Halfway through, I stopped and thought, "Why am I fixing something I just paid to have done?" So I returned to the salon. When I walked in, the man at the front desk asked what was wrong. I calmly explained my concern. Without any argument, he refunded my money. At that point, I thought the situation had been resolved professionally. Instead, he then asked for my personal information, only to tell me that I was banned from the salon. I wasn't disrespectful, disruptive, or demanding. I simply returned because I was unhappy with the quality of the service I received. Being refunded and then immediately banned for bringing up a legitimate concern was confusing, unnecessary, and frankly insulting. The refund wasn't the issue. The way I was treated afterward was. Customer service isn't just about correcting mistakes--it's about how you treat customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that raising a valid concern can get you labeled as a problem instead of being treated with respect. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend a business that responds to reasonable customer feedback by banning the customer.

On my first visit I was impressed with the decor and staff seems friendly and a large amount of nail colors! She is very meticulous and always pleasant. Even with the differences from the old salon I was pleased until the nail polish chipped off in a week and had to remove the polish! This had never happened before so I took pictures to show her. On my next appointment 2 weeks later I showed the pictures and she said I should have told her and she would've fixed it!!! This next appointment Isabella had a new top coat for me to use and was much better to keep the polish from chipping! I've gotten many compliments on my nails this time! The only downside of this salon is the cost of a regular manicure at $30 I feel is overpriced from the last salon I was at and paying $10 more. If I wanted to get a french or any designs they charge much more on top of the $30. So I'll stick with just a regular manicure for now.

Full set of acrylic nails took less than an hour but was done with amazing attention to detail and was exactly what I wanted. Finding a new nail salon that is professional, affordable and does great work is difficult but this salon impressed me on all levels. Hands down the BEST Pedicure I have ever gotten. I got the detox pedicure and WOW!! Best massage I have ever gotten in a pedicure. I have terrible calluses and they took their time and my feet and smoother than ever now. I had a detox pedicure full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and an eyebrow wax. My husband got a detox pedicure and a manicure. We were in and out in 2 hours and it cost only $200. We have paid far more in other salons and spent more time for services nowhere near as good as what we recieved here. We had appointments and were taken exactly at our appointment time which is rare at a nail salon. I can't say enough good things about this salon. Highly recommended.
