I've been coming here for the past 20 years. By far their prices are the best. I only like the way Kim does my nails though, who is the owner. I've had the other ladies do my nails but nothing close to how Kim does it. She is also super fast and good at it. I do book my appointments literally 6 months ahead though cuz seems like someone else likes the same day and time I come to see her. The only small inconvenience though, she answers the phone for the salon, so she has to stop doing your nails several times. read more

I've visited the salon a few times some experiences better than others but after my last visit I will not be returning, as I was told buy the owner "Kim" each time I come I have a problem, because I asked for my cuticles to be cut as I'm assuming should be done with every manicure or at least the option. Not only was I upset but embarrassed at with her yelling at me in front of other customers. My nails were rushed as they usually are. I've been cut a couple times and my daughters eyebrows were almost waxed off. I would not recommend this nail salon and will no longer be returning. Today was my first time here. I was having difficulties at my usual nail salon and I will definitely be coming back to Best Nails now! Not only does my pedicure look and feel amazing, this place is all staff!! The customer service I received between making the next day appointment and the actual appointment was above and beyond, even during COVID 19. The place is spotless, they are running every safety medical precaution they can, taking temperatures, providing hand sanitizer, social distancing, cleaning and sanitizing constantly. Carol did my beautiful pedicure today and she was very gentle and thorough. She was extremely meticulous which you really don't see elsewhere. All of the staff was extremely friendly and outgoing, they treat you like family!! Would absolutely recommend!! read more

I would recommend Kim out of all people she takes her time and checks and make sure your nails are perfect and she has a lot of patience and I always go to her and will remain so. Just moved to the area and looked on yelp and saw Best Nails with some good reviews...sooo I decided to try it. I called and asked for Kim, she told me she was booked but squeezed me in to accommodate me. She did a fantastic job and was extremely nice. I'm very picky with my nails and she did an excellent job. Best Nails gives you the basic nail salon experience, however they're more of a family than you're usually used to. I've been coming here on & off for over 2 years, I've recently moved & still wait until I'm back in the area to get my nails done here. The pricing is good & they listen to what you want very well. My normal place was booked so I thought I would try somewhere else since I desperately needed my nails done. I got a pedicure and gel refill. Pedicure was just ...okay... didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut and she just kind of did what she wanted. For my nails, I have an almond shape with gel and when they reshaped every nail came out different. Some aren't even rounded all the way?? one is sideways and one nail is so much shorter than the rest it doesn't even make sense. I think if you're doing a simple manicure this place would do okay but I'll never go back. Sadly a waste of money. read more

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Although I was a walk- in and I didn't have to wait the service beyond that was terrible. I got acrylic tips and it was terrible they're all different shapes they're all different thicknesses the paint job was terrible. This is what I get for trying to new salon! Now I have to go to another salon to get it fixed and done properly. All I wanted was round nails and I ended up with Square and other shapes that are not even correct and all the acrylic tips are put on crooked terrible terrible experience don't go here run away from the salon. read more

very disappointed in this place! called this salon for the first time and made an appointment for a fill-in yesterday. the nail tech (i believe her name was kim) completely rushed through my experience. she didn't think i picked my color fast enough, did not shape my nails evenly, and didn't offer any lotion, hot towel, or massage after. she didn't even use a bass coat for the gel and now my nails look bumpy and old as if i had gotten them done weeks ago. she didn't have a great attitude and kept treating me as if i had never gotten a fill-in in my life! only reason i'm giving two stars is because i only had to pay $15. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, worse gel manicure Iv ever had! Save your money and go somewhere else! Took the woman over an hour and a half to remove my gels and put new gel polish on. Asked the woman 3 times to please cut my nails and her response was " your nail is at your meat already" what does that even mean? I'm asking for you to cut them. She ended up filing them all of them are uneven! She then put the color I asked for one by doing the lightest coat of color to the point where I asked for a 3rd coat because it was completely see threw. She managed to get all the gel all over my skin around my nails. I hate them had to go home and fix them myself! The most horrible place I've ever been to. Called asked about french acrylic with white polish drawn french. Lady told me 35$ on the phone. I came in, girl started doing my nails, piling i mean PILING on acrylic, I told her it's too much she looked at me with an attitude and said "I'm not done yet". The nails were all crooked, acrylic was so thick and she started piling it on from the top of the nail and it was all over the place. Left lines that you could see through the polish. She kept pressing so hard with the filing machine and kept burning me. I kept asking her to please stop pressing so hard and shes hurting me. She kept doing it, she didn't care. Then she "drew" on the white polish lines. It looked so horrific and so crooked I literally had to hold back my tears it was so disgusting. She then told me its 38$. I told her when I call I described exactly what I wanted and the girl told me 35$. She then said no sorry 38$ . I wasn't going to argue with her over $3 that she obviously desperately needed way more than I. NEVER EVER AGAIN . Save your money and go to a normal salon with professionals. THIS WAS A NIGHTMAREEEEEEEE!!!!! I wish I could give it no stars. I'll use the one star for the pretty fish tank they had there for decoration. read more
