Wonderful service, people and prices! I asked for a rounded nail with milky white polish and got exactly that. They were friendly, accommodating, and you can't beat the prices. I think I found my new nail spot. read more

Truly upsetting! I can say the lady remained positive and tried to help but sadly the nails are still a disappointment and it's worse because as she is completely messing them up she's like "yk you have to deal with them for 3 weeks" read more

Stumbled upon this place on a Friday afternoon after being in cranford for dinner and had some time to pass. I didn't make an appointment ahead of time but they were still able to accommodate me after a 15 min wait which I greatly appreciated, especially being a Friday afternoon (one of the busiest days at any nail salon!). I had Mary who was so sweet and gave me both my manicure and pedicure. She was very meticulous and super friendly. I got a gel manicure which was $25 and a regular pedicure. I think a few of the technicians also does nail designs. The atmosphere is no frills and they have three pedicure stations in the back and about six manicure stations in the front. They had a great selection of colors to choose from and I will definitely plan on coming back! read more

I came in for gel nails ($30) and my daughter got a manicure ($15), they did a nice job! We are both very pleased and would come back again. Friendly women working there, they were very very booked up so definitely call in advance. read more

Highly recommend all the woman are amazing. They know what they are doing. Results are attractive and creates a gratifying feeling.

My experience at the salon itself was good. The people there were nice. However, I got acrylics done that looked good, but it's been one and a half weeks and two nails have already broke. I paid 60 bucks for a week of nails and I'm on vacation for the next two weeks. Super disappointed. Update literally the day after I wrote this: I'm another nail down. read more

The quality was okay, while they were able to make a service appointment for me at last minute and the vibe was very relaxing the nails did not last at all. Got a full set one side the coffin nails are not the exact shapes on both side but decently done given the time frame. I'm just upset that it did not last a week. It is raised on the bottom catching onto my hair. while I was initially happy it was not worth the price after all read more

The workers are all very friendly and place is very clean. They they do an amazing job on your nails

I went in with a nail inspo picture and showed the nail tech who did exactly what I asked for and even improved the design! I'm on week 3 and my nails are perfect still and looked gorgeous for the wedding I was a bridesmaid in! Also had the best pedicure read more

Quite possibly the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever gotten. My nails aren't smooth and there's polish on my skin.

A happy mistake led me to affordable pink and white solars and a relaxing pedicure! Located along Union Ave in Cranford, I was welcomed by Tammy who immediately removed all traces of my 2-month old gel polish. While the set dries, I was led at the back for my pedicure. My mistake is not adjusting the pedicure chair. Had I done that, I would have enjoyed the massage chair more. The technician who tended to me (I'm so sorry to have not gotten her name) was very thorough, although there were a couple of times her enthusiasm to get rid of my ingrown nails were felt . She did a great job still, and the leg massage almost put me to sleep. One of the things I noticed about this place is they know their customers. Chatters are constant but not something that would distract your quiet thoughts. Background music will definitely lull you to relaxation. Note: there are only 5 chairs for manis, 3 for pedis. Best to give them a call so you can check if they have space for you. In case you can't, they entertain walk-ins. read more

Been going to Evey's since I moved to town in September. My nails were terrible after the move and Mari saved them. I never had gel manicures until now and my nails are not dry or brittle. They are all very nice and helpful. read more

Growing up in town I had tried about every nail salon in Cranford and some even in neighboring towns. Once I found evey's I never went anywhere else. I even use to drive the 1.5 hour home from college and sacrifice an early morning drive the next day just to get my nails done here. Everyone is so friendly and amazing at what they do! read more

I have been coming here for over a year. Mery is my tech and she's absolutely fantastic. Great color choices, friendly conversation, and it's super clean. Their price is fair and the service is consistent. read more

First time going to this salon as a new resident of Cranford. The tech was very friendly and gentle with me as I just had surgery on my leg and wasn't too rough with loving my leg around. Did a beautiful job of cleaning up my feet after a few months of not being able to have a pedicure. Going back for a manicure soon! read more

I tried every nail salon in town, and I think Evies has the best nail technicians and they're really good at designs as well. I gave it four stars because I worry a little bit about the hygiene of the nail area because I never see them cleaning the seats or dust before I'm seated which is a concern for me but overall, I think the service is great and the girls are really nice even though they get irritated if you ask for stuff but I guess that's the way they do it and it doesn't really bother me. But I will be coming again because they are the only ones that can give you a quick appointment and you don't have to wait at all. read more

I have been a customer at EV's nails for 22 years. I see a previous review stating not enough colors to choose from, what salon was this person and they have five racks of polishes. Tammy , Nji, And Janine are above and beyond in the accommodation department. All extremely talented nail technicians read more

I love this nail salon. It's small & welcoming. Park on the street or a local lot. You could get lucky with no appointment but I highly suggest one. I've been a regular if Nhi (pronounced "knee") for over a year. I'm a massage therapist so my nails are at high risk for chipping/breaking. I never have an issue at this establishment. The ladies here do meticulous work and are very proud of their craft. I had one issue with chipping in the year I've been a loyal client, Nhi re painted my nails from scratch to make sure I'd be happy and not unconvinced further. The ladies are sweet and welcoming. Evey's Nail Salon - Nail Salons Near Me - Cranford, New Jersey

