Stephanie's Nail salon is really great! They take the time to really make the experience worth the trip. The products used are always quality - the cleanliness is above average and the staff are all family and really take pride in what they do. It is amazing how close they are with so many clients. It is great to see a quality place that can take care of client quickly without compromising quality! You have to wait if you are a walk in - so calling ahead definitely helps! read more

Came here to get my nails done for my brothers wedding. I've been looking for a good local place since getting an infection at my regular salon. Prices were good, but the quality was just ok. They didn't ask if I wanted my nails clipped and just started clipping them. I was bummed because I had just grown them out. The polish was a bit messy; I'm glad the nail color I chose was close enough to my skin tone, otherwise it would have looked a lot worse. read more

Love this nail place. The ladies who work here are so friendly and welcoming. They do often get backed up with clients so be patient. It's worth the wait. I go to Cesi and she's AMAZINGGGGG. I show up with some complicated designs and she always executes perfectly. The prices are pretty decent as well. read more

Came here to get a manicure after getting my hands torn up from moving into the neighborhood. I must say that I was impressed at how clean the place is. Every customer gets just opened sanitized equipment to be used on. My hands looked as if nothing ever happened and they felt refreshed. They work by appointments only so you need to call ahead of time. read more

I love this nail salon, it is the only place my sister and I go anymore to get our nails done. They take walk-ins and do their best to accommodate everyone. The nail techs are all fast and detailed, prefectionists. Their gel manicures last longer than any other salon I've ever been to, 6+ weeks - and I'm not easy on my nails. Parking isn't great, but I've always been able to find a spot on the side street. Entrance is in back or front of the shop. read more

I waited over an hour for a scheduled ( nail) appt. after a scheduled (pedi) appt. Both the owner and the girl that did my pedicure knew that my next appointment would be in her chair for a gel manicure YET After having the conversation ( twice) I got in her chair and she's like "oh sorry we can't match the color on your toes with your nails" I'm like "what "? Horrible customer service ! read more

I've been here at least 5 times. Every time, the woman who was doing my nails got up (more than once) to do a waxing. While I understand if my technician has to answer the phone, or briefly speak to a client because it's a business, I do not believe in leaving a client who is 1/2 done for over 10 minutes at a time, making their appt at least 30min longer. They may have people coming in for waxing because it's quick, but they lost a mani/pedi (& waxing) client because I don't believe in just leaving a client partially done, especially when they're left without the technician saying anything. Honestly, the last time I was there, my technician left me 6 times before putting my polish on. All I needed was polish, (which takes less time than an eyebrow or lip wax), and after being left, again, knowing that finishing my polish would only have the client wait as long as I would have to wait, (& knowing I was already left 6 times for waxing during this 1 nail appt), I simply left. I left $ on the desk, took $ out for the polish & paid for what had been done & went to another salon for a "polish change" even though I needed new polish altogether. I am not one to say something to the nail tech unless something hurts or I notice on the 1st finger that the Color or design is wrong. I did say (after the 3rd time) if she could please finish my nails & stop leaving me because she knew I had exactly 1 1/2 hours to get my nails done. It usually took 45min there, so I even accounted for time if I was taken late or if they saw ppl in between my appt - but, apparently 45minutes extra was not enough. Due to their lack of client awareness, I will never be returning. I am not one to complain, and I rarely leave bad reviews unless it's very bad. The nails don't come out very bad, however I have had bad service every single time i went there - && I've been there (at the minimum), at least 10 times. My first visit, I was only left for 1 waxing appt. I'm assuming because I didn't complain, they thought they could take anyone while doing my nails. I did complain my 2nd visit though, and every visit after that, which is why I got fed up & left without my nails being completed. I was a reliable customer - I made appointments, showed up early, and always gave a clear time of when I needed to be done by, (because of them taking other clients while working on myself), and if I had a design request, I always showed a picture. So, nothing I did gave reason for them to value other clients above of me. I am not in any way saying I'm better - I'm simply saying, it was my turn, (& I also tip very well regardless of the service b/c I knew they were busy & b/c I've worked on tips before, so I know how important they are to anyone who works for tips- but, a place that can't time manage or hire enough staff to do what needs to be done without interrupting other client's appointments, isn't a place for me). read more

Never coming back horrible job the girl had no idea what she was doing with my nails or feet

