The white lines for the French are not crisp and they are crooked, and I have a really nasty cut on my foot from the tools. As far as my full set, the final outcome is really pretty- but the amount of time it took to do them was INSANE. The nail tech Zoe was very agitated and not friendly when I attempted to clarify what I was asking for design wise and shape. I literally was uncomfortable to continue asking her questions.
