Another challenge was the lack of a dedicated parking area. Finding street parking was very difficult and added unnecessary stress before my appointment. While the staff was kind and professional, there are several areas that could be improved to enhance the overall customer experience.

I will not be going back here and giving business to them. This was not the first time they added extra expenses for this and although I understand costs I felt completely gouged.
