Surprisingly this place took me in as a walk in on a Friday evening. It was packed but they took em in for a mai but NEVER told em they'd change t remove my existing gel manicure. Pretty place but on a Friday evening it was messy, dirty, and person that did my mani did not speak a word of English therefore I don't understand her and vice versa. Would have rated higher if it weren't bc they lied about the price. I happened to be in the mall and so, against my better judgment, I skipped my regular spot and instead went to this salon for an SNS manicure, a regular pedicure, and an hourlong massage. The salon itself is nicely decorated and clearly everything is brand new, although the entire place did smell a bit weird (like someone was cooking something pungent in the back). When I was seated, I asked politely if I could soak my nails off while getting my pedicure -- a simple request that was ignored from the start. During the pedicure, communication was extremely difficult. Despite pointing to the color and clearly articulating the associated number, I was brought the wrong shade twice before finally landing on the right one. I then asked four separate times, using both words and hand gestures, if I could soak my nails during the pedicure. Each time, my request was met with a blank stare and no effort to address it. If a staff member cannot understand a customer, the appropriate response is to find someone who can -- not to ignore them altogether. Being repeatedly dismissed was frustrating and unprofessional. When I tried to speak with other staff members, they also stared blankly and continued playing videos loudly on their phones. At one point, the manicurist dropped a brush on the floor and--picking it up without cleaning it--began using it on my nails. She also used the wrong top coat and made me put my nails under a UV light, which is not the right process for SNS. Sadly, the quality of the service didn't get much better (see pic). When I pointed this out to two different employees, including the manicurist who did the nails, more blank staring. I told them it was done poorly and needed fixing -- more silence and staring. Because of the ongoing communication issues and lack of responsiveness, I canceled my massage and left. My SNS nails chipped within 12 hours of leaving the salon and I went to get them redone elsewhere. Avoid this place. read more

Brought a group of 5 girls here for manicures. They were very accommodating but were only able to do two girls at a time since they appeared to be busy on a friday afternoon. This salon is brand new and beautifully decorated they are currently offering grand opening promotions and specials as well as complementary drinks and snacks. They have lots of manicure stations and pedicure stations. Make sure you make an appointment before you arrive. They have a large staff and appeared to be very busy. I went in today with my friend to do my nails, she had an appointment while I was a walk in and not only did she not get serviced but she was forced to pay $35 for NOTHING! We had a 6pm dinner reservation and they had her waiting for over an hour when her appointment time was 4pm she didn't get seen until 5pm. And by the time the nail tech started her nails we had to leave. The person at the front forced her to pay $35 when she clearly had her slippers on, toes out and nothing done! This is a relatively new place. Beautifully decorated and big, so you don't feel crowded. It feels very clean and everyone is very kind. They greet you with warm smiles. Even as I sat at my nail lady's desk, the person next to me was practicing designs on a hand mannequin. I like the effort. Ask for Spring!! She takes her time, really cleans your nails and cuticles. She actually gives a nice foot rub on the pedicure and she doesn't rush you. She also is honest with you and tells you if the design will work on your nail length and etc. I like that she's realistic. She lets you try as many colors as you need, without attitude. She even has a display of nail designs she does on her table. I went there on a Friday around 1pm. It was relatively busy but since the place is big, you don't feel crowded. I got a pedicure. They have a nice massage chair with 4 options and chargers for phones. They offer you lemonade, soda and water. Chocolates and chips. Even fruit snacks. If your service is 70$, they even offer wine and cocktail. The bathroom is nice and clean. The tables have hooks to hang your bags. I got a fill in with design. Spring took her time and let me experiment with the shape. She always asks throughout the session if you like it. I also like that she doesn't keep up small talk, as I like to relax in silence. All in all, it took me about 2 1/2 hours. I don't mind the time as I like thorough work. With a regular pedicure and gel acrylic fill in, I paid $93. For what you get and quality of service, I think it's worth it. Sure you can get cheaper somewhere else, but poor quality. They barely last. I loved my designs! I included all the photos of the designs Spring has done. They also last me 3 weeks. I just get it refilled because of the growth. Will def come again. Recommend you set an appointment as it can get busy. Especially when you want a specific nail artist. Again, ask for Spring!!!! read more

Worst regular manicure, especially since it's on the expensive side. The guy seemed pissed off that I chose to have a regular manicure, like he couldn't be bothered to look up from his phone. Rolled his eyes when I asked for a specific color. Ice cold water to dip cuticles in. No lotion or hand massage. The manicurist accidentally touched one of my fingers, smudging the polish. He begrudgingly removed the polish with a dry paper towel and threw it upon the table. My fingers were covered excess nail polish, to the point he had to go back with a cotton ball and remover. worst of all, while drying, I was watching the "sanitizing" process. 3 spritzs of rubbing alcohol on the cuticle clipper and other tools. That's it. The tools were then just thrown into a caddy and brought to the next person in the pedicure chair. Will not be going back there. read more

I went for an organic Spa pedicure, and it was luxurious! The whole service was 1.5 hours, and it included a glass of wine. The technician took her time with my toenails and feet, and it was such a relaxing experience. The salon is brand new & gorgeous. Highly recommend!!! read more
