My first visit was great! Fabulous pedicure- hot stone and massage. Maria gave me what I asked for on a fill in. I definitely plan to return. read more

This place was absolutely AMAZING. Marcia did my SNS Manicure. She was friendly. Knowledgeable. And very precise with her work. I started getting compliments before I even left the shop from other clients. I got a Jelly pedicure as well and was just as pleased. Everything was extremely clean and brand new. The pedicure felt amazing and the polishing was precise and neat. All workers took their time. I will be back!! You guys rock!! read more

First time customer. Did a UV gel fill and gel pedicure. Nail tech was amazing! So fast and friendly! I normally dread having to sit for 1-2 hours to get my nails done, but she was so fast, precise but at the same time gentle. She did an awesome job, and I didn't have to ask her to correct anything. Attention to detail is exceeding. (My previous nail set and experience was horrendous.) I'll definitely be a returning customer. read more

The place is small. On Yelp, it says walk-ins welcome and this establishment's sign says Sunday by appointment only. Yet I walk in and asked for a pedicure and I was told they don't have anything right now. I asked, when will you have something. I got a response, not today we're booked. Note to Nail Club, put a sign up that says by appointment only. read more

Love this little gem of a find. The owner and her staff are very welcoming and all of them do the same caliber of work. The place is very clean and for the price you can't beat it. If you book an appt on Tuesday, Wednesday or thurs you can get either gel manicure with a eye brow or lip wax or a mani pedi with a lip or eyebrow wax for $25! The pedicure is amazing and almost always puts me to sleep. Highly recommend coming here if you haven't tried it yet. read more

I stumbled upon this gem 2 years ago and I couldn't be more pleased with their services. Miriam the owner is a sweetheart and all the girls are all very welcoming. They all do a phenomenal job and I always leave a happy customer. I'm very particular about my nails, and the girls never make me feel rushed and if I don't like something they don't hesitate to make corrections and go out of their way to please. definitely money well spent. The pedis are complexly worth it! I just got SNS today and I couldn't be happier, it's a GAME CHANGER read more

I really wanted to like this place. I'm going to assume the person who did my pedicure & my best friend's manicure was new. Her manicure was extremely subpar, and although the idea of my pedicure was amazing (paraffin wax, scrub, hot stone), I ended up with a cut on the side of my foot (perhaps from the scrub?) & a cut on the side of my big toenail (I guess from clipping my cuticle?) that are both sore. If I were to ever come back, I would only go to the owner. read more

I love this place! Clean, friendly, detail oriented and very talented. They can replicate anything I've ever asked for. The girls are so sweet and nice and I have never waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. The attention to detail is amazing and they don't stop until my nails are just right. They are the only salon in the area I'll go to! read more

Let me start by saying what I liked about this place; everyone was very friendly, is by appt only for the most part so no long wait time, and is very quiet and peaceful-not that crazy rush I'm used to from other nail salons. Because of those good qualities I went back for a 2nd time. Two times I went, both times my pedicure chipped within a day! Not one nail but, several. Even though they were willing to accommodate me and fix my nail/ entire feet, I just don't have the time in my schedule unless its planned for. One of the young ladies doing my manicure filling kept messing up (maybe about 3x) so she kept on removing and reapplying gel color. That process took very long - I was there for 3hrs!! Friendly staff, clean establishment but, won't be coming back. read more

Owner knows how to do nails somewhat-well, but the other 1 or 2 employees (never more than that) stand around & watch or do a pedicure every now and then, and they're not great not the worst. Salon, kept organized, but not clean. Not how a serious salon would be taking care and responsibility to keep its clients safe from infection. Do YOU See any white residue on a nail file? - that means it's been used on someone else. and hope they didn't have MRSA or Hepatitis. Responsible & adequately educated salon owners are Taught pumice stones, buffers, emery boards, sponges,& foam toe separators MUST be Swapped-Out to prevent spread of Bacteria. Whether or not they choose to ignore that to save themselves money - is Your problem when you get an infection. Does Nails Club autoclave their instruments? NO. (You can only put metal tools into an Autoclave, which kills 100% of bacteria & viruses. Autoclaves are used with specific "color-change pouches that instruments are prepared in". The Color changes on the bag, once the correct sterilization conditions have been met! This color change indicates the objects inside the package have been processed. Autoclave pouches are sealed and therefore should be opened in font of you. But they don't even use them. I would NEVER bring my daughter here and risk her health. Just because they're neat - doesn't mean they're clean! Absolutely not! http://www.totalbeauty.com/content/gallery/nail-salon-secrets/ls 5 Infections anyone can get from a salon that doesn't sterilize and swap out tools! http://health.howstuffworks.com/skin-care/nail-care/health/5-nail-salon-infections.htm read more

I went here as a last minute thing, sort of on the fly. I called this salon 15 before actually going and when I arrived they took me right away!. My manicure lasted well over a week without chipping. Will definitely make this my regular salon. Happy with the service, not to mention the salon is clean and quiet. read more

I've been here twice, so I can't give it five stars yet, but so far so good! They don't butcher my cuticles or use the Dremel to file my nails, so my nails stay strong. Clean interior and work stations, friendly staff, and excellent manicure/pedicures! Ask for Miriam if you want nail art. Continued great service and beautiful nails and I will definitely be back to update this to a five! read more

