The salon use to have a promo during the weekdays for 10% off but it recently changed to $5. I don't feel it's right I should have to ask for the promo to be applied but the last few times I went they did not provide the discount advertised and also charge an extra $4 fee to pay with card. I really love my nail tech but between the misleading promo and extra fees, I'll start checking out other salons in the area

I literally was in the salon from 11am - 2pm which was long! I asked for a French gel polish on my toes, but ended up with pink polish-which while it's nice- it's not the traditional French which is clear base. The white lines for the French are not crisp and they are crooked, and I have a really nasty cut on my foot from the tools. As far as my full set, the final outcome is really pretty- but the amount of time it took to do them was INSANE. The nail tech Zoe was very agitated and not friendly when I attempted to clarify what I was asking for design wise and shape. I literally was uncomfortable to continue asking her questions. Overall, if you're in a pinch - you can go, but overall I wouldn't say this is the best option overall.

I haven't had one of those ever in this salon it was lovely my nail tech as always was Fabulous! No complaints today i had the Best pedicure that i've received there in months my feet were actually clean and soft. Normally they felt awful. but the pedicure was awesome! I had become thoroughly disgusted with returning but i'm happy i did Thank you lily for responding to your customer with the care you provided. There are a plethora of nail salons i could go but I choose Lily nails and it's nice to know as regular customers were appreciated.

Had an SNS manicure done that needed removal because it grew out and I didn't want to fill them in…read more Came here because it's in it way home so decided to try them. As soon as I came in, no one said " Hi, welcome to Cosmo's Nails how can I help you"..instead I was met with stares and silence. Should have been my first indication. But I was already there so I asked for sns removal and the owner said $20 I said great and sat down. Nancy was my nail tech and she was very sweet and did a great job. She was very patient and took her time to make sure my nails were left nice. She even gave me a hot towel, but then as she was putting the hot towel over my hands and writing the receipt the owner came and said " it's $36 because you cut her nails and that took time" um I was so confused. There was no cuticle removal, no polish just acetone soak and filing off the SNS. Nancy explained that I had tips under the SNS and she HAD to cut the artificial nail. What else was she suppose to do, a half ass job of leaving the artificial nail tip there? The entire situation made me feel very uncomfortable having that conversation in front of a first time customer was inappropriate and I felt bad for the tech. I didn't want to get her in trouble.What a dumb way to lose a customer, it's not like the salon was full there were only 3 other customer there. I've had SNS with tips removed in the past and the nail tech didn't do anything different that others, just standard removal. I gave Nancy a cash tip for her trouble and paid the nail salon owner in card. First and last time here. I rather take my business to a place that prides themselves in quality service, not nickel and dimes you while making their techs and customers uncomfortable.
