Lost all there best help , new owner seems always mad and no communication is allowed

Very unsatisfied. I dropped off my 28 year-old daughter off ( she doesn't drive)to get a 1/2 hour back massage and a pedicure ,yesterday on March 17, 2026. To set the tone for the story in rainbow nails when you get a massage, the massage chair is right up against the wall in front of everyone who's getting pedicures most massage places will take you in a room and shut the door for privacy ..The worker who was massaging my daughter, did not ask my daughter if she could lift up her shirt and proceeded to lift up my daughters whole shirt to wear her bra and stomach was out. My daughter was uncomfortable, but was too embarrassed to tell her that she was uncomfortable . At this point all the workers proceeded to talk in another language and laugh at my daughter for almost the whole half an hour. I have never been more upset with a nail place and rainbow nails should be shut down The one worker proceeded to splash the other worker and hit my daughter with water And she couldn't see who actually did it because her face was in the massage chair. My poor daughter was so humiliated and was treated horribly!!! . I did go right back to tell the workers and the manager, but the manager,had stepped out . I called the the next which is March 18, 2026 and told the manager Cindy, what had happened and what her workers did and asked to be reimbursed and if her and I could look at the cameras from yesterday. She said she's calling the police on me. ! for anyone in the future, they are not nice and what they did to my daughter is humiliating and downright horrible as a business!!!. I would boycott rainbow nails. No one should go there they should be put out of business and this is not my first incident with them! read more

I have been using Rainbow nails for YEARS. Cindy is the owner but Ive been going to them since Jenny was the owner with no issues. Upon the completion of the service (Refill) I handed NanaSue $5 in cash (They prefer cash tips). I was demanded I needed to give her a 20% tip, which in this case would've been $12. I was shocked because a tip is not something you NEED to give after a service. I will no longer be going there for my nails! read more

Under new ownership. Went with no appointment & was taken care of right away. Gel polish lasts close to 3 weeks.

I don't get my nails done frequently but when I do I have gone here. I have never had issues and have been generally happy. Today I went for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. When I picked my color I asked if they had the same color in the gel and they said yes, even as they were about to paint my toes (which I had done first) I reconfirmed and they said yes. When they went to put the gel polish on my fingers it was a completely different color. I told them and compared and the nail tech just showed me the bottle and compared the number and the name saying it is the same and said the gel is different but will dry the same. I honestly don't care that the numbers and name is the same, the color is different! The regular polish was more tan and the gel is pink. When I went up to pay I pointed it out to who I believe the owner was and she just said sorry that is the way the company does it. I am not sure if the salon is filling with different colors or what but no way is it the same! I would expect the to try to at least match more of the same color but did not even offer that. read more

This place used to be great but the new owner came in and ruined it! She is very pushy and rude! She also treats the staff very poorly and has made the environment in the salon very uncomfortable. You can actually feel the tension in the air. The new owner also talked badly about the old owner to clients , myself included and I felt that to be very inappropriate and unprofessional! Sadly after more than 12 years of patronage I will not be returning. I found a new salon. read more

I loved this place when I first started going, and then they started switching the person who did my nails, it went very downhill. I went for my usual appointment, however, I was going to get a french fill-in for a very important wedding. This is how they turned out. I could not have them fixed in the same day as it was a late appointment, and I had another appointment after. The next day was the wedding, and my nails had to look like that for it. I notified the owner I was coming back to get them fixed the day after the wedding. When I went back the day after the wedding, they fixed my nails, but CHARGED ME for the fix. After being a loyal customer for so long, and for being honest that I did not like them, and after it being for a family wedding, and STILL being charged, I would not go back. read more

Extremely rude staff, I have never encountered such a rude staff. If they are busy they will deny you service. They will speak negatively about you in Spanish not realizing that people can understand what they are saying. The quality of the services are only okay and the salon is outdated and in need of renovations. read more

I've been here twice and both times my experience was great! The place is clean, bright, and has a TV that is visible from the entire salon which is nice. Both of my pedicures with Mary were excellent! The quality of the nail shaping, cuticle cleanup, and color painting was exactly what I wanted and the massage was very relaxing. It was on the longer side, about 45mins-1hr, but if you have the time, it's worth it. The second time I went I got a gel manicure which was more expensive than I'm used to ($30 vs $25) and the quality was the same. This is the only reason I'm giving this place 4 vs 5 stars. read more

