse me? He also told me they had an ATM for my convenience (no, I would not like to pay a ATM fee for an establishment that says they accept credit cards as a form of payment). As I continued questioning him about this apparent surcharge, he began to back-track and tell me that he would actually just take $11 off if I paid in cash or something like that. The whole conversation was very shifty/sketchy and he was not able to give me clear answers regarding this "policy" (perhaps he hasn't been questioned before?). I would like to mention that I have no problem paying for tip in cash (which there is a sign on the wall requesting customers to do so), however, I DO have a problem with an establishment charging extra for using an accepted credit card. In the end, I paid with my card and was not given a receipt, so I suppose I should be on the lookout for statement for how much I was charged in the end. I will also be throwing out the membership card the man so kindly had me sign up for. read more

I have tried a handful of nail salons in the area, and by far, this is the best overall nail salon in the area!!! It is clean and well maintained. Everyone who works there is friendly and will expertly care for your nails. The place is pretty big to accommodate parties and large groups. A great team of the owner, her son and daughter runs the place efficiently and professionally. They are also very nice and always pleasant ! I always request Hope who never disappoints, but anyone there is good and will do an excellent job! read more

Things have changed here. I don't know if it's different leadership, or just my perspective but things have gotten better. It is still 35 dollars for a clear gel fill- the best price around here. The fill was done in a very reasonable period of time, and efficiently. The people running it have either changed or gotten more friendly, because I feel more welcomed this time around. Manicurists were somewhat quiet, but that's fine, I'm happy to have the time to myself to relax. They have the latest OPI and Essi colors and everything is clean. This was a great nail salon experience. I came here with some if my friends. It was great. I only had a pedicure, and it was awesome. I will have to say that I did wait a while, but that was okay. I got a mint Essie color, with blue big and small sparkles on one finger on each hand. They use a tools that were clean out of the bag. First, she pushed back my cuticles, then she trimmed them, and then she massaged cream onto my hands. After that, she applied a base coat onto my nails. After that, she put on my nail polish selections. Before she put on a top coat, I waited for 3 minutes while she was at the cash register. It was a little unpleasant since my phone was falling and my nails were wet. After that, she spent 1 minute talking to another manicurist. Again, pretty upsetting. She quickly showed me to the lanel machines, which were great because they automatically shut off when your nails were dry. Another plus! But, the manicurist did an excellent job. My nails look great! The staff was pretty nice. Like all nail salons, the said a big hello when we walked in. My manicurist was quiet, but that was good so I could have some peace. She was very nice. The place itself was very nice. There were many nail booths set up, and about 6 pedicure stations. There was also a room in the back for waxing and massaging. It had a very modern feel, and they played relaxing music. All in all, I will/would defiantly come back. It is a very nice nail salon! I do recommend this place. read more

I got a manicure and pedicure today and was very displeased at the end. My manicure was pretty good. The lady was very sweet but she rushed it a lot which is my only complaint. I asked for the silky smooth pedicure which on the board says $65. The lady doing my pedicure did a great job massaging my legs. When she went to scrub my feet she took her time on one foot then barely even brushed the second. She was rushing even though no one was there to go after me. She also cut my toe nails in a very crooked way. Then when my mother asked to confirm the pricing to pay. She said $65 which made sense since thats the one I ordered. My lady's colleague who was giving another pedicure next to me corrected her saying she used the wrong scrub on my legs by accident so it should only be $45 plus an extra $12 for the additional things she did that were in the rest of the silky smooth package. Juliet was confused and after being confronted multiple times did not admit her mistake. She gave her colleagues looks as if she did not want them to continue explaining her mistake. My mother then asked her superiors to check with her. She did not admit her mistake and over charged us. I could smell and feel the peppermint rub on my legs and not the one used for silky smooth. The mistake is already to make but not admitting it and over charging your costumer is not okay. read more

I was there this morning at 10:30 for the first time. I brought my sister and my 6 year old niece with me. They are well staffed; we were taken care of right away. I had a french shellac manicure, my sister had a regular pedicure and my niece got a regular manicure. Very clean, relaxing environment. Spacious; I didn't feel cramped. Decent parking. Very competitive prices; the best in the area so far.... I did not like the massage but that's because I don't like massages. I will go back again for nails. I'm very pleased. read more
