I went in for a pedicure on 6/27 with an appointment. I upgraded and got the raspberry and pomegranate which added calluses removal and a 15 minute massage. I of course used the massage chair. When finishing up the service I went to sit up and to my surprise my hair was stuck in the chair. I had to rip my hair out to then discover my hair was being burnt. I asked who was in charge which they said nobody was, and that there is no manager either. I was told I would get $10 off of a $65 and tip service. Absolutely unacceptable considering now I have to get a haircut to fix this. One of the coworkers informed me that it was my fault for using the massage chair which caused this to happen. The group I was with was very supportive and informed them we would not be paying for my service. One of the workers said "you still have to tip". Which seemed like a ridiculous comment to make. Of course we were going to tip, it wasn't the workers fault. But we needed to feel we were getting listened to. So all in all the customer service was very inappropriate and rude. read more

Busy place. Unfriendly staff. No one paid any attention to me when I arrived. There was no one behind the reception counter. I understand that perhaps this is a busy day where all hands are on deck so I asked for a pamphlet with their services and prices and business operating hours so that I can come back. The person who was performing a pedicure on the patient told me there wasn't any. She could not be bothered with any follow up questions. The manicurist that did my nails never said hello, thank you or good bye. I finally left because she would not speak to me and she was nasty if I asked a question. I tried this place because its a 2 minute drive from my home. When i arrived i asked if they had time to give me a pedicure, they asked if i had appt and continued to speak in their language and stared at me. They then decided they would do it. While doing my feet she was so rough didnt use no cuticle oil while pushing my cuticles back and cut my nails so short that my little toe nails look like little circles they arent even squared!! When it was time to clean my feet she didnt even scrub them she slapped the exfloating scrub on and put my feet back in the water. Whatever after all was done i still gave a tip because im a moron i guess lolll. She didnt even say thank you!! This place is garbage!! Never again! read more

I have been going to this place for a couple of months now. I at first really liked it, but after my last visit I was really disappointed. I went about 4 days ago, at around 6:00. Made an appointment and everything for a gel manicure. If they did not want to take there time and rush me out, they should not have said that I can come in at 6:00. The girl I had was going to put one coat of the color and I had to tell her to put 2 (although I usually get 3). My nails are already chipping. They were also rude as I was leaving the place. I constantly feel rushed. I have to say they do keep clean for COVID regulations. But after this experience I don't think I will be back. I am honestly really annoyed that my nails are already chipping after getting them done a couple of days ago. Gel is supposed to last weeks. Don't think I will be back. Not very happy after this experience. read more

This is the third time I try this place. Every time I walk in no one even acknowledges you, you just stand there. Everything is extremely rushed and it feels like people are doing a million things at once- answering phones, getting supplies, dealing with charging customers. Pedicure was quick and more like a polish change. Then made to wait another 10-15 minutes again in between mani and pedi. Do yourself a favor. Go someplace else. read more

I was excited to try out a new place because Tutti Nails in Nanuet closed. Unfortunately this place didn't meet my level of expectation. The service was lackluster and cold. The woman doing my nails was rough and gave off the impression that I was a bother for her to do my nails. The only positive is that it was $30 for a manicure and pedicure which is much cheaper than Tutti but putting that into perspective is that you get what you pay for. I would rather pay more for better service and a more appealing environment. This place was new inside but the nail desks are too close to one another. Also the temperature checks were random, I was checked but I noticed that this was not the case for everyone who walked through the door. It's safe to say I definitely won't be returning and hopefully you're better prepared than I was and checked the reviews first. read more

First time client, NO greeting when entering salon, nail techs talked in their own language the whole time, my nails and toes were done at the same time (not very relaxing) then not 1 person checked to see if toes & Nails were dried and had to take toe separators out myself then went to make a appointment with the same nail tech she said "no" all the other tech's do better and not a goodbye. I visited this salon to have the dip powder nails done. The salon is very nicely done and was hoping for the same for my powder gels. Unfortunately a couple days after the gel began to lift and crack/chip off. I called the salon to let them know and they were very nice to offer me a do-over. I believe the owner helped me and she did seem to do a nice job, but one nail was wavy and not smooth and on top of that, today, 3 days later, again one nail is starting to lift/break off. I've had the gel powder dip 3 times at a salon in Nanuet (Nail Fetish) and my manicure was beautiful and lasted over 4 weeks (with nail growth), but they looked amazing. I'm very disappointed in my experience and would not recommend this salon based on my results. read more

Not a fan at all. The gentleman who gave me my mani and pedi was very fast and gave me the bare necessities. My daughter was next to me and got the works. My mani pedi was quick and no frills. He never even softened my cuticles and cut them dry which was a bit painful. I spent $148 for eyebrow wax for one, one French gel manicure, one gel manicure,(on unpolished clean nails) and 2 regular pedicures. TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. read more

Why is it that you walk into this salon, sit down and the nail techs just get to working on your nails without even asking you your name , introducing themselves , or even just saying a freaking word? It's disturbing! Like, you're doing my nails I would like to know your name or at least acknowledge each other like I find it so cold how they run things there. Also the short young woman working there has a bad attitude and isn't cut out for anything related to customer service. It's not cute, it's not "sassy" it's just rude and unpleasant. (The fact I don't even know her name because your just $$$ to them, in and out.) As someone who has worked in the service industry, I can understand having a bad day or being stressed and not being assss pleasant as you usually would be once or twice to a customer, however repeatedly just being rude and nasty is another thing.
