I did the express facial on my first visit to see what the service was like, and I was ecstatic to find that not only did Nicole customize the treatment based on my skin's tone & texture, she addressed all of my skin issues in ONE visit. Again, not a miracle drug - but for an express facial, with extractions, the 30-min service alone was enough to have me come back as a repeat customer. The initial visit is also wonderful because Nicole ensures you go into the service feeling prepared - I felt I left with more skin knowledge then I had coming in. And I've seen huge results! I also got the brow lamination and brow tinting. I've had the lamination for 3 weeks now and I've gotten so many compliments on the shape of my brow (how uniform and thick they are.) The custom facial was even better - she tailored it to my needs that day. Removed the rest of my milia and focused on the acne and fine lines. In a nutshell - my skin is glowing. With the extractions and removal of milia, my skin looks like it has a bit of a filter on it. My skin feels super clean, hydrated, not tight. Best part is that with the products and methods she used, my rosacea hasn't flared up! Nicole is refreshingly open and collaborative. She cares about your results. She also cares about you as a customer. If you're feeling anxious, she'll ease your fears. I also appreciate that Nicole's prices are fair when compared to other estheticians in the area. I went to this spa for a medical issue requiring Botox. When I called in the receptionist…read moreexplained the doctor was not accepting new patients but that I could make an appointment with their nurse. I was hesitant, so she explained that she's been doing this for 17 years implying she really can do whatever a doctor can. To make a long story short... when I went in the nurse explained that any Botox around the eye causes drooping. I told her I didn't want it 'around' the eye, just near the eyebrows to deal with involuntary eyebrow movement and that I would defer to her where to put the Botox, as long as I get the results. Well, she put only a tiny amount near the 11 lines, which had absolutely no effect on the brows.... So I decided to check out some videos to see where the injections are normally placed. I went back a second time and told the nurse where I saw the injections need to be placed and she told me, that she could only place it higher up... after several questions and some confusion, she finally admitted that the procedure I needed (close to the eyebrow) can only be done by a doctor and that she was not qualified!! Why did she not tell me this in the first place? We had discussed some upper lip lines as well and the second time there she told me she could do those.... same story... she place the injections on the lip line proper... with no effect other than to turn my lip purple.... when I looked online to see videos the injections are normally placed much higher up on the lip. What is up with this place???? Extreme underhanded.

She had prepared an extensive schedule in advance for the 13 of us starting at 8:30am on Saturday morning. We needed to be ready by 2pm for first look and bridal party photos. All the stylists and make-up artists took their time with each appointment. Erica left an hour for each session, 2 hours for each girl leaving time for touch-ups at the end. Somehow, and apparently according to my photographer, they always go over. Case stood true for here and we went over by about. an hour. It turned out to not be that big of a deal in the end, but I think it'd be better to either give even more time (although an hour each seemed plenty!) even though my hair and makeup took exceptionally long, as expected! After all, it was my day! Every one of my bridesmaids were so thrilled with how their hair and makeup came out that it was all worth it in the end! If we wanted airbrush, we were able to get it, and those wanting traditional make-up were able to get that as well. Most of the group also added lashes.
