Both times it was rushed and looked like a 5 year old painted my nails and toes. I wish I had taken photos where the polish ran into my cuticle, they missed spots on my nails, they barely cleaned up my cuticles and the polish was applied streaky. I don't know if these ladies are straight out of training, but to put it mildly "they suck and need more training. It was an awful experience!!!! Another thing I noticed which may be language barrier issue is the ladies are not friendly at all. When I am paying for a service like a nail salon I'm willing to "try-out" other people but unfortunately those 2 experiences, after my initial good experience made me decide to no longer spend my money there. Strangely after I had the good manicure with Miriam I never saw her again. My best recommendation if you go there is to ask for Miriam. Maybe she was off when I went there or worked later in the day. If this salon continues to operate this way I doubt they will be in business very long.

It looked like the polish was either old or not mixed properly. My nail tech was friendly and kind as she usually is, I've gone to her several times. But once her next client arrived, she rushed through the rest of my appointment. There was a nick in the polish in my left hand, so she quickly tried to fix it with more polish butIt seems like the polish wasn't cured properly, resulting in bubbling and peeling.

Joanne is so lovely to work with, she has done my nails exactly like the pictures I show her only better and is very patient and meticulous. I also got my first pedicure there by Jenny who couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. She is so sweet and did a great job. She also gives incredible massages so if you are getting a gel manicure and will be sitting there a long time I highly recommend letting her give you a massage ($15 for 10 minutes, it was worth every penny.)

When we asked why the price was so high the two owner came up to us and were extremely rude Unfortunately we will not be returning because of the owners the nail techs are very nice the but the owners are very rude.
