I haven't had one of those ever in this salon it was lovely my nail tech as always was Fabulous! No complaints today i had the Best pedicure that i've received there in months my feet were actually clean and soft. Normally they felt awful. but the pedicure was awesome! During my pedicure, the technician picked up a used/dirty cotton pad from the FLOOR and was about to use it on my feet. I had to stop her and specifically ask her to get a new, clean one. Instead of apologizing, she seemed annoyed that I had said something. The gel application was also incredibly careless. There was gel polish left on my skin, and I asked her to remove it before putting my feet under the UV lamp because I did not want gel curing directly on my skin. She insisted it was "fine" and said she would remove it afterward. I had to insist that I was not comfortable curing gel on my skin due to potentially health concerns from having gel on skin. The tools I saw being used looked dirty, and I did not see the level of cleaning or sanitation I would expect from a nail salon. After seeing a cotton pad picked up from the floor and nearly used on me, I had zero confidence in their hygiene practices. The customer service made the experience even worse. The staff came across as rude and gossipy. I used Google Translate during the visit, and what it translated included them referring to me as a "bitch." Whether they assumed I couldn't understand them or simply didn't care, it was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. I left feeling disgusted by both the hygiene and the way I was treated. A customer should never have to tell a nail technician not to use something that was just picked up off the floor, or argue about having gel removed from their skin before curing. I will absolutely not be returning.

My daughter in law goes to Bliss Nails on a regular basis and loves the quality of service she receives here. The woman who does my daughter in laws nails is Cici and she had done my nails today. I was extremely happy about this and very satisfied with the service I had received. They came out very clean, precise and Cici took such great care. My granddaughter had gotten a basic kids manicure special and my daughter in law had one of her nails repaired today. I literally was in the salon from 11am - 2pm which was long! I asked for a French gel polish on my toes, but ended up with pink polish-which while it's nice- it's not the traditional French which is clear base. The white lines for the French are not crisp and they are crooked, and I have a really nasty cut on my foot from the tools. As far as my full set, the final outcome is really pretty- but the amount of time it took to do them was INSANE. The nail tech Zoe was very agitated and not friendly when I attempted to clarify what I was asking for design wise and shape. I literally was uncomfortable to continue asking her questions. Overall, if you're in a pinch - you can go, but overall I wouldn't say this is the best option overall.
