But once her next client arrived, she rushed through the rest of my appointment. There was a nick in the polish in my left hand, so she quickly tried to fix it with more polish butIt seems like the polish wasn't cured properly, resulting in bubbling and peeling.

Joanne is so lovely to work with, she has done my nails exactly like the pictures I show her only better and is very patient and meticulous. I also got my first pedicure there by Jenny who couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. She is so sweet and did a great job. She also gives incredible massages so if you are getting a gel manicure and will be sitting there a long time I highly recommend letting her give you a massage ($15 for 10 minutes, it was worth every penny.)

They always find time to squeeze you in for an unscheduled pedicure and waxing session. They have so many chairs and nail techs that you'll never wait long..and their prices are good. I am a customer for life! Ask for Vinny when you call for your appointment and he will get you in. Dylan is my go-to person for my gel manicures. Just read the review from June 9th--it describes the same behavior I experienced. I paid $10 extra for a cat-eye design, and the photo clearly shows that it does not look like a cat eye. When I went back and politely explained that this wasn't what I had asked for, instead of apologizing or trying to make it right, he became defensive and told me I would have to pay even more for a polish change. What is most disappointing is that he continues to respond to customers by arguing and making excuses instead of taking responsibility when the salon fails to provide the service that was requested. A professional response would have been a simple apology, a refund of the $10 charged for the cat-eye design, and an offer to correct the mistake without charging me again. Good customer service means listening to your customers, acknowledging when something wasn't done correctly, and making it right. Instead, I was met with a defensive, rude attitude and told to pay more to fix the salon's mistake. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon.

Both times it was rushed and looked like a 5 year old painted my nails and toes. I wish I had taken photos where the polish ran into my cuticle, they missed spots on my nails, they barely cleaned up my cuticles and the polish was applied streaky. I don't know if these ladies are straight out of training, but to put it mildly "they suck and need more training. It was an awful experience!!!! Another thing I noticed which may be language barrier issue is the ladies are not friendly at all. When I am paying for a service like a nail salon I'm willing to "try-out" other people but unfortunately those 2 experiences, after my initial good experience made me decide to no longer spend my money there.
