They worked quickly and efficiently to make sure I would get out in time for my other obligation. As a first time customer they offered a discount which was nice! I was originally going to go for the most natural, unnoticeable lash extensions but she recommended lashes of a longer length and curl since I have a photo shoot this weekend. She was sweet enough to show me her lashes from her own wedding to give me a hint of what my lashes would look like. This was truly helpful. I went with what she recommended, C curl with 10 and 11 in length. I was afraid I was going to look gaudy but.......I absolutely LOVE them! I'm definitely planning to pay the full price for another set next month!

My long curly hair (mid back) was all the same length (picture the singer from Lourde, only slightly shorter and not as thick, but just as curly). I asked her to show me how much she was cutting off, and she showed me about an inch in her hand. I said okay. I wear glasses and cannot see to the mirror, so I just let her do her thing. I kept reminding her NO LAYERS and she kept saying "Don't worry!!! I make you beautiful!!!" Well, as soon as I put on my glasses I saw that NOT ONLY did she give me CRAZY amount of layers, but my hair is now up to my shoulders. My hair takes a long time to grow, and it will be over a year until the shortest layers...bangs...are even able to tuck behind my ears. When I refused to pay, they said they would call the police on me. Since Saturday I have left messages for an owner or manager to call me back...NOTHING!!! I know I cannot get my hair back, but I at least want a refund...and an apology. BIGGEST HAIR DISASTER EVER!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! STAY AWAY!!!

If I could I'd give Nicole 6 stars!! I've had four different treatments - the express facial, brow…read moretint, brow lamination, and the custom facial. I did the express facial on my first visit to see what the service was like, and I was ecstatic to find that not only did Nicole customize the treatment based on my skin's tone & texture, she addressed all of my skin issues in ONE visit. Again, not a miracle drug - but for an express facial, with extractions, the 30-min service alone was enough to have me come back as a repeat customer. The initial visit is also wonderful because Nicole ensures you go into the service feeling prepared - I felt I left with more skin knowledge then I had coming in. And I've seen huge results! I also got the brow lamination and brow tinting. I've had the lamination for 3 weeks now and I've gotten so many compliments on the shape of my brow (how uniform and thick they are.) The custom facial was even better - she tailored it to my needs that day. Removed the rest of my milia and focused on the acne and fine lines. In a nutshell - my skin is glowing. With the extractions and removal of milia, my skin looks like it has a bit of a filter on it. My skin feels super clean, hydrated, not tight. Best part is that with the products and methods she used, my rosacea hasn't flared up! Nicole is refreshingly open and collaborative. She cares about your results. She also cares about you as a customer. If you're feeling anxious, she'll ease your fears. I also appreciate that Nicole's prices are fair when compared to other estheticians in the area. You really get what you pay for - an amazing service.

Parking is somewhat difficult but that's to be expected in this area. However, the brow tinting was low quality. The staff member who did it put the tint all over my skin, and didn't do the full length of one of my brows. This meant my brow looked unnaturally thick but also short, since the front of my brow was not tinted. Then, when the staff member was removing the tint from my brows, she got some on my brow bone. I asked her to clean it up, but she said it would fade on its own. It did not. It peeled my skin and took off a few layers. If the tinting was done JUST over my eyebrow hair, it probably would have looked great. It faded within 4-5 days so I didn't have to deal with it for long, but I was surprised that a $30 tinting service (which included the waxing) faded so quickly. I did tell them that the service was not up to standard/the pictures on their pages. They apologized but said there was nothing they could do. Again, the waxing and staff are great! but the tinting is definitely a no from me.

The eyebrow tinting though... personally I won't get again. I have light brown eyebrows, and they were tinted black. There was some tiny left on my skin that looked patchy, so I scrubbed them when I got home. It should fade but I just feel like they shouldn't have been tinted so dark. I got these done ahead of time for a vacation, and I'm really glad I didn't get them closer to leaving. If you have lighter hair, I wouldn't recommend getting your brows tinted here.
