I did the express facial on my first visit to see what the service was like, and I was ecstatic to find that not only did Nicole customize the treatment based on my skin's tone & texture, she addressed all of my skin issues in ONE visit. Again, not a miracle drug - but for an express facial, with extractions, the 30-min service alone was enough to have me come back as a repeat customer. The initial visit is also wonderful because Nicole ensures you go into the service feeling prepared - I felt I left with more skin knowledge then I had coming in. And I've seen huge results! I also got the brow lamination and brow tinting. I've had the lamination for 3 weeks now and I've gotten so many compliments on the shape of my brow (how uniform and thick they are.) The custom facial was even better - she tailored it to my needs that day. Removed the rest of my milia and focused on the acne and fine lines. In a nutshell - my skin is glowing. With the extractions and removal of milia, my skin looks like it has a bit of a filter on it. My skin feels super clean, hydrated, not tight. Best part is that with the products and methods she used, my rosacea hasn't flared up! Nicole is refreshingly open and collaborative. She cares about your results. She also cares about you as a customer. If you're feeling anxious, she'll ease your fears. I also appreciate that Nicole's prices are fair when compared to other estheticians in the area. You really get what you pay for - an amazing service.

She had prepared an extensive schedule in advance for the 13 of us starting at 8:30am on Saturday morning. We needed to be ready by 2pm for first look and bridal party photos. All the stylists and make-up artists took their time with each appointment. Erica left an hour for each session, 2 hours for each girl leaving time for touch-ups at the end. Somehow, and apparently according to my photographer, they always go over. Case stood true for here and we went over by about. an hour. It turned out to not be that big of a deal in the end, but I think it'd be better to either give even more time (although an hour each seemed plenty!) even though my hair and makeup took exceptionally long, as expected! After all, it was my day! Every one of my bridesmaids were so thrilled with how their hair and makeup came out that it was all worth it in the end! If we wanted airbrush, we were able to get it, and those wanting traditional make-up were able to get that as well. Most of the group also added lashes.