This was my regular salon for a long time....... but was annoyed after my last visit. For a special occasion, I wanted a design done on my nails. I asked for a flower on each ring finger. She said she could do it & asked what colors I wanted..... White, black, gold, or silver She draws the design & they look completely different on each nail! Even their placement. And she decided to use yellow instead of gold. I complained about the flower, that they didn't look the same. The manicurist got offended and said that "no 2 flowers look the same." Umm, ok, sure.... but I'm not talking about real flowers, I'm talking about my nails. I wanted them to at the very least look ALMOST symmetrical. Nope. She didn't want to re-do them. Kept insisting they were SUPPOSED to look like that. And then (very obviously) spoke in Vietnamese about me to the other manicurists, who also chimed in. "That's how flowers are. They're supposed to be different." Give customers what they want when they ask. I wasn't being rude, I just wanted something done the way I wanted. I'm paying, right? And I always tipped well. Sorry Lani, not coming back. read more

Absolutely obsessed with how my nails from here turned out. This is the only place where I would get acrylics done. SOO pleased and they lasted for a month. read more

Next time I'm in town, I have to come back. My manicurist was charming and entertaining - I'm pretty sure I left her 25% tip. I wish I could remember her name! Got a gel mani here and the lady did a fantastic job - the last 4 gel manis (from several different places) I've had chipped off within a week and a half. It's been 2 since I've gotten this one - still going strong and chip free! She might have painted the tips of my nails before proceeding. My manicurist was fast, meticulous and gentle. I'll be sure to get her name next time I'm here, which I probably will be within a couple months. I would suggest making an appointment - got lucky on a Saturday morning because someone had cancelled, otherwise, there would have been a wait according to awesome manicurist. I'd believe it - this place was super busy!! The hours are good, and I'm glad they were open early. Located on a main street, plenty of street parking available. If they can deliver consistent service, I'm giving this place 5. read more

For a basic manicure this is the place. They fit me in last minute so that was a plus. I did the dip color, I love the color but the manicurist could have taken a little more time to do a better job. It's a little thick and she cut my nails too short so it looks a little off. She didn't file under my nails so that doesn't look good either. I wish I noticed before I left, I would have had her fix it. read more

absolutely awful i wanted to cry while sitting in the chair as the lady who did them finished. I asked for French and they were horribly done the nails were ridiculously thick and I showed them a picture of exactly what I wanted and it couldn't have been more opposite of that. They came out atrocious and I was in awe as to what was on my fingers. after reading a few reviews I see the other people have the same opinions as me. 10 out of 10 the WORST nail place I have ever been to DO NOT recommend. Had to come here because my usual salon was closed for vacation. They are very close to my house so I figured I give them a try and if I liked them I would continue going. Got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Let me start by saying that they do not have a large selection of colors. I was forced to get pink on my feet and white on my nails because there was nothing to match. There were only 2 or 3 pink shades that were totally off and not even close to the pedicure color. The pedicure itself was ok, they do not scrub your feet or do anything special to get that overall pedicure relaxation like feel. The gel they used on my nails does not last. It has not even been a week and mine are all off. I will not be going back. read more

Discovered this salon today. Gorgeous little space, clean and well kept. Very fair & reasonable prices. I had acrylic overlay with gel on top. They were able to fit me in that day. My nail tech took over an hour working on my nails and made sure I liked the work she was doing. She told me it was okay to speak up to her if I wanted something fixed up, that she'd rather know & address it versus getting an attitude or me leaving unhappy. I will definitely be a regular customer. Very happy with the service and the warmth from the workers! read more

If you like great costumer service, cleanliness, and a nail tech that knows what there doing. I highly recommend going here. I got acrylic nails for a good price and they look great! The people who did my nails did a great job and was gentle and made conversation with all of their customers. I recommend making an appointment before walking into the salon cause they usually don't have enough time for walk in's. My mother in law got me a gift certificate to Evey's and I got my nails done after a salon back home did a terrible job. I have never been asked never to return anywhere but here,. I asked for my nails to be done a certain way and the owner did not listen to me and gave me something I did not want. During the time he was doing it, I kept telling him this is not what I wanted and he kept saying that he knows. So I was very unhappy when he was done. He told me he would not charge me but said I can never come back. He was rude, mean, selfish and I will never go back ever and I have made it my life quest to tell everyone what a bad person he is!!!!!!! read more

Evey's Nail Salon - One of the best manicures I've had in a while! - Nail Salons Near Me - Cranford, New Jersey

I found this salon because of the stellar Yelp reviews, I called in the morning and SCHEDULED an appointment for a gel fill and pedicure. I had a lovely pedicure, the technician was very nice, and the first person who didn't tickle my feet. Also, their price for the pedicure is very reasonable. I then went to the owners station, she started to work on my nails for about 10 minutes, someone yelled to her, and she said I will be back in a few minutes she had to put color on someone. After about 15 minutes I realized she was giving a manicure not just applying color, then the telephone rang and was going to be a few more minutes on the phone. At that point, I had enough, I left the cash for my pedicure, put on my coat and shoes and walked out. The point being you do not schedule appointments if you do not have the staff to accommodate them. You should not expect people to come back if you make them make unreasonable amounts of time!!! The 2 stars are ONLY for the pedicure!!! read more

Great place! It's the first salon I've found where I truly like anyone there. I just get basic manicures and the occasional pedicure and I think I've had everyone that works there at this point.
