I needed a gel manicure desperately. Called several places in the area and I'm glad I stumbled upon this salon. It's conveniently close to my office so going during my lunch break works great for me. Owner was pleasant. The nail techs were all super friendly. My nail tech was Eva. Super sweet and gentle. She did a great job! Overall a good salon. I will definitely come back and can recommend. I have been to this place a couple of times. The first couple of times, I had a great experience. Recently, I booked an appointment for my sister. She wanted black acrylic nails, and this was her first time here, she is also only 17. Tania asked her if she wanted to be able to change the color of her nails or keep it solid black. My sister said she wanted just solid black nails, to which Tania used black acrylic powder. My sister didn't know it was going cost extra to use the different color acrylic powder as opposed to the black gel nail polish. My sister also had to keep asking her to make the length shorter (this is important for later). When I asked about the price disparity (when I booked it, it was $50 but now it was $72), they IMMEDIATELY got defensive and told us that my sister should have asked about it being more. How was she supposed to know that one thing was going to cost more than the other? Tania did not say using the black powder would cost more. Tania also said that it costed extra for the length my sister "chose". Overall, this was very sneaky and both Tania and the owner knew what they were doing. He gave me $10 back after I paid the $72 (I wish I didn't pay them at all). After I paid them, the owner continued to gaslight us into thinking we were wrong. read more

I use to get a full set, fill ins and pedicures at this salon for over a year. Then, the person who I originally use to go to returned back to NJ so I went back to her salon for my nails but continued going to Attraction Nails for my pedicures. The owner insulted my nail design because I chose to get them done at another salon and not at his and told me if he knew that before, he would have never let me get a pedicure without an appointment. He then called Tania over to question and criticize my nails. I stated how offensive his remarks were but he did not seem to care. Weeks later, I tried to let it go because of how nice Tania was with me. I called the salon several times to schedule a pedicure, and they never picked up my calls nor did they respond to my voicemails. I will never give them my money again! read more

This place is very clean, temperature check hand sanitizer, etc. Where should I start..... I wanted to get SNS. But I didn't know that you only can get that with your nail dipped in power. So I changed to tips with a gel polish. The nail tech called over Tania, because she I assume she didn't understand. So Tania, said to me it's called dip nails because you dip your nail. She was not nice about this and seemed very aggravated! * How and I suppose to know that its called that. I know it as SNS! I told the young lady that I want my nail to have a curve. She nodded ok. So now Tania tell me that I'm moving to her Station! WHY WAS I MOVING??? NO COMMUNICATION!!! So in my head. I felt like the lady was just training on me!. I told Tania that I want my nails curved! She said why didn't you tell her. I said that I did. She said maybe she didn't understand you, then she is talking in spanish out loud to other, like I aggravated her!( I'm sure that she was talking about me!) I thought that was VERY RUDE AND I PROFESSIONAL! So she give the nail a curve but now they are SUPER THICK! I thought that she would have filed the acrylic down, but she didn't. She left my nails thick and bulky! She continued to speak in Spanish VERY LOUDLY. Which was pissing me off. Pedi- The water was COLD! I told them serveal times, the added warm water but the water was still cold. I've NEVER had a cold pedicure! After another tech told the owner that the water was cold he fixed it. The lady seemed nervous and seemed like she was not sure as to what she was doing. She didn't speak English. She took forever to do my Pedi, and it was not a good job. I even asked her if she was new, and she didn't understand, I was so ready to to just get up and leave. I must say they seemed very pleasant and nice to their regular customers, I guess because it was my first time, they didn't care, and I felt it! I did leave a tip, because as a Healthcare worker I know the pandemic has affected people! You have to explain things to ppl not just have them jump from chair to chair! Dont get mad and speak Spanish to you coworkers, over the customer head, it seems like you are talking about them! Communication is key! The owner must have sense that I was not pleased. He gave me a 10%coupon and a pen. I was just over the whole crappy situation! read more
