I did the express facial on my first visit to see what the service was like, and I was ecstatic to find that not only did Nicole customize the treatment based on my skin's tone & texture, she addressed all of my skin issues in ONE visit. Again, not a miracle drug - but for an express facial, with extractions, the 30-min service alone was enough to have me come back as a repeat customer. The initial visit is also wonderful because Nicole ensures you go into the service feeling prepared - I felt I left with more skin knowledge then I had coming in. And I've seen huge results! I also got the brow lamination and brow tinting. I've had the lamination for 3 weeks now and I've gotten so many compliments on the shape of my brow (how uniform and thick they are.) The custom facial was even better - she tailored it to my needs that day. Removed the rest of my milia and focused on the acne and fine lines. In a nutshell - my skin is glowing. With the extractions and removal of milia, my skin looks like it has a bit of a filter on it. My skin feels super clean, hydrated, not tight. Best part is that with the products and methods she used, my rosacea hasn't flared up! Nicole is refreshingly open and collaborative. She cares about your results. She also cares about you as a customer. If you're feeling anxious, she'll ease your fears. I also appreciate that Nicole's prices are fair when compared to other estheticians in the area. You really get what you pay for - an amazing service.

She…read morewas quick, efficient, and very friendly, and she took the time to explain the process and make sure I was comfortable throughout the session. For something that can be a little nerve-wracking the first time, she made it feel easy and welcoming. I came in for facial hair removal as part of a gender-affirming process, and she handled everything with complete professionalism and kindness. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out, though, was her integrity. After our session she mentioned that there are practitioners who specialize very heavily in the specific type of electrolysis I'm looking for, and she even followed up the next day with a referral to someone who has a lot of experience in that work. It would have been very easy to simply keep booking appointments, but instead she clearly wanted me to have the best possible outcome. That level of honesty and care for her clients really impressed me. I would absolutely recommend Dianne to anyone looking for a skilled, thoughtful, and genuinely ethical electrologist. When I'm looking for something a bit less specialized in the future I'll be sure to use her services!

This facility operates with what can only be described as grossly inconsistent professional…read morestandards. Despite enforcing a stringent $100 penalty for patient appointment cancellations or absences, they exhibited a remarkable disregard for reciprocal accountability when I arrived punctually for my scheduled appointment, only to be informed that "the doctor isn't here today." No prior notice was provided, no attempt at remediation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This asymmetric policy framework--wherein patient compliance is strictly monitored and penalized while the provider assumes no responsibility for its own operational lapses--raises serious concerns regarding professionalism, fair dealing, and the implied covenant of good faith. One might reasonably expect a "medical" establishment to demonstrate at least a baseline commitment to honoring appointments or, at the very least, to notifying patients of cancellations in advance. Failure to do so not only breaches patient trust but potentially exposes the practice to reputational risk and claims of inequitable conduct.

FIRST RED FLAG: the instagram Ad was under "Bella Bliss Spa", the office has "Diamond Glow…read moreWellness" as their title. My initial appointment was on Thursday, November 14 where I paid $25 prior to coming in to secure my appointment time. This day I was charged $72 for one shot of KyBella and two B12 shots one B12 shot was due to be administered on the 14th and another was due to be administered a week after.. Once in the office, I was greeted by Daniela who confirmed Angie would be with me in a moment. Once in the room with Angie, she stated that the promotion was for two B12 shots and a shot of KyBella but the shot of KyBella could not be done unless I were to purchase an entire package to receive KyBella which she gave me a plaque with two separate QR codes to check eligibility qualify for a line of credit to cover the full package for Kybella. I did proceed with the process because she said it was going to be a "soft credit check, which does not impact your score." This statement from Angie was incorrect because I received a piece of mail from Synchrony Bank, confirming a credit check went through on their end. Angie lied about it being a soft credit check and while in the office I was approved for $5,400.00 through a company called Cherry but I decided not to go through with the Bella package for $3,800.00 and she stated that I could not get a singular shot of KyBella (although the Instagram ad was for a singular shot of KyBella along with two B12 shots.) Angie stated KyBella needed to be administered within a package. So I just got the b12 and went home. The next time I went in, I was just going in for the B12. But I proceeded to ask about Botox and she stated that it would be $12 per unit. I asked about all the health concerns I had, which she thoroughly answered. I explicitly stated that I had never had Botox done, and I was new to this whole process, unsure of whether or not it would be for me. She examined me and stated that I could do it, and she explained how the process would work and whatever the side effects would be... after her explanation I asked her how much would it be her response was I could do it for "a total of 58." I agreed, was numbed and injected...once we were walking towards the register, she stated she gave me "a little more" to balance out my face and that "brought the total up to 72 "... NOTE: I did not ask for any more and I was not advised of any anymore that was to be given to me while I was sitting in the chair with her. She proceeded to inject additional material in my face without confirming and casually mentioned it while we were walking over to the register . Unbeknownst to me when she was mentioning how much she was increasing or what the grand total was, she was referring to units and not pricing . This was not explicitly confirmed prior to the procedure and as someone who was unaware of the procedure being that it was my first time I was unsure of what she was referring to and I agreed assuming the 58 was $58 and the 72 was referencing $72. When $780 popped up on the POS machine I almost had a heart attack. She dryly apologized that she didn't use the correct terminology and then offered to see whether or not I had wanted to put the charge on the Cherry credit which she was well aware that I was approved for from our previous visit the week before. I believe Angie completely manipulated that situation in order to get me to charge an exuberant amount services, which she knew I wasn't completely aware of. I asked for a bottle of water I needed to sit down because $780 it was not something that I was prepared for. Debated back-and-forth across the counter, explaining our variations of how this should have gone and how she should have explained explicitly to someone who was not aware. She confirmed that the best that she could do was remove the taxes to bring the total down from $780 to $720. Looking back, I realize that this entire situation was set up for me to be manipulated because in the initial documents, she also had a clause which stated that I would not be allowed rather, I agreed to not writing any sort of negative review which should have been a red flag. I was completely manipulated and feel like her actions were sinister.
