I showed up at 1:35 and both workers were still with a customer which was fine , I was taken 5 mins later . We discussed over the phone what I needed as well as in person when I arrived . I needed a gel pedicure and an acrylic fill in . The guy in charge said he would be able to do that no problem . I started with the pedicure first and was initially pleased at how thorough he seemed . Once polishing began it took a turn for the worst . It was like a child coloring outside the lines , polish was everywhere all over my skin ! He said he would fix it and even tried to do some nails over but they were still really bad . After he proceeded to poorly clean the pedicure tools which was horrifying and I hope I do not get some kind of fungus . In any case I just settled for what I got and wanted to proceed to do my acrylic fill in . I needed something basic with no manicure so no metal tools would be needed . While I was doing my toes he assured me he had the acrylic I needed and also the nail type I needed and he took a look at my nails . Once he saw I was dissatisfied with my pedicure he proceeded to tell me he could no longer accommodate me because the salon was so busy . Mind you there was only one person in the salon . I pointed out that I had made an appointment and told them what services I needed and they agreed . He then proceeded to tell me he didn't have the nail type (tips) I needed when just 10 minutes before he told me he did . When I brought that information to his attention he said my nails were too long and he wasn't comfortable doing long nails . There was excuse after excuse because I spoke up about my pedicure . I was very inconvenienced and charged $40 for this horrible service and bad customer service . AVOID if you can there are some better and CLEANER places in linden which isn't very far if you're in Rahway .

I personally bring my own colors because I often end up getting pen or things on my nails and end up touching up at home during my two weeks or so getting my nails done. It's never a problem to bring your own and they'll color for you. They even have waxing service here so you can get your eyebrows done right after your manicure or pedicure. The pedicure stations are comfortable and they always have plenty of magazines to read while you sit in your massage chair and have your pedicure done. They do a great job, full service and you come out looking and feeling great! It really lasts too! My manicure always lasts over two weeks ago well. Quality service here for a great price! I'm definitely a regular here and have been for the past few years.
