My Stylist Kelfy was AMAZING!! She was waiting for me when I arrived, took my coat, offered me something to drink, made sure I was comfortable in the hair wash station and used a masque on my hair that brought it back to life (I was not charged extra for the masque). I left feeling and looking fabulous! Kelfy has magical hands and I can honestly say that no one has blown/styled my hair better. BTW - The owners are super sweet, it was raining and my husband was running a little late to pick me up. They were sweet enough to let me wait in the salon when they could have easily said they were closing but didn't. I asked for a color change because I didn't like how the shade looked once it was applied something that should be a normal and reasonable request. Instead of being understanding, my nail tech, Linda, got visibly annoyed and developed an attitude snd began talking about me to another employee in another language. Which was the last straw for me. No customer should feel uncomfortable or talked about while receiving a service they're paying for.
