I come here for pedicures as I really like the ladies who do them (wish I knew their names but they are the only 2 Spanish speaking women). They pay attention to the details and don't rush through. I also find the pedicure tends to last quite long. I'm not a huge fan of the owner as I feel she is a little abrasive so tend to stay away from manicures. read more

I hate to leave a bad review but I had a terrible experience here. I told the owner I wanted my nails as short as possible for gel. I did not expect her to bring my nail far below skin to the point where it hurts. Pushed my cuticles back- so painful, and cut 5 different fingers while cutting cuticles. One finger would not stop bleeding and she insisted she try to just gel over it , while continuing to wipe the blood on Q tips and quickly wipe the blood to put polish. She layered the polish ridiculously thick - looks like I have bubbles on my nails. Looks ridiculous. (And she blamed me that my "nails are too oily." Told her I was unhappy, offered to re do and file all of it off but I was in pain from the bleeding and quite frankly worried it would leave me with no nail bed. She still charged me. Very disappointed. read more

The quality of the nails were HORRENDOUS for the expensive price I paid and their cleanliness was very poor. Not to mention I left in pain.

The owner and all employees were gracious friendly and greeted me as if I were a family member! with very little weight time I was directed to my station and given the most fabulous care with attention to detail. I had an amazing pedicure and massage which was probably one of the better massages I've ever received! my powder gel looks amazing held up fabulously and I would return more frequently if I were closer to this great salon! you must check them out!! read more

I came in for the first time for a pedicure. The nail tech did not even say hello. She sat me in the seat and filled the basin with lukewarm water abruptly threw some powder in it and told me to put my feet in. She asked if I wanted it warmer and I said yes but she didn't make it warmer. I asked to trim my nails and she took the same clipper she used on the last client on me. They didn't sanitize it. The cuticle clippers were in the barbicide which was fine. Then she started to file my nails very roughly and quickly. She seemed rushed although there were no other clients waiting. The experience was not really relaxing. I felt like I was at the Indy 500 with the pit crew. Not to mention when the nail tech's nails are not clean it gives you pause. I am not really too picky, but hygiene is important. She then rinsed my legs and dried them with a paper towel. Next she rubbed lotion on my feet and then quickly rubbed the stones on my legs and cleaned them with a very wet towel that she actually had to ring out. Then she got another paper towel wiped her eyes and then dried my legs. I made a face and she said she used the other side of the paper towel for me. She put my flip flops on and they were wet from her rising my legs. The back of my legs were still sticky. She painted them fine. Not sure if the polish will last since she had to add some nail polish remover to the jar and it didn't seem smooth. But I honestly didn't want to be there any longer and try another color. So I will live with it The price was good $30.00 Let's see how long. read more

My first time going there! I will never be back first my finger was bleeding due to the nail filing. I figured it happens, and got some neosporin for it. Ok that's fine. Then on to my feet same thing happened with my toe, different person mind you. I asked for an antiseptic no Rena I think was her name sprayed three hefty squirts of alcohol on it. I was furious and in pain. Pedicure unfinished, I paid and left. Shame on them. read more

Horrible! Charged me $40 for a French gel manicure. Days later it started to peel. Went in and she told me she'd RE-do the two worst nails. Um, no. We went back and forth for 5 minutes until she finally gave in. She then RIPS the gel off of my nails on some-files across the nail on others. Redid the manicure and it looks SO bad. Place is clean, people are nice. Not satisfied with my manicure- it just doesn't look good. It looks thin in spots, not really even, didn't clean up the cuticles enough. Not sure if they thin the polish too or what. But the pedi was fabulous. She massaged me for a realllly long time. I would not go back for a mani but may just do a pedi. If not for the nice pedicure assistants this place would get zero stars. I sat soaking my nails for 20 minutes in acetone while the owner and others took on new clients... Forgetting I was waiting for my nails to get done! when I had to get up and leave they wanted to charge me for sitting and soaking and ripping off my own shellac! The owner proceeded to ask her customers to back her up in telling me that they charge $5 for the use of their acetone. Poor customer service, poorly run establishment, and terrible owner. Don't waste your time or money here. There are several nail salons in the area that deserve your money. Had a friend get her shellac done while I was waiting and her nails were streaky and poorly done. All around bad bad bad! read more

My school is about 10 minutes from this place. I first came here during my first semester and have been a regular for almost 3 years now. The owner Michelle is very friendly and she always asks how I am doing in school and remembers what year I am. The place isn't as flashy as some of the other places on the outside, but it is definitely the cleanest inside. When you first go in, they ask you to pick out a color and have you wait on the couches which are at the center of the store. It is one of the friendlier nail salons I've ever been to. You can pay cash or credit, but unfortunately no Apple Pay! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went for a tip set because there were good reviews and it was horrendous. The tips looked thick and like rocks on my nails. Just horrible. I used to be a regular at Nail Gallery and then I stopped going because despite having an appointment for a pedicure, they would have me wait as they squeezed in other people so as to not lose their business. Several years had gone by and I decided to try them again. On my third recent visit, the owner was going to charge me $15 (as opposed to their regular $10) for a regular manicure AND I had brought my own polish and top coat!!!! Her reasoning was that when they use the Essie Couture polish that they offer, the price is $15. Okay, that's fine but I wasn't using their polish. I had brought my own and she was still going to charge me an extra $5 for doing nothing other than polishing my nails. Needless to say, that was my last and final visit. read more

Seriously horrendous experience. I got a gel manicure. The only option I got for colors was "lighter" or "darker". I chose "lighter" and ended up with a virtually translucent color. That was my only option. Rather than use tools to take off my existing polish, the technician (loose term) used her own nails. She bent my nails each and every way while scraping to get the polish off. She didn't want to cut my nails or do the cuticles but I pushed the matter; she complied but did a halfassed job. When I asked her to do another coat of polish bc it was far too light she told me "No. No more." I only had one light so I had to keep leaning over myself hoping to not hit anything and mess up the polish. When I was done she asked if I liked it. I said no this isn't what I wanted and walked out. This was seriously a terrible experience. To be paying for this is an atrocity. This place is terrible. read more

I can not believe that those who wrote poor reviews actually went to this place! It is impeccably clean (pedi stations disinfected after each use, instruments sterilized after each customer, etc). I travel a good distance for the exceptional service I receive here although there are nail salons on every corner of my town. I'm shocked at the reviews of this salon. I have been going here for years. I have tried lots of other salons and this place doesn't compare to any others. It is so clean and the staff is super friendly. They always have chocolates out for customers and it is a nice open area with couches in the middle with lots of great magazines. Doesn't feel like other salons that have rows of chairs and so crowded. It is decorated so nicely and such a calming place to be.
