I did the express facial on my first visit to see what the service was like, and I was ecstatic to find that not only did Nicole customize the treatment based on my skin's tone & texture, she addressed all of my skin issues in ONE visit. Again, not a miracle drug - but for an express facial, with extractions, the 30-min service alone was enough to have me come back as a repeat customer. The initial visit is also wonderful because Nicole ensures you go into the service feeling prepared - I felt I left with more skin knowledge then I had coming in. And I've seen huge results! I also got the brow lamination and brow tinting. I've had the lamination for 3 weeks now and I've gotten so many compliments on the shape of my brow (how uniform and thick they are.) The custom facial was even better - she tailored it to my needs that day. Removed the rest of my milia and focused on the acne and fine lines. In a nutshell - my skin is glowing. With the extractions and removal of milia, my skin looks like it has a bit of a filter on it. My skin feels super clean, hydrated, not tight. Best part is that with the products and methods she used, my rosacea hasn't flared up! Nicole is refreshingly open and collaborative. She cares about your results. She also cares about you as a customer. If you're feeling anxious, she'll ease your fears. I also appreciate that Nicole's prices are fair when compared to other estheticians in the area. The technicians are always professional and efficient. They always made me feel comfortable. The laser treatment itself isn't extremely painful, but it definitely does hurt in certain areas. I'm usually fine afterwards and can go about my day. Out of all 10 sessions, there was only one time that I had a really painful session and I was in pain for a few days afterwards. This was not with my regular technician and I informed them of what happened during my next session and they were very considerate. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely return in the future!

She worked for the company but the ideal image I wanted to get my service done does not have a manager she is covering and she does not know anything about that store. I was very eager to get the service down so I sign up anyway. I got 4 sessions, I was still getting a lot of hair growth. On session 3 I start voicing my concerns the tech keep telling me to be patient and she will keep increasing the intensity of the treatment each time I come in which was getting more painful and I can feel my skin burning. When I schedule my 4th session they telling me they need to put my card in file or they will have to stop giving me the treatment. Mind you I pay for all the session in full so I'm not sure why they need my card in file. I was already irritated with them not getting result so I asked for a refund. The girl up front became very rude saying I signed a contract when I sign up and that I have to get all the treatment done which I didn't do. I ddidnt sign any contract with them. Show me a document that says " acknowledged by me" and give me a customer service number which I called and they where even worst. The lady told me that they all managers. There is no such thing as a supervisor for them and they have no headquarters. It's either I deal with or or she hang up and I get no help at all. These people need to give me my money back. They are Terrible. Stay away from this company. I will keep filing complaints every where that I can.

For something that can be a little nerve-wracking the first time, she made it feel easy and welcoming. I came in for facial hair removal as part of a gender-affirming process, and she handled everything with complete professionalism and kindness. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel completely at ease. What really stood out, though, was her integrity. After our session she mentioned that there are practitioners who specialize very heavily in the specific type of electrolysis I'm looking for, and she even followed up the next day with a referral to someone who has a lot of experience in that work. It would have been very easy to simply keep booking appointments, but instead she clearly wanted me to have the best possible outcome.
