The staff never seem to know their next appointments, which creates confusion and delays -- this is basic management that any good owner should handle. This was my second visit. The first time, Kenny did my nails and did an amazing job -- I highly recommend him if you come here. But my most recent experience with the owner was frustrating from start to finish. Let me tell you that their reflexology foot massage is the best in the world. I can't believe they only charge $30 for one hour!
