I decided to get a pedicure before I have my baby to relax and feel good - my mani/pedicure was anything but relaxing. My tech barely filed or shaped my nails, barely cut my cuticles, gave me a listless massage on my legs but none on my back despite me seeing others getting them. I was pressured over choosing colors and was told it was "impossible" to test out gel colors (ok, lady...gel wipes right off you're just being lazy). Moreover, I asked to social distance from other customers being so pregnant, and had to continually argue to get my needs met. My nails look like absolute shit - cuticles are dry and not attended to. I've been coming here for over 5 years and always get tons of compliments on my (gel) nails. The are ample color choices for gel nails. I've gotten pedicures here too and they're fine (I usually get the basic service, so I can't speak to the luxury options). There doesn't seem to be huge employee turnover, which is a good thing in a nail salon. read more

Came here on lunch to get a quick mani or pedi. There were only a few people in there and. I was greeted upon arrival and asked what i wanted, I told her a mani and pedi and I'm pressed for time cause i need to get back to the office. She offered an express pedi ( pedi - no water, no soaking, nails cut filed and polished) I said a regualr would suffice. She then offered to do my mani and pedi at the SAME TIME ! Most nail salons will not offer, let alone accommodate two associates to one person. Anywho, i get my pedi started and the lady did a full mani while I was getting my feet done. Both ladies were great and I enjoyed my experience. I will ABSOLUTELY go back as everyone was friendly. I do not expect to get both done at the same time everytime especially if they are busy. The salon was a nice size and they carry my two fave nail brands OPI and Essie. I will absolutely return. read more

I went to In Nail Spa today for the first time and I have to say that they did a fantastic job. I am so picky about how the like my nails done, Hana did them PERFECTLY. They were also very clean. I wasn't unhappy with the place that I had been going to for years but wanted to try something closer to my home and was very pleasantly surprised. I went in yesterday and my nail tech was Sarah, I was not happy with her AT ALL. I was her last appointment and she rushed my whole appointment. I've been here before and never had a complaint but yesterday the way I was treated was very unprofessional and no customer should feel that way. I asked her to file my nails square which she did( never asked me if I wanted to go shorter etc) and made my squared nails to wide, she painted my nails very quickly and when I asked her about cone concerns about my nails she just kept brushing it off. Lastly, at this salon every other client got a mini quick massage even the girl who sat next to me, but for me she just said done. I just felt very rushed through the whole process and every client should be treated equally, a mini massage may not be a big ordeal but it's all about treating every client equal and they shouldn't feel rushed etc. read more

Stopped by after work one day to get a regular Gel Manicure. I have been getting my nails done for years so I have seen the good, bad and ugly in the past. No wait and was able to get right into a chair. They had a good selection of colors and the older woman began to do my nails right away. She took her time and did a good job on my manicure. For some, it may have been almost too long but I didn't mind since I had no where to be. One week later, my nails are still all in tact; no chips and they still look pretty good. The reason for the 3 stars is that while the manicure was good and the price was good ($28 for gels), the place is not as clean as others in the area. The salon itself looks clean enough, but the tools weren't to my liking. The latest standard at nail salons is to use a fresh set of tools, straight from sealed plastic, to do a new customer's nails. In Nail, instead, used tools that were soaking in the infamous blue solution. My nail tech pulled a few tools from one of the UV light sanitizing machines, but it had not been on so I am not 100% confident that they were up to my standard of cleanliness. All in all, it is a cheap place with no wait for if you are in a bind. And I am not too picky for my finger nails, but I definitely wouldn't ever get a pedicure from this place. I have been coming here for a couple of years and used to be super happy. Until this entire summer each and every appointment I made were given away, changed without letting me know, erased from the book... you name it, it happened. I ended up several times with 'new' people that were there to test out and one of them did such an aweful job my cuticles were burning and color faded into the color of children's' poop. Last time I spoke to the owner and asked her directly WHEN and WITH WHOM is my appointment next time 2 weeks since I am always on tight schedule. She confirmed my girl and my time, she wrote it on the appointment card only to receive a call 1 hour later (at least she called this time) to tell me she had to move it for someone else. I will NEVER come back. Customer Services is the biggest turn off there... read more

Literally the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my entire life. 65 dollars some how take just as long as someone getting g a 30 dollar pedicure. Cramped place that smells weird and very depressing. Definitely not sanitary. Definitely did not get my money's worth. I have come here time and time again and never had a great experience. I usually come here for pedicures because I usually don't get my nails done but I decided to get gel tips. They were done so poorly that they weren't even lasting me a week and they were all popping off. Pedicures here are horrible, they are rushed and no effort is put in. I sat down about 5 minutes after the person in front of me to get a pedicure and I was done about 15 minutes before her and we got the same exact pedicure.not to mention when I was done with me pedicure and the girl who did my pedicure walked me over to the dryer she turned it on and walked away and started rubbing some other girls shoulders who was getting her nails done by another technician. This has happened almost every time I have come here and I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt because I usually come in as a walk in so maybe I was disrupting their schedule but no the last time I came in all the pedicure technicians were sitting doing nothing. So what's the rush. Most of the women are nice and friendly but they have to be because they do not want to lose business. I do not recommend if you are looking for a relaxing time. read more
