I was a religious patron of this business for the last 4 years. However, the way they handled my niece, losing a gift certificate that I purchased for her from this location is absolutely absurd and the least customer service friendly experience.I've ever had. I am able to show them in my statement when it was purchased and it has never been used,And they still refuse to even look at the transaction. I gave this to her when she turned 16 three months ago and in the commotion of her party, she misplaced it. They are able to verify I'm sure that the certificate number has not been used. They just choose to not look at anyway to continue to earn my business and that of my sister in law and niece. Been here a few times; Pros: Space is open, clean, plenty of technicians to choose from (not telling you my fave cause then she will be even more booked and busy lol). Cons; first time I came I was peer pressured into dip, color did not match what I originally asked for, lesson learned, do not sit with that guy ever again. The owner means well but he won't be my nail tech :) Pedicure is mediocre, there's isn't much time at all spent on massaging the legs and feet, I won't come here for that service. Last con, they will basically walk you to one of their two ATMs so bring cash, I've never seen them happily accept someone's card, that's annoying. Relax, you thought I wouldn't put you on to my faves, it was a joke...Paola is a beast, she's a perfectionist and shes bomb, love her, she will file and shape your nails to the godsssss! Make sure you pay for what you get! My service was good but my boyfriend's was bad. They are inaccurate with their service and pricing. I got a gel mani for $30 and gel pedi $40 for which was fine. But my boyfriend got a spa pedi for $50, which is no where on their pricing list on their website, but what he actually got was supposed to be only $40 and he also got just a nail clean up and cut without polish for $20, that's supposed to be $10. Insane!! Horrible service on my boyfriend's side, she was too quick with sh*ty service. It may have been an extra $20 but it adds up. This place is really nice. It's clean and has a lot of seating. I enjoy going there if I'm doing a simple and easy design. Their work from what i experienced is good i haven't had any problems. The only issue i have is every time i show a design i want they either say they can't do it or say they can and try and looks nothing like i want so they have to take it off. Staff is nice although while getting your nails done there is 1 or 2 that will hold a conversation with other people constantly pausing with your nails to do so or they'll watch tv while doing your nails. I usually get seen right away which is great but i pay a lot for my nails as does everyone else so i want what i want done correctly and without distraction. Now if they can specialize in designs that would be amazing! Right now i go because of conveniency but once i find someone who does great quality nails that specializes in designs im going that route. Some of the workers are nice for the most part and some have attitudes at times. I had a couple occasions where I had bad nail jobs done but I just don't go to those particular people. I never leave reviews but for this place I have to. This has been the only nail salon to touch my nails in 4 years. I came here for my wedding day nails back in June 2021 which BooBoo did my nails and gave me a complementary ombré and design. I loved them! However today 2/11/22 I came in and was assisted by Kenny who was seated first table in the right. He rushed through my nails simply to finish so he could be on his phone. I was done in less then 25 minutes. He was very rough and everytime I would pull my hand back from the pain he tightened his grip and executed even more pain on my nails. I asked for square and more of medium length. He gave me short and some square and some coffin nails. Then for the color I asked for he simple just used pink acrylic because he didn't want to get up and look for the shade I asked and said that is the correct color. It wasn't. The shade was shade 14 from princess acrylic power. Not just pink acrylic. He didn't even clean my nails off all the way. Causing it to look bubbly and bumpy from the dust and when I tried to clean my hands he told me no don't wash. My nails look horrible and rushed. If I ever return I will never sit with Kenny again! read more

The inside is very nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly, welcoming and attentive. On this visit I got a spa pedicure. The nail technician started the massage chair for me and made sure the water temperature was warm enough for me. They have very hot water here so be careful. The pedicure was very relaxing. They do a very thorough job. They even use a nail drill to buff out your nail bed. They also massage your legs and apply sewran wrap around your legs so the lotion has a deep application. This shop has so many nail color options!! They even have a menu book that shows the color choices. I saw the owner's toes and decided to choose her design with different colors. Overall I was super impressed with this experience. There seems to be a lot of regulars that come to this location which is always a good thing cause you know they offer consistent services. The location is in a good place. There is food and shopping options near by and the staff is amazing. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in New Jersey. read more

