She was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, my hair came out great and I love it, but when I got home I realized the balayage was only on my crown. None of the underneath layers were colored. I reached out the the salon to ask what I paid for ($377 in total) and they confirmed it was for full balayage. When I asked why there was no color on the under layers I was told they book and price by the hour, so I paid for the full hour of service and not necessarily full coverage balayage. I couldn't help but feel like I was overcharged, but like I said, I like the result. I went in hoping for full balayage, paid for full balayage and I still can't help but wonder what partial balayage would look like (and cost). But the salon did offer to refund their standard $30 for the misunderstanding.

She was able to conjure an updo as requested simply using my dress for inspiration. In the end it looked pretty and it didn't take up as much time to create as other salons would have. We were on a tight time frame and it took under an hour to do my do. :) My hair is medium/long and it cost $85.00 for the updo. Very happy and satisfied with the service here. I said no problem I can dry it myself as it is fall outside and is very cold. One of the stylists told me not a problem. I have very short hair it took me about 5-8 minutes to dry my hair. The entire time I was doing it I saw people snickering rolling their eyes at me and making faces. I thought maybe it was in my head. As I came to pay the same exact person that told me no problem blow dry your hair told me that I wasn't supposed to do that and next time I cannot do that like I was being cheap by drying my own hair. What I would have loved is for a stylist to dry my hair but I was told nobody was available. Should have probably been something that was discussed with me when I was booking the appointment in person. It is just sad and hurtful the mean girl attitude these women had.