Love this place! Found this spot last month off yelp/google when I was looking for a new place to get my nails done - and I'm so happy I did! They are always able to accommodate me for an appointment even when I call only a few hours ahead of time. The ladies in the salon are always so friendly and professional. This is my first time here, and I got a green tea spa pedicure ($45) and wow! I got the best leg massage, it was not rushed despite being busy, leg mask, hot stone and hot towels. I feel relaxed and will definitely be back next month. My mom was with me and got the same pedicure plus a mani, and she loved it. Note: my nail tech was aggressive with the cuticle snippers, I had to ask her to ease off, but she quickly adjusted her technique and was open to my feedback. awful management there! the manager treats staff horrible in front of clients. they make comments about my nails and how short they are, every time I go i have to prepare to tell them to work in a hospital and can't have them long. The place is clean and staff is nice. I called 1 hr in advance to make a lunch time appointment. They were able to accommodate 3 of us for pedis. They have ~4-5 pedi chairs and 4-5 mani chairs. (Sorry don't remember the exact amount) They treated us immediately as we walked in. They did a good job on a normal pedi. The place also has WiFi. read more

I am not one to do this but I am absolutely shocked I had to pay $100 for this nail set. This place is horrendous and clearly did a horrible job and then charged way more than the prices read. She also cut me three times and made me bleed. I will never be returning to this place and I suggest you find another place that would be more worth it and cheaper. read more

I had a manicure at Rainbow Nail approximately two months ago. The technician that performed the manicure cut my cuticles to the point where it was bleeding on several of my fingers. As a result, one nail got infected. The tools that she used did not come directly out of a sterilization pouch. I have had five urgent care visits. One visit to a hand surgeon. I also was on three rounds of antibiotics. And I am currently losing the nail. read more

Im giving them 3 stars because I have been a customer for over a year now and the prices always seem to change when I go. I got my nails done there recently and I asked for acrylic and they told me no and continued to put IBD gel on my nails, which costed me 90 dollars for a set. The lady was extremely fusterated with me and told me my nails were not "good" enough for acrylic tips. I watched a lady take what seemed to be a clean clipper and cuticle cutter and repackage them for the next customer. This has infection all over it. I am really disappointed. Really dirty, used old tools, not even sanitized. Went in for a mani & pedi and paid & left after the mani because I didn't want to risk getting an infection, it was that bad. The lady even took a tool from the lady working next to her to use on me that was JUST used on the customer next to me. It's a shame Clark cannot get a clean, nice nail salon. read more

Decided to try this salon. First impression, older and dirty looking. Figuring I was just getting a French manicure, no problem. The woman who did my nails tried to sell me a top coat for $5. more. I declined. She didn't ask if I wanted nails rounded or squared off, just cut them straight, and I wasn't too happy with that. The manicure was a mess by day 3. I can usually maintain a French manicure for 5 days minimum. I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

It's a moderately clean place but I immediately felt unwelcome when I stepped in. They told me to sit and gave some sort of annoyed feel when I wasn't sure as to what to do. I decided on a pedicure which was pretty expensive and cost me $30 plus a $5 tip where my other places is 15-25 plus a $5 tip. They started off by cutting my nails which I did not want and since I'm always asked if I want them cut or not I really didn't know what to say. They cut them so short that my toes began to hurt. I was going for the the longer square shape and they didn't even ask me what shape I wanted. They gave me a sideways oval looking shape. They decided to put on a thin coat of polish and after me seeing that u could still see my nail under the coat I had to ask for TWO more coats. The salt rub and leg massage was the worst one I've ever gotten as well and felt rushed. I would never go back merely because of the quality of the work and price. read more

I think this salon may have closed down and reopened because the first time I went, they were celebrating their "grand opening," yet the other Yelp reviews are from months ago. Anyway, I've been here twice and both times I had great service and left with beautiful gel manicures. The first time I got French which looked fantastic. I took it off after 2 weeks but it still looked great so I definitely could have gone a third week. The second time I got a regular gel manicure which was also beautiful. I had been coming to this salon for a few months. I used one lady for my nails, but one day i showed up without an appt so i went with another lady. What a catastrophe, the dirty looks, let alone talking about me in Spanish, the owner approached me and asked me why i didnt use the original lady. Anyways, i bit my tongue and went back once again because i did like the salon. I got a gel manicure a few days before easter, by easter they were falling apart and i was away for the holiday. I returned to the salon, requesting i just wanted the rest of them removed, showed the owner, advised her they didnt even last barely a week. On top of it the owner charged and told me that when theres a problem i should return instantly. Who expects their nails to fall apart a few days later? The other afternoon, my friend and I went to go get a pedicure. Now, I will be truthful and say we didn't have an appointment but I live close by and pass this salon everyday and figured I'd try it out. Well, the place is old and not very modernized. The ladies were sweet but seemed pressed for time. I got about a twenty minute pedicure where I left with crooked toenails and heels that were still rough and didn't look the way they should after paying twenty dollars. She burned my feet with the hot towel and didn't ask if the temperature of the water or towel was okay. It seemed like a rushed experience, in my opinion. Going for a pedicure should be a pampering experience, this was unpleasant and I will not be returning. read more
