LIsa is lovely and very accommodating and pits one at ease immediately as she demonstrates excellent safety precautions. The wait was safe and clean and the appointment collected exactly in time. Jordan seeks your desires and if you wish, she will Share her expertise as to how to proceed or she will indeed meet your needs as you see them or wish. Jordan is lovely an unassuming and extremely knowledgeable and skilled in her work. She is very conscientious as to health, care, outcomes and any questions or concerns you may seek guidance on. She is a lovely personas I lisa and I throughly enjoyed the experience. And I haven't even gotten to the work!! While Jordan advises it takes about two weeks to see full results, some temporary 'results' are immediacy you noticeable. I am very excited to see what happens on the next two weeks but I already feel a Million times better than I did before I went and can certainly see an initial improvement. Bella Tu Med Spa has once again surpassed my expectations! The staff at Bella is kind, professional and highly knowledgeable! I had the first, of which I expect to be more, laser treatment in addition to my usual botox. Margaret explains each step from dimming the lights to the temperature of the topical cream being used to the description of the feeling of the laser itself. The colors, decor, smell and soothing vibe of the space and staff can not be surpassed by any other Med Spa. Although I am moving to Fla next week I will be planning on returning to Nyack to Bella Tu as I can't imagine having such quality work, along with friendly staff and excellent prices anywhere else !! I have been coming to this wonderful establishment for a long time- The staff is exceptionally warm and always fully present when dealing with my arrival/departure and billing- They are kind and courteous- Their Nurse who does the Botox and Fillers is precisely the type of pro you want when having such procedures done- She spends all the time you need, answers ALL of my rambling questions and inquiries about any new technology industry related- and just being proximate to her has a calming effect. As soon as you enter Bella Tu you are greeted by the nicest bunch of woman gathered in one business. They do all of the best nonsurgical procedures and services. They do the "liquid facelift" that I cant say enough about. The best thing about it is you can do it in as many sittings as you like. Better than that is on a 1 to 10 pain scale its maybe a 1 because all the fillers now come with numbing products in them. I chose to make an appointment for my first ever botox treatment at Bella Tu because of the feedback I received from other clients. Margaret made me feel very comfortable, explained the procedure in detail and answered any questions I had. In addition, she made it very clear if I had any reactions to call or come back in- but there was no need for that. The results were just amazing. I was referred by a friend and had been anxiously awaiting getting to try the Spa. The staff were perfectly prepared for COVID precautions wearing shields, masks, and gloves at all times and had a great system for allowing new guests in to maintain proper social distancing.