Nail club is a hidden gem in Kenilworth. Located on the Blvd across the street from the library. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area. Make an appointment ahead of time as it's a small nail salon and they get booked rather quickly. Had pedicures numerous times and it's excellent. The ladies work very hard, no rushing they really take there time. Between the callous removal, foot and leg massage, painting. They are very meticulous. You will be very happy with there services. read more

Don't waste your time going here! I was in the neighborhood and I found this place on Yelp. I saw all the positive reviews and I was excited to get my nails done. This place posts that walk ins are welcome and it wasn't busy. 1. Poor customer service and poor communication. The nail tech at the front treated me as if I wasn't even worthy to walk into the store. I told her I wanted a gel manicure and she said, "We don't have time for you, come back another day." 2. I find out the same thing happened to my friend. So maybe I just don't fit the clientele of the store. Anyway my money went to another nail salon that at least acknowledges people and is respectful. read more

This is by far one of the best places to get a gel manicure. They really take their time with you.

Was recommended by a friend to this nail salon. I called to make an appointment as they don't take in walk ins for sns or gel etc not sure for manicures only. They are great at what they do I made sure to make my next appointment. Quiet place and clean. read more

Miriam is fantastic. I'm extremely picky and being new to the area made it very difficult for me to find a nail technician I could trust. The salon is clean, they're products are new, and they have a variety of colors. Miriam is friendly and always try's her best to accommodate you. It's worthy to note that she is the owner and has a lot of clientele so if you wish to do your nails with ONLY her, you'll need go make an appointment in advance. Ive done my nails with other technicians at the salon as well and they are also very good. Overall, nail club is the best salon in the area offering a variety of nail services! Check them out. read more

I called last minute and they had a cancellation so they told me to come right over. They were busy but I was taken right away and my gel manicure was amazing. I can't really find anything bad to say and it was only $25. If this last for a few weeks like most of my good manicures do I think I have a new nail salon! Also, everyone is very friendly! read more

I wish I could not give a star! This place completely ruined my nails !!!! DO NOT GO SAVE UR MONEY !!!!

Be ready to wait 2+ hours. They're never ready on time and they value certain clients more than others. If you're nice and patient, they'll take advantage. Miriam is ok, but is always pulled in all different directions. Marcia has her days and can be easily distracted (one time she was on her phone texting while doing my nails) and sloppy. They have someone new (I'm going to assume she's training to become a nail tech.) she hurt me with the nail drill and taking off the SNS was messy. She didn't know how to use the nail filer. Their products are okay. The pedicures don't last more than 4 days. After that, the nail polish starts to chip. I've had a simple pedicure (non-gel) last me a month. The dipping powder is nice and they have an array of colors, but the product starts to crack after a week. The dipping powder should last you at least 3 weeks. The gel manicure is ok. Not great either. The product would lift after a couple of days. Overall, long wait time and cheap products. Pros: I gave them an extra star for talent. read more

Clean, friendly, fast, and they always do a good job for manis and pedis... I have yet to have other services done here but this is def my place of preference after moving here a year ago trying to find "my" nail salon. Side note: gratuity must be paid in cash, can't be added to card. They have a special if you make an appt on Tues, Wed, and Thurs, for $25 either mani and pedi with free eyebrow or lip wax or gel mani with free eyebrow or lip wax. read more

Today was my first appointment there. They squeezed me in which was very appreciated but I wasn't thrilled with the lack of communication. I don't really feel that my nails are anything to brag about either. I left my other salon who does excellent work but thought maybe there would be better communication here and it wasn't the case. Not only this but a woman walked in without an appt and was told they could do her nails when she said what she wanted only for her to get In the chair and be told there wasn't any time for her. Another example of lack of communication. All in all they aren't a bad salon but not one I'd write home about and make my go to read more

When it comes to nail salons I'm very picky. I want an amazing experience for my money. I came here and got a pedicure and it was aMAZiNG! The girl was gentle and took her time. I've come to Mirian's salon for over a year now. She always does such a great job with my nails and doesn't rush each client's appointment if they have a busy day. I've gone to this place a handful of times, hoping I'll come out super pleased. I always made an appointment before hand, the one time I didn't she told me they were "way too busy and to come another day". The owner is very nice & attentive but when it's slow. Last time I went in I had a couple broken nails & expressed i might need a fresh set of sns nails otherwise they'd just keep breaking. Once my pedicure was finished she sat me in her chair and proceeded to do a regular refill & once more customers started coming in she started getting flustered and rushing. I'd usually always get the same thing (gel pedicure & sns refill) but the price was different and seemed to go up every time I went. The place is calm & I received great service and attention, if I went during the weekday, but on a Friday & even with an appointment I really didn't like that my nails were rushed & a week later 4 broke, since I didn't get the fresh set. read more

I came here because of the great reviews and the Tuesday/Wednesday deals. I've been going for a few months now, and the last few times I've gone the service has been horrible. I've had to wait even when I had an appointment, and my gel manicure and pedicure have been messy and chipped almost immediately. I'm not sure if it's because there's new staff or what, but I just don't have time to sit for 2 hours for a simple gel manicure and pedicure read more

The only one that seems to talk English understandably is the rep in the first chair behind the counter. To say the truth I went there for convenience.
