I wish I had taken photos where the polish ran into my cuticle, they missed spots on my nails, they barely cleaned up my cuticles and the polish was applied streaky. I don't know if these ladies are straight out of training, but to put it mildly "they suck and need more training. It was an awful experience!!!! Another thing I noticed which may be language barrier issue is the ladies are not friendly at all. When I am paying for a service like a nail salon I'm willing to "try-out" other people but unfortunately those 2 experiences, after my initial good experience made me decide to no longer spend my money there. Strangely after I had the good manicure with Miriam I never saw her again. My best recommendation if you go there is to ask for Miriam. Maybe she was off when I went there or worked later in the day. But once her next client arrived, she rushed through the rest of my appointment. There was a nick in the polish in my left hand, so she quickly tried to fix it with more polish butIt seems like the polish wasn't cured properly, resulting in bubbling and peeling.

I went in on Tuesday (6/11) asking for acrylic french tip on my toes, the people were looking at me…read morelike i was absolutely crazy and like it was the biggest thing in the world and told me they didn't do that. so i replied with i'll do gel with the french tip on my toes. the lady i had was the sweetest, she was very delicate with me, making sure everything was okay. the vibe from her was decent. i paid $75, I was originally going to leave a tip but it had slipped my mind... my mom and i walked out after paying and one of the workers CHASED US OUTSIDE FOR A TIP!!!!!! asking me if i wanted to leave one and i believe she said i didn't have to, but i gave her 5$ anyways. my other issue is, last night after showering the gel peeled off 3 of my toes!!!!!! it's only been 3 days since i got them done! i'm so so mad!!!