Mediocre at best, honestly the owner seems like she's to good to even greet her new customers. The nail tech I got seemed super inexperienced and did not do a good job on my nails... I even had to file them down myself because she couldn't even get them in a squared Shape. When she ask the owner for help with my marble design, the owner seemed annoyed And did a horrible job anyway. Should've just left at that point. They seriously lack talent. Just being honest. read more

I've been coming to Stephanies for a couple years now and everytime I come I hate it more and more! These women are okay at doing nails but seriously favor and over accommodate the white women who come in. I am a hispanic woman myself and i feel extremely judged. Many of the times I've gotten tips done they make my nails look nothing like what i asked them for! For example I have a asked for square shaped and they give me coffin even after telling them i wanted square again. Lastly they make up their prices as they go! I payed $70 for simple nails that a year a ago they charged me $55 for! read more

What a bad experience! First of all I think it is very overpriced. For the services I got I would usually pay $60-70 in Brooklyn but here I paid $85! My acrylic nails chipped right away. One nail came out after 4 days!!!! Pedicure started to chip in 2 days. Never coming here again!! So disappointed. Destroyed my vacation... read more

Great experience for my first time here! My pedicure was done with Irma and she took her time and really got rid of all the dead skin and smoothed out my rough heels (TMI sorry lol)! My gel manicure was done by Orphelia and she captured what I wanted perfectly. I have a wedding this upcoming weekend and the bride wanted our nails a specific way. She used two different polishes to make sure it looked exact!!! I'm so happy with the way they came out. I also had two broken nails and she put a little acrylic just to even them out to the other nails. Total came out to $45 for everything!! So reasonable and I'll definitely be back again soon! read more

First off, two stars for the two ladies who are good here. My mother and I have been coming here for years, her more frequently than I since I live a town over. This place is not what it used to be. Today is the second, possibly third time that we have had to walk out after making an appt and subsequently having to wait. I called today and asked if around 3 was good, the lady who answered checked her book and said yes. My mother and I walked in at 2:55, were asked what we needed so I said I had an appt for 3 for two pedicures. That was it. Nothing else. All four tables were filled with just-started gel manicures, and clearly friends of the employees or regulars since they were all in deep conversation. We knew then that we would be waiting another 30-40 minutes past our appt time. We walked out at 3:10, after continuing to be ignored by all staff. Not even set up in a pedicure chair. The worst part? There are two couches to wait on. One had someone sitting...in the middle of it. And the other? Well, it was holding the scattered purses of the people getting their nails done. One even had a cup of coffee being held up by a rolled up jacket. So my mother and I stood while we waited. And trust me, the girls getting their nails done saw us (they were staring actually) and made no move to grab their bags so we could have a place to sit. It's like walking into social hour and if you're not a friend of the employees then you're just not paid attention to. I will say; when the owner is present, it's a little more smooth in terms of customer service, but the wait is always the same. Today would make me officially done trying to come here. read more

I have been searching for a good nail salon for months now and kept coming back to this salon on yelp. Today I decided to give them a try. I called up and made an appt for a full acrylic set to be done. I got there and after speaking to the owner about how rough I am on my nails, she was honest and told me to try gel instead of acrylic. I was skeptical since I have always gotten acrylic but decided to try it. The attention to detail that she gave my nails was far better than any other salon that I have been to! She was honest and knew what she was talking about. Owning a small business myself, I know how important it is to do quality work and be honest with clients from the beginning. Thank you for an amazing job done on my nails and the amazing customer service that you provide! read more

You can maybe come here for a pedicure. Don't come here for anything regarding full sets or fill ins. No way! I told and showed the manager how bad her employee did my nails and she said "oh" and turned her head and took my card. She didn't even offer to fix it. I will be getting my money back thru my bank. read more

I tried this place for the first time today. I wanted a place close that I can go on my lunch hour. I had an appointment for a gel full in and had to wait 45 minutes. I should have left however my nails needed to be done. The woman never even apologized for the extremely long wait. The nail polish display was very messy looking and not a lot of gel polish selections. On a positive note, I was happy with my nails however I don't know if I'll return. read more

Got a quick Friday 11:30 appointment at this busy nail salon. Mani/ Pedi/Eyebrow were all done very nicely with thorough and careful attention to detail. The nail tech that I spoke with about a pre-existing nail issue was articulate and answered my questions completely.