I suppose I shouldn't expect too much from a $20 pedicure, but I am a licensed tech myself and expect, at the very least a clean and competent treatment. I can't even tell you who did my pedicure because she never told me her name and didn't wear a name tag. She brought files over (used ones) and I told her that I wanted new, clean files (which is a state law) and I was met with a scowl, a huff, and a walk away as she returned with one. The tools were fetched from the back so I had no idea where they came from. The tub had a liner so there was at least that. The service was adequate. Massage was nearly non existent and I wasn't offered the option of any enhancements. The polish job is what really has me incensed. The free edges weren't capped and it looks like a 5 year old painted my toes. Color all over the skin. I definitely won't be returning. read more

I got a gel manicure and my nails were so crooked. Not even 12 hours later one started to even chip. I went back the next day to have them fix it and I was told it was my fault because I needed powder ???? Then not even another 12 hours later another nail started to chip and just peeled half way off. This wasn't my first awful experience. I needed a last minute pedicure about 2 weeks ago and I had been to this salon once before and it was ok. Make a long story short I arrived about 6:30 not knowing what time they closed and no one said anything about closing time. This is one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. The technician rushed through it so much my one tie nail was crooked, my feet weren't even smoothed out, and the polish didn't even last a week. I have never even set foot into the salon but for my birthday in October I was given a gift certificate. I didn't realize at the time but the gift certificate had an expiration date of six months meaning that it expired in April. Now given the insane year of Covid that we have all live through I was hoping There could be some sort of an exception made considering it is money that was already spent in their establishment. Whoever answered the phone could not answer my question about not being able to use the gift card and told me I should speak to a manager but could not tell me when there was a manager available and when I push the question hung up on me. I called back two more times where they pretended They couldn't hear me and it wasn't until I started screaming into the phone that they decided to drop that act. Still after all this all they could say to me was I don't know you have to speak to someone else maybe today or tomorrow but couldn't actually give me a time that someone who could help me would be in. I don't know if they just assumed I would give up if they kept giving me random answers. I don't understand why a gift certificate can't be used past its expiration date it's already money that someone spent in their establishment and gifted to me. Their staff should be more professional in handling these matters rather than hanging up on customers until they have to get to the point I did. Update: finally got ahold of the manager Bo who persisted to talk over me on the phone when I was trying to explain the conversation with his workers. "Come in, ill take care of it" he says. I get there and after talking over and oking me a bunch he tells me he will call it even on a $25 service when I had a $40 gift card. I wanted to get a second service and pay the difference myself but after this experience chose to just cut my loses and get it over with. If you see nothing wrong with the image of the peach nail gel manicure, then you're cool with mediocrity from people who don't take pride in their work. They use the drill for EVERYTHING, even basic manicures. Why? Why can't I soak my gel polish off? Why should I get attitude from the technician and the owner when I don't want her to use the electric drill to take the gel off, nor to file my brittle nails? Why did you still try to file my nails as they were soaking? Why are you rushing me during a time that I consider an indulgence? Why did you charge me to take my gel off when I was getting gel again? Why did you try to haggle the cost for other services? "You choose now" were his actual words. Polish should be neat and clean down to the cuticle, and I shouldn't have any on my fingers. A simple swipe of a toothpick between every coat could fix all that. I should mention that you may want to check the cleanliness of that toothpick, since the one she attempted to use clearly had polish on it. Are toothpicks that expensive? The brother/sister owners will assure your happiness to get you in the door, but don't be fooled - their follow through is awful. They don't use barbicide or UV lights for sanitation, and will put the liquid styptic tip right on your bleeding wound. Ring, ring, hello, Linden health department? Unprofessional and unsanitary.
