The staff never seem to know their next appointments, which creates confusion and delays -- this is basic management that any good owner should handle. This was my second visit. The first time, Kenny did my nails and did an amazing job -- I highly recommend him if you come here. But my most recent experience with the owner was frustrating from start to finish. I left unhappy with my nails and even more unhappy with the way she runs her business.
