Both times it was rushed and looked like a 5 year old painted my nails and toes. I wish I had taken photos where the polish ran into my cuticle, they missed spots on my nails, they barely cleaned up my cuticles and the polish was applied streaky. I don't know if these ladies are straight out of training, but to put it mildly "they suck and need more training. It was an awful experience!!!! Another thing I noticed which may be language barrier issue is the ladies are not friendly at all. When I am paying for a service like a nail salon I'm willing to "try-out" other people but unfortunately those 2 experiences, after my initial good experience made me decide to no longer spend my money there. Strangely after I had the good manicure with Miriam I never saw her again. My best recommendation if you go there is to ask for Miriam. Maybe she was off when I went there or worked later in the day. It looked like the polish was either old or not mixed properly. My nail tech was friendly and kind as she usually is, I've gone to her several times. But once her next client arrived, she rushed through the rest of my appointment. There was a nick in the polish in my left hand, so she quickly tried to fix it with more polish butIt seems like the polish wasn't cured properly, resulting in bubbling and peeling.

I feel you go to have a manicure or pedicure and you should leave feeling rested, not aggravated and unhappy when you leave. I left the salon the way I walked in. My nails did not look any different.
